To all the people who worked on Tuesday July 9th 2024 after hurricane Beryl at the Burger King next to Kroger on Highway 105 in Montgomery Texas through all the overwhelming amount of people who came thru wanting food because everyone has been without power for 2 days so everything in our refrigerator is ruined & now everyone is hungry & hardly anywhere open cuz of no power & because of so many orders I know ya'll were having trouble keeping up & getting orders out but in case nobody has told ya'll I think ya'll did a wonderful job & with a smile the whole time ya'll worked your hardest I know. So just know you made a huge difference at least in my world, so THANK YOU SO MUCH!! 😊

Good burgers, good fries. What a nice place! They were training new staff tonight and everyone was so friendly and nice ! We enjoy BK when eating fast food because of the blacklisted ingredients but this is a good one ! Thanks y’all!

This Burger King in Montgomery is the best ever. The breakfast sandwiches are fresh and awesome. The staff is friendly. They need to train all of the other employees that work here. The BK by my job on the Southwest Fwy is horrible. My sandwiches look like they have been pressed. They upcharge here and the bread is not fresh.

Best part about this Burger King is the spacious and elegant dining room. They seem to be prepared for a vibrant song and dance number to erupt at any moment. No sign of a disco ball, but they may keep that in the back.

Good lunch experience here at this new location for Burger King. Busy lunch crowd but Yasmin got my order to me quickly! I had the Jr burger and it was perfect. Plenty of seating and there’s a children’s indoor playground area. Nice! Keep up the good work Burger King!

Wish BK knew about packaging food and beverages for to go orders. The current gray semi flat beverage holder SUCKS FOR TRANSPORTATION OF BEVERAGES. Is there room for improvement? Absolutely!!! Simple little fixes can make an experience into follow up and into a regular customer.

Food was good. Fries were better than any BK I've been i 10 yrs. My unpleasantness came from 25min from door till I got food. 1 guy in front of me taking 10min (not exaggerated) to order, i took 1 min,the BK took 14 min to get my food. I was 40 min early for church, but ended up 5min late. BTW, BK staff member Melissa was really patient with the difficult customer before me.👍

The only reason for a 4 instead of 5 is that EVERY TIME we go in to eat, the dining room is very COLD! When the weather is scorching hot, I can understand the need for A/C!!! But other times, I shiver the whole time we're eating! I try my best to gulp my food down as fast as I possibly can. MY hubby, who is a retired firefighter and peace officer, NEVER gets too cold, even in cold weather! But he tries to get a booth or table away from an A/C vent cuz he gets chilled in there! Maybe the kitchen is extremely hot and hard to work in, but they should try to fix a 'cold zone' for the kitchen, and just regulate the dining room area. But the food is very good, and our order is USUALLY correct. Every once in a while they add cheese or forget to omit the lettuce, but it's still oķ, as we can remove the stuff we don't like on our burgers. So, in general everything is fine and we'll continue to stop in to eat!

For a fast food restaurant, this place is about as nice as such get. It is spacious and reasonably clean and I received attentive courteous service. Parents with young children will like the bonus of the clean and attractive enclosed play area.

We use to go every Thursday so my granddaughter could play. It wasn't until the last time I saw they charge .86¢ for a toy in a kids meal. Then we purchased four of the crispy chicken sandwich that they advertise in the pick two for $6. The piece of chicken is smaller than the bun (not even close to advertisement). There was a slice of Roma tomatoe and a little lettuce. I was excited when they opened but now disappointed.

Never had any issues during the day, we don’t really do late night fast food often but saw it was open till midnight so we went out, got there at 11:30 and watched them shut off the lights and lock up

Great but disappointed about the plant burger. It looked nothing like the picture nor taste as good as the original burger It resemble a slice of baloney with a ring around the edges. I would give it a " C " rating.

It's mainly a place to take the kids to play in the massive play area. If you can stand the freezing cold AC. The food is okay. Typical fast food.

11AM SATURDAY DRIVE-THRU The service was great, but the food was not. I'm a vegan, so with Burger King being basically my only veggie burger option outside my home, I've become quite the Impossible Whopper expert. This Burger King's Impossible Whopper was super cold and tasted funny. An hour later, my mouth still has a weird taste in it and my stomach is sour. The fries were also super mushy. There was literately no one else in the drive-thru or restaurant and my meal was ready and in the bag before I hit the window to pay, which sorta tells me my food was cooked earlier.

