I left 5 a five star rating because normally y'all are very good but today your service was good but i got a chicken sandwich and it lloked burnt not crispy like it was suposed to be but because the greese is old as dirt it was nasty now i ate that sandwich because well i was hungry and didn't feel like going through the whole talking to someone thing not really a people person anyway i realize y'all are a small town but hell if you have to buy some. Greese just ti feed the pwople right then do so because someone needs to step in if someone stepping out

The people are amicable, enough to the point that one of the ladies paid for a small breakfast one morning when I forgot my wallet. The customer service is top notch! They're good about getting extra requests done, too. I can't think of a time that a meal wasn't correct.

We had the family over after church and decided to come in the drive thru since the wife didn’t feel like cooking and we enjoy dining here over McDonalds. Our cashier was Daisy and as usual she was very welcoming. I wear hearing aids so she was patient with me as she took our order and very understanding and forgiving of our big order. We had to settle with what ever drink was available and the fries were not as hot as we like but our sandwiches were fresh and made correct and our family enjoyed their meals as well. The wife and I come frequently and will continue as along as the service is continuing to get better.

Ordered the new veggie burger plain with no bun. They made my order as a veggie burger with every topping and a bun. Had to wait for them to cook another one. Wasted my time so they only got three stars. The veggie burger is really rather good.

It's Burger King. There's not really much to say and fast food places don't really excel in any specific areas. The order was accurate and unfortunately in Florida this is a very big thing but not quite big enough to give it 4 instead of 3.

The food is good, especially the french fries but the attitudes of the employees stinks. Not good customer service at all, except one whom dealt with me a couple of months ago with special needs, she was very patient, smiled, and said, "Have a good day". (Exceptional I would say)! The managers/employees speak more to one another, jiving around than to the customers. Furthermore, it seems like it is a problem for them to smile. This is dissapointing!

Burger King like McDonald's is a hit and miss operation. I sat at the takeout window and listen to the manager/owner go on with her husband about how she was Fed up with the girls that were hired to run the place when she was not there and threatened very strongly to close the place down and I think they did. So once again while the food is satisfactory the staff and the service can be from zero to 10 and usually settles in somewhere around 5.

I asked for whopper Jr. Grill broken so only fried foods. I said ok royal chicken sandwich. But she accidentally rang up meal. But redid for sandwich only with help from manager who may not have seen the original order.. But charged for bacon swiss crispy royal 2.50 more! So I said make it bacon Swiss royal crispy to get my money's worth. I asked no sause but they already had it...fast. But they left off cheese.. they were nice and friendly though. Sandwich was good.

Ordered extra tarter on 2 big fish non added. Ask for tomato. 40 for 1 small slice on each. Lettuce was all the white hard stuff

Fast food. But every time I asked for something I got an eye roll. Not sure what I did to offend anyone. It must have been a chore to have waited on me. Asked for ketchup and salt and received an eye roll and audible discontentment for ma asking for the condiment. Also the drink machine is still not working about a year now I think.

Arrived drive-through at 8:31 PM and, without a view menu, ordered a whopper, no cheese and a quarter pounder no cheese…the lady said the grill was closed as they closed at 9:00 PM and could only fry. The king burger was cold, and it was the worst hamburger I have eaten there. Mgr wanted to give me a small HB not the one I ordered. I ask for no cheese the cheese had been melted on there awhile. This was around 2:;00 pm it should have been fresh. We ordered the 2/11.99 and a whopper jr meal. The coke and sprite tasted like water.

At 10:27 am we couldn't order lunch even though the sign in the window said we could get a whopper any time, so we pulled around and decided to go in, only the doors were locked and they wouldn't let us in to use the bathroom, eat inside or take away. We pulled back through the line and ordered. My tea was so sweet it tasted sour. Couldn't drink it. The onion rings I ordered looked and tasted just like French fries, even though I paid the upcharge for onion rings. The staff was not friendly or accommodating. Unless things change, we will probably bypass this BK in the future.

I ordered 16$ worth of breakfast this morning and the food was cold, the hash browns where old, and the biscuit was hard. I'm very unsatisfied with my order...I payed near 20$, and it wasn't worth the money.

