this low-key the best food i have had ever. like that pepino-guava agua fresca just about shook my entire world and held my soul. that breakfast burrito? be serious. she was PERFECT. also the chips????????? i was in LOVE. if they made a queso and a corn salsa…i would spend even more money here. the staff are so kind and fabulous. i am a new forever fan!
This was my first time eating here and I had a great experience. I ordered an asada burrito, and the staff were very friendly and thoughtful — they even asked if I had any dietary restrictions. I’ve tried some Mexican food before, but I’m not an expert on what’s considered “authentic.” Still, I genuinely thought the food here was really good, especially as a work meal — filling, fresh, and satisfying. I was also surprised by how carefully everything was packaged. They included tortilla chips and several different sauces, which was a really nice touch. You can tell they care about the customer experience. l was just passing by this place, but I will definitely come back again.
The food here is authentic Mexican food. The customer service is excellent. Their speed of service is pretty quick. The quality is good my brother ordered for Carnitas tacos and I ordered of the Asada torta.
Shredded beef tacos with the spicy hot sauce was freaking amazing. Definitely gonna be back. Tacos were a bit pricy though.

I understand that Los Chiles Loco is under new management, if their banner is accurate, but their tacos are still just as amazingly good as they were over 20 years ago when they first opened up in Monrovia. If you're in the mood for delicious spicy tacos that are filling, and for a good price, go to Los Chiles Loco!!!

best breakfast burrito of my life
Service is great, it's managed by owners they are great kind people. Got the chicken milanesa torta, the chicken was a bit overcooked but good. Will definitely be coming back to try the beef milanesa torta! Loved their hibiscus water.

OMG the food here was super delicious and the sauce was the bomb. This spot really didn’t disappoint. I had tamales too, and my tastebuds were extremely satisfied. Highly recommend this place..

From the first time I visited "Los Chiles Locos" I knew I was in for the long haul. I was greeted with a super friendly gentleman that happily took my order. By my third visit I asked if I could get my order with a few special additions and they gladly obliged. Nowadays I have a hard time not going to "Los Chiles Locos: because i want to try out their "cuban torta" all the time. the only downside to visiting "Los Chiles Locos" is going to be my increasing weight. I already know what i want on my next order!

I have the carne asada plate it was delicious, could have used a little more beans and rice on the side but overall it was great!
Not good. Barely edible. The chicken was so dry, I almost choked and had to cover it in green chili sauce (that also wasn't great). Might have been chunk chicken from the can. Gross. The Asada was not any Asada I have ever had. It was weird brown meat with no flavor. The fish taco was the best, but had no flavor. I am from out of town and hoped for a great experience, but the good reviews must be from friends. Taco Bell is down the street, it's better.
So the good; the staff is friendly. The bad, the food is mediocre/bad. I ordered the asada fries: soggy fries, mainly beans, bad guacamole... What can I say? Not worth it! Should have gone to Jack in the Box across the street.