Hadn't been to a Burger King in 20 years. They have modernized and was clean. Food looked fresh. So many people like Burger King but in the end it just isn't for me. Had all I could do to eat it. Just not sure what I didn't like. Maybe the onion rings were too soft. The char doesn't do much for me, but am sure a lot of people do. 3 stars for cleanliness.

The food is pretty much as you would expect for a fast food restaurant. There are alot of "value" type options. This particular location, is not the cleanest (tables/bathroom/condiment area). The attitudes of the workers could be better, but I've seen worse. Overall, nothing special, just another Burger King.

Went there every day during the week each time asked for a fresh coffee and each time answer was - we don’t have one. When i asked if they can make one answer was no. 🤦🏻‍♂️ got a chicking and asked them to make it plain with cheese and asked them to make sure cheese was melted they said ok when i got my sandwich cheese was not melted even one bit i gave them back and asked them to melted they said ok took the sandwich and brought back few mins later i checked again and it was still not melted i asked them why it’s so hart to melt the cheese answer was they can only microwave it🤦🏻‍♂️ oh of course why not i was there to eat microwave warmed sandwich anyway right?

Went through the drive through today and ordered some burgers and fries. The fries were deliciously hot, but the burgers literally tasted as if they had been sitting out for hours. Literally room temperature. So I went back in to exchange them for fresh ones, and again, I got, the same result. Maybe it was a little warmer, but it still wasn’t, “just got off the grill” hot. ☹️☹️

I am disappointed about this Burger King location because when i ordered my food it was the opposite of fast food and it was super slow. The workers already made our food but repeatedly say what our order was and i saw people drive out of the drive thru. When i suddenly was cold. Bad business, ruined my night, and i wont be returning.

I went inside to place an order using a coupon, I asked to have cheese added to my chicken sandwiches and onion rings instead of fries. Also, ordered a fish sandwich, when I got home, no cheese on my chicken sandwiches which I paid extra for and fries instead of onion rings. I keep giving Burger King more chances, because I really like their chicken sandwiches but time and time again they disappoint me, always with take out.

The line is usually short in the drive through but they take forever to give out orders. The last time I went they were only accepting card or exact change and then they couldn’t give me a receipt. Every time I come to Burger King the experience is unpleasant no matter which location I go to.

I love Burger King and have enjoyed their food for some 30 years. But this location needs an intervention from management! I placed a mobile order before leaving my office at 5 pm. I arrived at the BK near my house some 40 minutes later to find they hadn't even started the order yet. Also, the drive-thru was out of order, so I had to park and go inside to get my order. Keep in mind that I'm physically disabled; that's why I use mobile & drive-thru orders. The 2 cooks in the back took another 20 minutes to cook up a Whopper & fries. There were only 4 customers inside, equally frustrated as I was. The cashier told me the reason they were so slow was that "they picked the two cooks who don't pay attention to anything." I'm done with this location. Suggest a District or Regional Manager impromptu visit ASAP.

Food was fast, correct, and tasted like good burger king food. Unfortunately, the staff were not interested in cleaning. They were not busy, they had lots to time to stand around and talk, but no effort was made to clean the dinning room (I did see one guy cleaning the kitchen). The worst part was I was in the bathroom when a staff guy finished peeing, then walked out with washing his hands.... YUCK. 🤢

I swear every time we come here we have to wait 30 minutes just for our drinks to be given us. I'm currently sitting at the drive through window it's been nearly 30 minutes and just got my drinks. If I hadn't paid I would have left already!!!

This place has lots of flies. I had to throw my food away because the flies kept landing on my food and then I saw a fly drowning in my soda. and had to pour it out. And before all of that they did not make my burger right when I took it to them to fix it they laugh at me. I am really upset. But was to mad to talk to the manager so we just left.

I just left this place in disgust! I watched a manager wipe the sweat from his face and neck and immediately use that same towel to wipe the counter he was preparing the food on!!!😲☹ THEN, I approached a different manager and told him what I witnessed and the other manager heard me and COMPLETELY denied it. I saw him and watched his every move. He did it. YUCK!!!! 😬😬😞😦

Several leaks in the ceiling. They can’t get app coupons to work and try telling you you’re giving the wrong code when it’s them or that you can only do a mobile order which then gives you a longer wait. Customer next to me called out an employee wiping his nose (most employees wearing their masks under their nose or chin) and then putting his hands inside the chicken nugget sleeve… not sanitary.