I understand the dinning room is closed due to covid, however, we were in an 18 wheeler and had to cross the street to get to BK. The girl poked her head out of the dunning room location and made us walk through the drive thru. We had to wait by the drive thru window while 3 vehicles after us picked up their order. Then when the finally got our food ready they made us get the food through the drive through window while a truck was there. She wanted us to squeeze between his 1 ton and the window!! Absolutely dangerous, no brains at all!!

Came in to pick up our favorite mocha frappe; unfortunately, not only did we wait longer than we ever expected but, others came in and were served before us then when we did get our favorite mocha, it was a caramel frappe instead. Not sure what happened; however, I hope someone would look at the situation.

The sweet tea tasted like bubble gum, and the wait staff was rude. Didn't offer a receipt, nor did she wait to see if there was a problem with the order.

Order taker inside was very miserable. Served my husband cold coffee on purpose because he asked if they offered senior coffee. Then turned her back on him and would not respond when he asked for sugar.Drive thru employee came to assist while the other just did nothing. Maybe a bad day? Poor service from her and bad reflection on Burger King.

We were surprised by how nice of a BK it was since its such a small town. We expected great service but were a bit disappointed. The wifi was acting up, they forgot our order, we were missing change and we had to pay for any sauce other than Ketch-up.

Sat Oct 21, 2023 Ordered 2 Double Cros 2 for 6 Bacon Egg and Chees 1 had no egg but a little sliver The other had a sliver of egg and had no cheese Neither were a double and Both the Bacon was barely cooked Very very disappointing Also ordered other items for someone else as far as I know

Super slow. it took over 30 minutes to get through the drive-through for two cheeseburgers. I only stuck around to see how long it would take. I won’t be coming back.

The girl taking the order was extremely short and not helpful to my husband at all. Waited for 5 minutes, at the speaker, for our order to be taken. Fine, no worries about the wait, but her tone was rude, as if we were inconveniencing her. Ordered powerade for our son. They were out of blue. Asked what flavors they had and was told "any flavor but blue." Ordered a red and the response was "what flavor!" Tone was very condescending. Good was ready promptly!

Bad service , no soda machine available, no wopper a apilable , very dirty , people constantly coming back for them to fix a problem in the order. The meat overcooked, I had problems with my order. Ext. The building is falling apart. I don't know but something it's wrong with this burger king. Some one need to closed this location for good. This bad experience happened on Monday 7/25/2022. I don't know if this is normal but the place seems like the general manager don't care at all. The only good thing was that the employees where friendly. The management in this place sucks for sure. Just my personal and family experience. We love Burger King and I hate to have this types of bad experiences. I hope some one does something with this location. Thanks !

This Burger King is in a very sad state of affairs. It has gone down hill. EVERYTHING about this Burger Kings is bad. 09/19/22- at lunch time 1210pm. Not a single person inside ordering. The drive thru has a line, but it is not moving. I watched 4 vehicles leave the line without placing an order. I soon followed suit. 15 plus minutes is just to long. At times you cant even go into the lobby to order. You find the doors locked and only serving in the drive thru slow line. To make matters worse. You try to look up the owner so you and assist and advised them of potential problems, NOTHING. You cant find an owner contact for anything. Oh well- dont waist your time. Go somewhere else. Maybe some day when profits are low enough something will get done.

This was a terrible experience. The minimal staff were doing their best to keep up. They were very clearly at a disadvantage. Broken ticketing system, out of condiments and various soft drinks. The 3 gentlemen who were running the place felt it easier to list off what drinks they actually had than to tell us what they were out of. It saddens me to see management care so little for their restaurant and for the evening crew to be the recipients of the short end of the stick. There was no shortage of apologies, but putting these guys in this position was just unprofessional. I love Burger King, and it bothers me to see it so neglected.

