TERRIBLE, AWFUL!! ...For years, I went every week with my family without fail. The place, the service, the price, and the product used to be excellent. Back when it was FLOR DE LOTO 🪷. One day, out of the blue, they closed for supposed remodeling and a name change... And that's when the decline began. The problem started with the product. During the transition, the service from the new staff, although efficient, had many areas for improvement. The furniture no longer created a pleasant atmosphere for customers.... The dressings and sauces disappeared, and if you happen to order them, imagine a sampler at the supermarket on a sale day—limited beyond belief. I wanted to give it another chance... Big mistake. I absolutely do not recommend it. Today, March 2025, was definitely my last visit. I WOULDN'T GO BACK TO THEM EVEN IF THEY WERE FREE.

They have public hours until 9:30, however I tried to have dinner there right now (8 pm) and they didn't want to serve me unless it was to go because they were no longer serving... and there was no one around.

The food was terrible. We ordered pasta with flank steak and vegetable yakimeshi. We were the only customers, and they told us the meal would take 30 minutes to prepare. The yakimeshi was incredibly bland, and the pasta tasted like spaghetti with ketchup. They have an Asian food store two doors down; they really need to improve their recipes.

I ordered some makis to go, and strangely enough, they delivered them very quickly. It turned out they had some they'd been holding onto for ages. They weren't even the ones I ordered, they were actually cold, and they didn't even provide any toppings. They're also very poor at providing sauces and toppings for the high price of their products. I won't be back.

Poorly cut makis, with no filling. If I want to eat plain rice, I'd rather make it at home. Plus, there's usually a very friendly young man there, but there's another, older, and unfriendly waiter. If you like eating plain rice and receiving poor service, this is the place.

My order was for takeout. The rice in the Yakimeshi was like cheap, runny white rice, and completely tasteless. The makis were the same—small portions and equally bland. The white dressing was super watery. I'd already said I wouldn't be back a while ago; I think I forgot why... I'm definitely never coming back.

Not recommended. The breading is terrible, the makis are uncut and barely filled. The yakimeshi is cooked instead of fried. The Tampico dressing is like milk, and the soy sauce is just like salted water.

Delivery is terrible. They charge you extra for everything, like 15 pesos if you order extra sauce. They don't accept card payments. I said I'd pay with a 500 peso bill, and they told me they didn't have any change. I had to get change myself to pay, and my saisho was cold! The only food you get is good food at the restaurant! Delivery is terrible.