Just went through drive thru, ordered spicy chicken sandwich, got home with my food, took a bite into a meatless sandwich. Bread cheese and lettuce . They just made me a "wish" sandwich , wish i had some chicken in my chicken sandwich.

Ask for fish no lettuce...get home..lettuce on it..ask for bbq sauce for chicken fries, get home no bbq sauce..ask for milk shake..machine is being cleaned at 7pm.. I mean seriously if you try just a little..you can correct this..I know the work force is rough..but I'm sure there is a manager on duty that should be overseeing every order..

Came to get a quick meal Togo. cashier got my order Wrong twice. Then when took a bite of my burger the burgers patty was burnt, and not a little burnt mind you the patty was black. So I called to let them know what happened. I let them know that I don't have time to bring my burger back for a refund, but that I took a picture of the burger and i have my receipt could I come in later to get a refund. They told me no, that I have to hold on to this burnt gross burger if I wanted my refund and that was all they could do.

Drinks tasted gross. Idk why I was expecting tea. We didn't get anything with the kid's meal except for the fries. When we got the nuggets they were not something I'd call food. Theyard like something reheated more than twice Burgers were nothing to write home about. My children's socks were black after playing in the playplace. Mostly I really wish they had salads or at the very least grilled chicken on the menu. This Burger King doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction in the slightest.

came through drive through today around 2:20ish and the drive through lady was taking forever to take my order, I couldn’t see her full name tag but the first 2 letters were Lu, I had to repeat myself about 4 times and she didn’t seem to understand anything I was saying, my husband had been there earlier as well and asked for a cup of ice and she could not understand that as well, he repeated him self at the window while she took his money and she still couldn’t get it. I was excited about finally having a Burger King in Montgomery but this place is the worst BK I’ve ever been to. They repeatedly serve cold food, or they mess up your order. 2 times I’ve ordered, went home to eat and had to go back for them to correct their screw ups. 1st time was cold food, like it’s been sitting there way too long, the entire order was bad. This time I was served a less than Jr. size chicken patty on a regular bun and the only thing that was hot was the fries, nuggets and Whopper were not fresh. I won’t be going back, there’s gonna be another BK on 105 towards Conroe, hopefully they can get it right because this place is a failure.

I usually never have problems with this Burger King, but I went through the drive thru around 2:15-2:20pm on 5/12/19. The girls at the drive thru were distracting each other and gossiping, they gave me 10 regular nuggets when I ordered 20 spicy nuggets. They didn’t give me my receipt either. I didn’t bother with going back because I was in a rush.

Wow food here was terrible, brand new store , unacceptable, ate breakfast here , the place was empty, so I guess the food we ordered was sitting. The hashbrounds were cold and tasted like they were fried in old grease, the French toast was cold and stale , the egg on the croissant was mushy , and the coffee even tasted bad and stale, next time I'll just to to Starbucks, I never had a problem there. Me and the person I was with said the same thing ( we are never coming back here!)

This is absolutely the WORST Burger King establishment, so much so I refuse to allow any of my families business for any BK establishment. I've ordered twice from this establishment, and both times I had missing items. When I called for the order I placed this evening,it was explained that they gave the Door Dasher Karrie the drinks, however the Door Dasher came back with a root beer ( SOMETHING I DIDNT EVEN ORDER) , not the larger Dr Pepper, or two of the "Kooky Shakes", or the large Mocha coffee.... When I spoke with the horrible manager, she tells me the drinks were given to Karrie, so I asked her to check the cameras, the manager tells me she doesn't have to serve me, not to give her attitude. And that since her workers claim to have given the drinks to the Door Dasher I would have to re-purchase the drinks. CORPORATE FIRE THIS MANAGER, BECAUSE EVEN SHE ADMITTED SHE WASNT PRESENT WHEN THE DOOR DASHER PICKED UP THE ORDER...

Ordered online arrive there five minutes late because I know how slow they are even though I did it still took me over 35 minutes to get my order ready. It wasn’t nothing big. It was three simple items and that did not even receive my sauces. Very rude manager that was on shift. Had zero customer service. Update same problem again no customer service had to wait 20 minutes for a simple order. They had no line no customers not the best location.

I went through drive thru and it took over 30 minutes to get my food. I got a medium iced tea instead of the large coke I ordered. The fries were cold. Just not a good experience. I am assuming this location has a management issue.