My son and I stopped by to have lunch because we normally like Burger King. First off, the people there are rude. Told cashier three times what I wanted, they still got it wrong. No bacon, which I wanted, and they put cheese on burger, which I specifically did not want. Enough Mayo on both mine and my sons sandwich for five or six sandwiches. Instead of calling out your order number, they’re yelling across restaurant, hey! Yo food ready. Seems everyone in restaurant was complaining to each other about their food. Went to get refill when leaving, stood there with employees looking at me and saying nothing, nor asking if I needed anything. Finally just walked out disgusted. Lazy people just drawing a check, as usual. Soda machine in lobby broken, tables and floors dirty, soda flat, and rude wait staff, not to mention 2 workers, or their friends, not sure, curled up on one of the benches wrapped up in snuggies like they’re laying on their own sofa. This place needs to be shut down and bulldozed.

This is the worst place I have ever been too. First off , me and my family are on the way back from a trip due to emergency reasons. We stopped to grab something to eat because we haven’t had dinner. We sat there in the drive through for 15 +mins waiting. We eventually gave up and left. First off if the dinning room is close all attention should be focused on helping customers in the drive threw. You have a line of people in the drive three and it takes 15 + minutes to get one car through. You really need to work on service.

Passing thru around dinner time on Friday August 30,2024 4:50 pm stopped by to get a burger. Store was nasty, drink and ice machines were filthy. Was asked to pull up and wait for our food. 20 minutes later lady came out and asked us to park and wait longer. She said electricity was out but everyone behind us was getting their food. The employees hygiene was not good at all. After the attitude we were given from the employee we decided just to leave even though we had already paid. The way people are today we just could not take the chance. Will never visit again and will tell our family and friends about our bad experience.

Burger King Restaurant in Monticello Florida….. It’s a shame that you can’t get a Decent meal in Monticello. The City is Divided, and the People are Separated…. It’s SAID This Burger King store was Closed due to Rodent Sightings and Droppings were in the food and the store! They finally reopened it after several months. Me Thinking that the store would be Much Better after it was Cleaned up and then reopened. NOT. I went in Because My Grandchildren were hungry, and I Thought that The Monticello Restaurant would Be Like The Tallahassee Restaurants That offer a $28 Party Bundle!!! The Cashier SAID NO WE DON’T HAVE THAT!!! In a Nasty Way She Said “SO YOU CANT EXPECT US TO GIVE YOU SOMETHING THAT WE DON’T HAVE”!!! SO…. They Looked it up in the register After I got Adamant about it! Along with the Receipt I had From the Tallahassee Store that I’d gotten it from a couple of days earlier They Still Couldn’t give it to me. So I went to My car and got a Coupon for the $17 Family Bundle. They Didn’t Fix NOTHING RIGHT!!! I Paid for Cheese for ALL OF THE BURGERS AND DID’NT GET ANY ON NOT ONE SANDWICH!!! Two sandwiches with Cheese and Mayo only, The two Whoppers Were Supposed to Be With Cheese and Ketchup Only, and the Cheese Burgers That’s Supposed To Come With Cheese Didn’t Have Any Cheese Either!!! Two of the fries were missing, and no sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets!… Me Thinking that THEY’RE GOING TO HAVE IT RIGHT SINCE THEY JUST REOPENED So I Didn’t Check My Order Before Leaving The Store…. Not The Case…. THE FRANCHISE SHOULD HAVE NEVER REOPENED THE STORE…. Plus it’s 3 Restaurants Closed in Tallahassee…. Every time i've been here before , they have messed up my order. Today I go there.No drive throws down.Of course, so I go inside order a kid's meal.They don't have ketchup and then they give me expired milk don't ever stop here.

By far, the worst tasting food I’ve ever had. And I’m fat. The mozzarella sticks were so over cooked and cold with the cheese melted into the box. The burgers tasted like chemicals so I threw them away first bite each. The cheese was hard and stale and the brisket was slimy.

Came here today because I was craving a good burger. I ordered a dbl Texas whopper. The burger I received although it had two Patties it was not what I ordered. It didn’t have bacon, and it was sloppily put together. I tried to call to let them know and possibly get the order corrected in the future but no one answered. I am not even sure it is the right number or just someone’s cell number because it’s a 305 number and Jefferson county area code is 850. I would have just drove it back up there but the Burger King is 15 minutes from my home. I am so disappointed I am just going to throw it away. Doesn’t matter they made their money off of me anyways right!
