Had breakfast here multiple times during our visit to Monza. There is some language barrier and so once I received a glass of wine instead mulled wine. 😅 But their breakfast options are delicious and they have vegan milk alternatives, although one morning they run out of it. Regardless we keep returning when we’re in the city.

La cioccolata è buonissima ma il locale al interno è piccolo e non ha nulla di particolare, il personale....dipende dal giorno. L'aperitivo fuori offre la centralità di piazza Trento Trieste, i cocktails buoni. Un po' lenti.

The staff was young and inexperienced; we asked for toast, which never arrived, and we had to ask for dessert. The bathroom, despite it being only 11:30 in the morning, was already very dirty. However, as we were leaving, they gave us a lollipop to apologize for the toast. The staff was kind but inexperienced.

I'd already been here for a work aperitif with colleagues. Today, April 29th, since I was in the area for work, I wanted to have lunch here. I wasn't expecting much since I wanted to settle for a sandwich, so I ordered a ham and fontina cheese. The problem is that I found it all a bit bland. The food options need to be revisited because, as a staff, you guys are top notch.

Siamo in otto, 43€ con 4 grappe, il resto sono caffè. Direi eccessivo, ok centro Monza, ma.... Pulizia scarsa, sulle porte ditate unte e vecchie, bagno indecente. C e sicuramente da migliorare in tutto. Prima e ultima volta.

Sono stata varie volte in questo bar, ho sempre fatto aperitivo e avendo mia figlia celiaca di solito gli facevano una piadina senza glutine, ieri eravamo in 7 e abbiamo ordinato 3 cocktail , una acqua una coca e 2 lemon soda, ci hanno chiesto se i due delle lemon soda volessero fare anche loro aperitivo ed hanno risposto di sì, abbiamo chiesto per mia figlia che aveva preso la coca se potevano portarci una piadina senza glutine… dopo quasi 40 minuti di attesa ci hanno detto che le piadine erano finite quindi gli avrebbero portato un piatto di salumi… abbiamo accettato ma poi sono arrivati i cocktail di cui 2 non centravano niente con quello che avevamo chiesto, arriva il piatto di salumi dove c’era solo il cotto e per5 persone 2 piattini di focaccia…. Il conto è stato 10 euro a cocktail, 12 euro 2 lemon sode , 6 euro la coca , 6 euro il piatto di “. cotto “ e 4 euro i due piattini di focaccia …. Mai più, non ci torneremo neanche fosse l’ultimo bar rimasto ….

Pessimo.. chiesto una coca zero ed è arrivata una coca normale.. piadina alla Nutella praticante immangiabile, durissima.... Quando fatto notare non ho pagato ma sono stato trattato male dicendomi "non ti vogliamo". Complimenti!

Sono stato in questo bar con mia moglie, abbiamo ordinato un caffè una crema caffè e una frolla. Premesso che il personale non sapeva quali tipologie di biscotti vendessero; abbiamo pagato 9 euro 5 dei quali per una crema caffè liquida che sapeva di acqua. Penso che se si vuole fare bar/Ristorazione bisogna partire almeno da un livello accettabile.

Oggi sono andata in questo bar col mio compagno, per bere qualcosa di caldo. Arriviamo al bancone dove c'erano due ragazzi molto giovani, un maschio ed una femmina. Ci "serve" lei, con una maglia scollata, ma neanche troppo profonda, però si vedeva un po' di seno. Noi salutiamo, lei ci risponde, e le chiedo un cappuccino mentre lei stava col telefono sui social e ci guarda di striscio, poi si gira senza dire una parola mentre le chiedo anche un caffè (essendo che eravamo in due). Lei per tutto il tempo parlava coi colleghi e stava sul telefono mentre preparava quanto chiesto. Non mi sembra un atteggiamento adeguato, per non parlare dell'abbigliamento. Sul posto di lavoro ci vuole educazione, serietà e professionalità. Il caffè è buono per carità, ma quando vedo gente che lavora cosi mi cascano le ovaie. Forse abbiamo sbagliato noi nel rimanere, sicuramente non ci torneremo. Ah ho fatto anche io questo lavoro, e non mi sono mai permessa di comportarmi così. Il telefono lo usi in pausa, non davanti ai clienti. Sul cibo mi astengo perché non abbiamo mangiato.

Se volete una cioccolata con panna evitate questo locale! Liquida e sapore di cioccolato in polvere.

I pop in for a quick macchiato. The guy grabs the dirty milk jug from the sink (where there were other dirty dishes) and pours the milk in, frothing it as if nothing had happened. You're lacking basic hygiene rules; change jobs.

We sit down, call to order, ask several times, and after 30 minutes of waiting, no one appears, so we decide to get up and go elsewhere. Second experience: Table occupancy situation similar to the first. We sit down, call, ask several times, and after 25 minutes, like the first time, we get up and go elsewhere. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I'd say this place needs a bit of management change, or as far as I'm concerned, they might as well close their doors...🤦🏻‍♂️

I went to this place with my son for an aperitif. We arrived at 6:40 PM and they took our order (two aperitifs, one vegetarian). At 7:05 PM they only brought us drinks; we waited about ten minutes and then asked if they could bring us food as well. At 7:20 PM they brought us chips, and at this point we asked if there was anything else to eat, and they replied that it was on its way. At 7:40 PM I went in to ask for an explanation and a man behind the counter replied, "They didn't bring you anything? We're coming now..." Result: we waited another ten minutes for just one dish (non-vegetarian) and another ten (after being reminded) for four pieces of vegetarian focaccia (half the size of the previous non-vegetarian one). We managed to get up at 8 PM! More than a relaxing moment, this aperitif was very stressful. An experience NOT to be repeated. Terrible service.

A Disappointing and Incomprehensible Experience Four of us came, and three of us ordered non-alcoholic drinks (water and tea), while one person ordered a Spritz. To our surprise, the staff asked for ID from all four of us, including those who had only ordered non-alcoholic drinks. When we attempted to ask the reason for this unusual request, the staff responded rudely and dismissively, without providing any explanation. The situation quickly escalated, and in the end, they asked us to leave with a highly unprofessional attitude. Such an experience is unacceptable. Not only was the request illogical and inexplicable, but the staff's handling of the situation was rude and impolite. We will never return to this place, and I will never recommend it to anyone!

The place is gloomy and poorly maintained. The windows are covered in opaque stickers that are quite dirty and prevent you from looking out, which is a shame given that it overlooks the square. The kitchen closes too early, so in most evenings, more than three-quarters of the menu (overly complex and with far too many options) is unavailable. The rest of the hot and cold bar food is certainly not excellent, with cocktails and beers overpriced for what is a simple bar, and a ready-made hot chocolate and whipped cream (a simple addition costs €1) that lacks flavor. The prices are generally excessive, and the cleanliness and speed of service are certainly not top-notch. It's a shame that a place overlooking one of the city's main squares (with outdoor seating) is so poorly managed.