I went to this BK today and ordered Small Sprite, Small fries and Whopper, no pickles, no onions. I received every item as ordered however I had to throw Sprite away, it was awful. Not sure what the problem was with it. It tasted flat and left an aftertaste in my mouth. My whopper was made per ordered however meat was seared and burnt on edges. It must have been cooked for a while because the sandwich was cold. Needless to say, I threw it away also. My fries were not fresh either. 😕 So that's why I am writing this comment. The cashier did not even give me a receipt or I would have given this review on BK's website. What is sad about this, is I have always chosen BK over any fast food establishment. Now, my opinion has changed. I will probably go back to Dairy Queen. I just would prefer a broiled hamburger versus fried. Anyway, it's a sad day in history for me. Burger King failed me today.

We went to the drive up to order an Impossible Whopper meal and were told to go to the second window to pay for the meal. I pulled up to the window and payed with my credit card. After waiting 10 minutes for our meal she opened the window and said sorry for the delay and closed the window.Five minutes later she opens the window and gives me a large bag with someone elses order. I told her we had the Impossible meal not the order she gave us. confusion inside the drive through and a minute goes by and she handed me another bag and said this was our order. I looked inside real fast and then left Burger Kingwith 6 carts behind me. We arrived at home and low and behold she gave us the wrong order, it was a wopper with cheese. NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO BURGER KING.

So.... Advertised price of sandwich is 4.99, I was charged 5.49. I didn't want a drink do didn't care to order a meal but wanted fries, so I order a medium fry as well. $2.89. So charged amount for (1) Original Chicken Sandwich and (1) medium fry $8.38 before tax. A number 9 which is an Original Chicken Sandwich meal medium is advertised as $7.49.. So upon realizing I was overcharged for the single chicken sandwich I asked to just have it switched to a meal as it would be cheaper. Was told that they couldn't do that, and it was corporates fault. Contact them.... Fairly certain Burger King is now off the lunch rotation for good.

Waited in a long line and after ordering waited another 20 minutes without a single car moving half the line finally left tired waiting including me. No one comes here because the food is just the best in the world and the price is gone sky high but if you can’t even call a fast foodplace fast food because they’re so slow. There’s really no reason to come here.

Ordered #2. Came with no bacon no jalapeño barely any veggies meat was dry no cheese. Literally everything that makes the burger what it is. No ketchup for fries fries aren’t salted. Staff pretty rude. Save your money and go elsewhere!

We stopped at 8:30 to grab a quick meal before running another errand. We were in line 30 minutes waiting for our food. When we finally got up to the window our food was sitting in a bag on the counter they could not find our order in the computer and ask this repeatedly what we had. Meanwhile they found the order in the computer,charged us for our order and lost ournorder again. After checking the bags on the counter they gave us the bag that had been sitting there. It was cold and nasty. The medium fries were really a small fries in disguise, but that's ok because they were too soggy and cold for human consumption. I can give a person a break for computers going down but the staff was completely incompetent and had to call the manager over to find our bag of cold grotesque food that i had been staring at since we pulled up to the window. I won't be having burger king again

I ordered a two burgers with fries and Oreo Shake. The burgers were done wrong. The Oero shake was a chocolate shake and I got home that was almost liquid. I live less than 5 minutes from them. I called the manager all I was offered was for me to drive back there to get my money back. I got my money back and went somewhere else. I will never return again to that location or probably any Burger King.

Yeah it was bad. The employee raven had me wait over 10 minutes after already taking my payment, all my food was cold and she was just overall really bad. If I could I would give it a lower rating. It I’d recommend going to any of the other fast food places near. Emily there however was great with helping and trying to get the obviously new employee (raven) but she just wouldn’t listen

Sitting in line currently and waiting 17 minutes with only one other car in the drive thru and zero cars in the parking lot. Pulling off to head to chic fil a with a longer line, but run way more efficiently. Sucks.

First time I ordered from this location, it was a new place. I figured the single piece of lettuce half the size of the burger was a training error that time would fix. The second time, the man at the window tried to pass off Coka as Barq's instead of just telling me they were out. The third, I got the wrong burger entirely. I have been to this location again until today. My app glitched and I failed to notice on opening it again that it was not sending me through either Conroe location. Instead of five minutes to food, it was 30. But that's my mistake. What isn't, is when I got there, I was asked to waited another ten minutes. To get cold food. If it had been ready, as the ice cold fries and burger tell me they were, why was I waiting at all? If I was going to be asked to wait, after having already given them extra time by my mistake, why was the food cold? At least the young lady at the window was polite and corrected the drink problem without issue this time. But do yourselves a favor. Go into Conroe.

