I’m so glad this opened quick because I’ve been craving wings. The ranch was a lil salty but other than that everything else was great! It is a smaller location so if you order I would advise to order online for takeout. When I went in there wasn’t a large seating area and not much room to stand either.
The employee Michael was a nice and kind cashier who helped me with my order. I ordered it by mistake in another city. He helped me reorder it again and it tasted great. I will come back again to eat from this branch. Thank you Michael
WOW! I had such a great visit yesterday to the new Wingstop in Fort Worth! The wings were fantastic, and so was the service! Thanks Wingstop! 😋😊

This is my home location, I’ve been here regularly and while being a service/hospitality professional myself, I naturally pay attention to detail when it comes to service. Kyiara hands down is one of the reasons I come to this location. She always has a positive attitude, customer service is great and she actually stays busy on shift, cleaning, stocking prepping orders. My order is prepped timely, and she addresses me by name. I hope she receives some MUCH deserved recognition for this. Management/Ownership take care of the gem of an employee you have in Kyiara. She is PHENOMENAL!
I’m not sure if Kiara Is the manager at this location but she is always very professional and friendly I had a situation with my order I called and she told me to come back and let her make it right I did that and I just appreciated There was no hassle. It was accountability and The Mistake Corrected. Besides This one incident every time I go to this location, I’m always happy with my order and my food is always hot. They’re always friendly and the location Is always clean🙏

Small location but has excellent customer service. I went today and it appeared they were setting up a DJ booth outside, or possible giveaway table which brings a welcoming atmosphere. The young lady there was great, ensured my order was correct and had really great customer service. I’ll be back to this location for sure.

Had to wait more than 1 hour and 15 minutes to receive my order from the time it was placed online. Several other patrons were also waiting over 1 hour for food. Order was also incorrect. Missing side of ranch and one of our flavors was incorrect. Lastly food was not hot and got cold very quickly.

New location is small and has low reviews. Your online carryout order will be at least 20 min later than their estimate (consistent). Many people waiting and no place to stand and wait. Staff seem unperturbed bu it. This location seems mismanaged.

Mind you, this was made to order… fries completely burnt. Wings had absolutely no sauce on them. I had to dip my wings in ketchup. As you can see in the photo.. I ordered my food an hour and thirty minutes before closing time and was there before they bagged it. I’m not sure if there’s a delay from their site to the store. But overall terrible experience.

Terrible. Had a craving for wings. Decided to come to the location near my place. Walk in and there's 2 guys sittin on the other side of the bar talking. Waited for like 20min for service. I could clearly see some guy dancing in the kitchen through window from where i was standing at the bar. Finally female comes out and walks to the guys at the bar, didn't even notice me standing there. As she was done speaking to the 2 guys she walks by and says "oh hey".......I politely asked her could I get an order of 20wings and a side. She asks if it was a pickup. I said no I've been waiting to order. She says "oh we stop serving food at 12. Ask i look at the time on my phone it is 11:45. I normally anyone I know will set foot into this establishment
I believe management should fix the issue where the employees require DoorDash drivers Uber eats drivers to fill customers drinks That's not our job Y'all get paid to fill orders we get paid to deliver them we are required to have food handlers license to deliver food. Id like a response from management.
Waited a hour for them to mess up my wings and forget my fries and ranch, I tried to call and was on hold for 30 minutes. There’s no reason I paid for 2 meals and only got 1 right
I ordered through its site and half of my order was missing, dasher says it's your problem. Don't recommend, zero responsibility, they just stole your money
Had the food delivered and when I got it I had the wrong drink and no sauces in my bag. When I called the employee tried to blame it on the driver but he didn’t make the order they did. Terrible service
I did an online order for a ten piece meal and a 8 piece bone in meal as well and my ten piece only had 6 in it and my 8 piece only had 6 in it. Fries were soggy and cold and wings were cold as well, wish I could have gotten my money back. Especially not being able to go myself since I’m in labor and delivery at Baylor. When I called the girl only wanted to offer me 4 wings and come back up there to get those. Smh I spent 31 dollars on that for my food to be not prepared properly!
I made the terrible mistake of ordering at this location when I thought it was the lovely 8th Avenue location 😢. My wings were horrible. I got all flats for the first time and I did not have a good experience. I am an avid WingStop lover and this experience made me question that. My wings were small and not seasoned very well at all. I paid $17.19 for a 10 piece mixed with Louisiana Rub & Garlic Parm, all flats, and 1 ranch. Very sad day in Wing world. 🥺
