Been coming here for about the better half of two years. Order through the app my foods always ready by the minute I hit the counter. Staff is super friendly food is ready quick so you can enjoy the rest of your 30 minute lunch.
The staff and food is great every time. Thank you all for your professionalism and keeping the place clean and the food tasting great. However,.... the music in the store has GOT TO CHANGE! I'm a regular here at this place as a driver for foothill transit who spends his time and money here. I practically know every song, the words and which one comes on next. It's played out and annoying. Please fix this issue. Im seriously over it 😒 and if I were an employee here. I'd probably hate my job. Lol Sincerely R.C
Nice cashier offered help with on-screen ordering, and others were seen making food and keeping area clean.
Absolutely love the staff. They work so hard even when dealing with customers unreasonable made up problems.
Seldom does a taco bell get an order right. This one did a good job. The one thing I can say, they lacked customer care. This is important to me as a consumer, it is part of the overall experience.
I'm not a BOSS, guy keeps saying BOSS. WHY?? We all know what that means, come to get insulted on the DL.
I don't know what happened to this place, but it's very disappointing. The staff has always been very friendly. The food has always been very fresh and their servings are very generous. Everything here just seemed perfect. It use to be our favorite. However, recently, they've been out of food multiple times. I use to come here after work at least once ever other week, however, after trying several times to order without success, I simply don't want to waste my time anymore. Apparently, though the staff is obviously trying their best, corporate doesn't care about their customers. It seems that their food shortage is due to corporate NOT promptly approving the necessary budget. I'll take my money elsewhere.
1 star just because they don't have a soda machine in the dining area. You have to ask everytime for a refill very inconvenient. I dislike standing there until I can get someone to fill my cup😡. The food is good, dinning is clean. You also have to ask the employees to open the bathrooms 😮💨 another inconvenient
People are insanely rude here and questionable. Seriously need to investigate them.
This review is not about cleanliness or food quality. The location itself is very clean—honestly, the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever visited—and the food was good. The staff appeared polite on the surface. However, we experienced a serious and unsettling issue during our visit on 1/1/26 at approximately 5:52 PM that needs to be shared. I was dining with my family, and unknown to us at the time, my 5-year-old son brought his iPad (which he had just received for Christmas) into the restaurant. When we arrived and ordered at the self-service kiosk, he left the tablet on the counter. When he didn’t see it afterward, he assumed one of us had taken it to the table. We remained in the dining area until about 6:30 PM, and during that entire time, the staff had possession of his iPad. We were the only customers dining inside, and the iPad’s wallpaper is a photo of me and my son, making it very clear who it belonged to. During our time there, we noticed the staff seemed fidgety, which stood out to us but did not make sense at the time. As we were leaving, one female employee was speaking to another in Spanish and said, “Should I tell him?” She waved to get my husband’s attention. My husband replied in Spanish, “Tell me what?” At that point, her coworker said something to her, she lowered her hand, and then told my husband in Spanish, “Oh no, never mind. No worries—everything is fine.” Hearing this made us reasonably believe we may have forgotten something or needed to be told something before leaving—such as leaving an item behind or an issue related to our table or order. Because of that, we checked our wallets and phones before leaving and believed we had everything, so we went home. Once home, my son asked for his iPad. When we realized it was missing, he explained what had happened at the kiosk. I immediately checked the device’s location. Location services were enabled, and the last known location showed the Taco Bell; however, the location had since been manually turned off. I also attempted to FaceTime the tablet, and the calls were rejected. I then called the restaurant to ask whether a tablet had been left behind. After describing it, the employee sounded hesitant—until I mentioned both that the device’s last known location showed it was there and the earlier interaction where an employee appeared about to tell us something before retracting. Only then did she confirm they had the iPad and told me I could come pick it up. Based on the behavior we witnessed, we strongly believe the staff knew from the moment we ordered that the tablet belonged to us and chose not to say anything—despite nearly flagging us down and then backing out. The situation felt dishonest and unsettling, as though there may have been intent to keep it. While we are thankful that we ultimately recovered my son’s iPad, the experience was troubling. I would strongly advise against bringing valuable items into this location, as recovery of lost items does not seem guaranteed. The fact that this involved a child’s tablet makes the situation especially disappointing.
They claim to be opened till 3 AM but I’m here at 10:42 pm and the door to the restaurant is locked . Games
This location got me to stop eating Taco Bell all together. From missing items coming out of the drive through to the nasty food that seems to be thrown together. The owner must not care about their profits enough to make needed changes.
Everybody is super lazy here, my client needed to use the restroom and instead of taking all of 2 seconds to open it i was told that my client had to wait. Every time i come here the custom service is horrible af you guys need a training on how to treat your guest that enter into your store everyday. Instead of talking and sitting around and helping family members they need to pay more attention to their guest. Never coming back here again.
Never coming back to this location. Not sure if it’s the lack of training or pure stupidity but every time I’ve gone to this location, I’m always missing items which then I have to drive back to get it. Normally I wouldn’t be bothered because I understand mistakes happen but when it’s every single time, it’s gets very frustrating. It’s not hard to double check your work and make sure you fulfill an order before handing it off.
You can't order at the counter. You can't use the bathroom unless the manager walks over and unlocks it for you. And your order takes forever. And it comes with no hot sauces at all. And i had to ask for my soda after I finally get my food. maybe the worst fast food place I've ever eaten at in my life!
The employees here are extremely rude. The messed up on our drivethru order twice. 2nd time had to drive all the way back just to hear the manager and employees complain. When we walked in and told the first employee items from our order were missing, he went to the back to inform his manager. That's when we heard her say "Oh he'll no! They better have a receipt!" which he then told her we did. After she saw the receipt herself and began preparing the food we could hear them complaining the whole time saying things like "I don't know why they ordered so much food." The employees at this location are very immature. This occurred on 10/9/22
There was no one in the lobby when my husband and I arrived and only one car was at the drive through. Our wait time was about 10 minutes before anyone came to assist us. We could hear the employees talking in the back. As for cleanliness, the floors were terrible. They needed sweeping and appeared to not have been mopped in awhile. The drink area needed a good cleaning and the trash can was running over.
Just moved to this location and I have never been as disappointed in a fast food joint. Love Taco Bell and I am sad that the closest one to me is so horrid. 3 times now we come around 7-8 pm, when the store hours show 11 or 12, and the store is “closed.” I’ve seen the workers car and outside every time. Also have went and they are out of basic ingredients like chicken or chips!