Order a burger meal with cheese. Got home the burger had no cheese two pickles, hardly any lettuce and rotten tomatoes. Freaking ridiculous

DO NOT walk in if you don’t want to freeze your butt inside of this place! I decided to have dinner with my family and it was insanely cold no wonder why everybody walked out with their lunches and there wasn’t even a single person inside. The guy who took my order just apologized when I mentioned that but nothing happened. I think they do that on purpose so they get orders only on drive t at night. Another family came in after me and also complained about the temperature and after some minutes trying to have their meal at the tables decided to leave… This is a HUGE disrespect with the customers!

The last two times I’ve ordered here was awful first one I didn’t get half my food and the manager told me I had 3 days to come back to get it when I told her I couldn’t go back that same night and then this time they were out of chicken nuggets, so we got 4 chicken fries and our order went from 13 dollars to 23… and then they still didn’t even give the chicken fries we had to go back inside to get them. Just don’t waste your time

What is even wrong with the employees here?! EVERYONE should be fired and the place completely rehire new people. EVERY time we go here they mess something up. They are 100% Incompetent. Somehow, the still mess it up even when you go in to get it fixed and your literally showing them the receipt with the correct instructions AND telling them to their faces. On top of that, they all have terrible attitudes. How is it possible to get things so wrong?? Today just sent me over the edge (it being like the 50th time they’ve messed up when we’ve gone) but they didn’t even read our order and just threw something together. Then when we went in to fix it, told them exactly how it was supposed to be and showed them the order and they STILL got it wrong. I wish we had a Burger King closer because IF I’m gonna eat fast food, I love BK, but this one is the worst location I’ve ever been to. I’ll go out of my way to go to the one on Honea. They’re awesome and never get your order wrong

Such a shame! Visited on 11/27, told them we were allergic so NO KETCHUP. Checked receipt and it was marked "no ketchup." Get home and ... ketchup :( Called, manager Shay told us to keep receipt for next time we were in town (we live an hour away). We went by on 1/4/25 and reordered. Regina (current manager) said that Shay had been fired because she made too many mistakes. Told us to call back and speak with General Manager. Went by next day and spoke with Ruby (General Manager?) who would not honor the receipt. While inside we used the restroom (feces on floor) and roaches -- we did not eat and won't be back. Such a shame with such a new location. Also, the outside of the building is falling just past the drive-through which may be part of their bug problem?

We waited 30min for our food and there were only 4 other people in the dining room. When we first had gotten there the guy before us had been waiting awhile and brought it to their attention and they were extremely rude to him. That right there should've been our que to turn around. When we had to change our orders to to-go because our lunch break was up, we were told we needed to have patience.

If you’re considering starting your day with breakfast at this Burger King location, save yourself the trouble and find another place. Every trip I’ve made here has been a lesson in disappointment, whether through the drive-through or dining inside. Let me break down why this place makes me hope for its eventual closure: First, the drive-through. Unlike a busy location in any average city, this place doesn’t have nearly as much traffic. You’d think with fewer customers, they could handle orders efficiently, but every day there’s a new challenge. Long wait times are routine, yet when you finally receive your food, it’s somehow already room temperature. How does it take that long to prepare something that isn’t even fresh? It’s baffling. Another consistent issue is incorrect orders. If you don’t double-check your bag every single time, you’re almost guaranteed to be missing something. Need coffee with your breakfast? Good luck. They frequently forget to prepare it, then scramble to brew it at the last minute. The worst offense? They water down their coffee when they don’t have enough, resulting in a lukewarm, diluted mess. This is not speculation – I’ve had scalding-hot coffee before, but far too often, it arrives room temperature and weak. Clearly, they’re mixing whatever dregs are left with water to stretch it out. Management here is clearly ineffective. I don’t feel sorry for them. This morning was the final straw: it took 20 minutes to get two sausage and egg croissants with hashbrowns. When I asked for my coffee, I was informed (once again) that I’d need to wait another 4-5 minutes for it to brew. The young employee behind the counter was out of his depth, clearly new and clueless, standing around while waiting for instructions. It’s as if no one there has taught him basic work ethic or initiative. At the very least, if the food and service are going to be subpar, a little kindness would go a long way – but even that is missing. In short: terrible service, cold food, watered-down coffee, and inept management. This location needs a major overhaul or to be put out of its misery. Avoid it like the plague.
