MOD Pizza

So about a week or two ago my husband says you hungry let’s go to MODS PIZZA 🍕 I wasn’t up for trying it in case I didn’t like it but I went ahead because my sister-in-law was here visiting from New York. Fast forward…. My. Very first time ever and this pizza was DELICIOUS 😋 but the service was absolutely AWESOME! Thank you Reece, Rob and Liz. You guys totally rock:)

Super Great pizza. Hand made.... You watch as it is prepared to how you like. Very clean and orderly. Got a nice patio if you want to eat outside. Wednesday night is a good time to go eat in.

Love this place. Great price and very fresh ingredients. Way better than any other chain pizza joint.

There's nothing wrong here my time at the location was good the food was fresh i was iffy about getting pizza here once I made my mind up it was worth the patience of waiting for the love they put into the pizza and the time it made for making it I would eat here again.

Mod in Mont Belvieu is fast and delicious. I also drive doordash out here and they always give me a drink or small snack when I'm early. Great staff!

The pizza really is top notch. The service at this location is always very nice and attentive. I last went on a Friday night and they were slammed so order was about 10 minutes later than the online time said, but they gave me 3 updates while I was there so I knew they were working it. Obviously the variety of ingredients and ability to personalize combinations is a great set up especially for my family that has diverse tastes.

The pizzas are sooo good!! Perfect every time I eat one. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommended. Go get you a Mad Dog Mod pizza!!

I want to acknowledge IVAN! That dude who worked on Sunday 7/6/2025! He is so patient and it was busy I felt bad for him cuz there was only two people in the front working He did his best! And need more staff or need staff that works with intensity (FAST)

Nice people, good food, fun atmosphere! Pictured is the glorious Anchovy, bacon, hamburger, roasted garlic, roasted red pepper, mushroom & tomato Mod pizza with red tomato sauce. Oddly, despite the ferocity of the fish & garlic, the red peppers really shined. So freaking good! (the only downside is the aftertaste that'll last past midnight! 😁). Recommended!!

Very clean. Same good old MOD. Pizza is good and crispy. So are the salad. And if you like chocolate, you have to try the no name cake! Staff is friendly and inviting. No errors and very attentive. The bathrooms are spotless single units. This is a nice side of the highway alternative to fast food. The people all know each other and are very chill. Many construction workers and firemen come here also. Strongly recommended.

Came in as the last customers about 5 minutes before closing, and the staff still served us happily without any rush or attitude. Everyone on the closing shift was friendly, calm, and genuinely welcoming. Really appreciated the great service so late in the day—thank you for taking care of us!

Went in about 4:15 today and was greeted so kinda by Ms.Ashley it was my first visit to Mod and she guided me through the entire experience. She has great customer service , portioned all my toppings very well and just had a great overall attitude and showed great kindness. This by far is the best pizza I've ever had and will definitely be back for more!! Staff is amazing!! Have to send a big Thankyou to Ashley for giving me a great experience today'

Edited review - overall it’s definitely improving. We enjoy ordering from her quite often! Original - When it’s good it’s good. Last few times we’ve ordered we have had issues with each order (delivery items, delivery itself has always been ok). Their customer service is always willing to send correct item or refund it, but it shows a lack of attention to detail and a need for staff training. Always find them to lack consistency- some use way more sauce than others for example. Food is good but service and staff need more training.

I like Mods. More of a 3.5 star establishment. I get the cauliflower Crust. My kids love this place. I will continue to go it's close. The price is not cheap 2 pizzas 3 drinks 40 dollars.

WE LOVE MOD PIZZA!!! The unlimited toppings make this place well worth the drive there! I have pretty bad acid reflux and can't eat spaghetti sauce, so I ordered mine with either Pesto garlic or light BBQ sauce. Their BBQ sauce has honey in it and is very delicious! The veggies are fresh, the meats are fresh. The oven cooks the pizza with a smokey flavor and it tastes great! The crust is thin, light, and crispy. They have serrano peppers for extra heat on the pizza. The staff is friendly and patient. The Raspberry Lemonade is the bomb!!! They have to go boxes available for left overs. The atmosphere is good but it is really cold in there, so wear a sweater or light jacket if dining in. The line goes pretty fast, so don't stress if there's a long line. The 11" Pizza is only $8.99 with unlimited toppings, well worth it! 👌🏽 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MOD PIZZA FOR YOUR FAVORITE PIZZA CHOICES!

