One of moraga's longest gems. As a Moraga native, every time I go into town, it is a must to stop here. The staff is always very friendly and hard working. Not to mention, the current owner, Pat, employs several locals as well as Saint Mary's students, which deeply impacts the community. Thank you for keeping this place alive!

We keep returning to this restaurant. It's definitely earned its 5-star review. First of all, AWESOME stromboli calzone. I rarely rate a calzone above a pizza. But this calzone is seriously Hall of Fame. No seriously. Order one. And you may need to split with a friend, because you definitely get your moneys worth of food. And you can also order off of Michael's (partner restaurant) menu. So my husband can order the calzone from Penini's, while I order the mussels from Michael's, and we're both served awesome meals. These guys are great. We know you'll like them too!

Absolute delicious! Authentic rustic and flavorful sauce on their dishes! Their portions are plentiful as well. Great variety of dishes to choose from and great service! 👍🏻

Took my friend here for a Mother’s Day lunch. She was feeling blue because her kids didn’t show up. Panini’s was the closest and most convenient since I had to go back to work. I hoped it wouldn’t disappoint and it didn’t. She had a turkey avocado and she said it was just right. The service was spot on&she cheered up a bit. Thanks for that Panini crew.

Waited for an hour and a half for our food. They were kind and offered free cheese sticks, but it still felt a bit absurd. Don't know if they're just unorganized or understaffed.

Penninis blew it tonight. The person on the phone had little patience to start. Bad tone. I honestly don’t know how ya’ll got this so wrong today. I ordered dry wings, a marguerite pizza and penne pasta with shaved parm, plus a side of meatballs. What I got was cheese pizza with tomato and raw garlic on top. Chicken wings covered in way too much raw garlic and plain pasta with dry meatballs.... Plus I waited nearly 2 hours for a delivery from about a mile away. Worst $50 I have spent in a while. The food was barely edible for all the garlic in everything. Horrible choice tonight. Won’t be spending my hard earned money at a place that can’t get a simple order right for a local and deliver it in a timely manner.