It was just ok. Average at best. $8.99 for a small salad is ridiculous and the $12.99 pizza was more like a $5 DiGiorno frozen pizza from the grocery store. The key-lime cake was good but paying $3.99 for a Little Debbie sized snack cake is crazy … in all, spent $27.75 for a meal that was worth $12 at best.

Customer service was great, but the quality of the actual meal and ingredients was not the best, the salad had a funny smell. And my pizza was floppy as soon as I picked it up ingredients were falling off. Not the best, not the worst, could definitely use some improvement.

They just changed the cauliflower crust and it was awful. I used to love it! Manager said no one likes it now. Also all the fountain drinks at this location are terrible due to the water. The water tastes so bad that you can taste it in all the drinks… Probably won’t go back to this location

Mediocre at best. I had sausage/spinach pizza. The sausage tasted very low quality, like the kind that comes on a frozen pizza. The crust was crispy. There was hardly any sauce and the little that was there was very lacking in flavor.

You should really consider hiring employees who want to work. I thought for sure this location would be great, only to find out that Baytown location has more cheerful employees. Little boy with a beanie seemed so annoyed by me every time I asked for a topping. Extremely disappointed with the service. It was the hubs first time, needless to say we wont be coming back.

Owning a business is so hard specially in this times where no one seem to need a job and work like they are making us a favor If you received this message please reply and I will delete this review after. Just didn’t find another way to let you know that your employees are hurting your business. We left without being served after being in line for 15 min and being the only ones there.

I've been trying to get to y'all to help with me trying to order for over a week now and the person I spoke to on the phone decided they wanted to be very rude and no help at all I don't even what to eat with this store anymore I've had multiple issues with y'all and you're never any help with accommodating when I need it absolutely terrible customer service In store and over the phone

Yesterday me and my boyfriend were running errands and stopped to get some pizza. Because we love mod. We are new to the area from moving from Houston and just wanted something that we liked..A boy named Zeke made our pizzas as he was taking our order he was very sassy and kinda rude and short. He had no hairnet on only a baseball cap… After I ate 2 slices of my pizza I noticed a hair/eyelash on my pizza.. I went up to the counter and mentioned very nicely there’s a hair on my food he gave me straight attitude because I ate 2 slices already but didn’t get to THAT slice. I said I don’t eat food with hair on it, would you and he replied, “I probably would” rolled his eyes and took my pizza and said I’ll make you another one. I got back to the counter and asked the other young lady with pink hair (very nice I didn’t get her name) to make me a new pizza because I did not want him touching my food. After I received my pizza, Zeke kept on giving me and my boyfriend dirty looks and side eyeing and talking smack to his coworkers because we were watching him and we said is there a problem. I guesss they sent him home early and as he was walking out passing our table he said come meet me outside to fight. Little punk ran so fast to his car because we did go outside and he was already to his car talking smack and saying going back to our “bum section” and to come to the car to fight.. sir you work at MOD pizza get a grip. I got the managers phone number and called right after we left to express our concerns as I could not BELIEVE how that just happened. And said check the cameras because you will see what happened. Thank you to the other young lady for giving me a coupon and trying to de-escalate the situation. It wasn’t about the money it’s about how you treat people.. I’m no Karen but I was one today! I hope he gets fired for his behavior if you don’t like your job or customer service industry get a new job. We won’t return.

The place was clean. The people were super nice, and even explain things since they are not a regular pizza place however, I did not care for this pizza at all. It was more like pita bread with some meat and cheese on it kind of plain.

During the ordering process, which btw felt more like an interrogation, the manager with the dreadlocks and I made eye contact and I smiled he rolled his eyes and with disgust turned his face. WHAAAAT!! . I should have left then but here I am $51 later leaving a review. Then to make the evening worst immediately upon getting in the car after eating my stomach started hurting. The ride home was GOD awful. Having a diarrhea bowel movement while throwing up wasn't fun at all. What a waste. Could have bought multiple large pizzas for that. Ridiculous and disappointing. Sweet Tea, the vintage lemonade and the ice chips are good though 🤷🏻‍♀️
