One hour wait lists at all the big restaurants but here we walked in, were immediately seated & treated like family and were stuffed with great food. What a great secret!

Our Place restaurant seems to be one of the best kept secrets in Moreno Valley. Though they are only open for breakfast and lunch I think they are of the top restaurants in Moreno Valley and Riverside area. The food has a great selection of American and Mexican dishes. Also the price is very fair if you are on a budget. I had the Country fried steak breakfast. It came with the Country fried steak hash browns, 2 eggs and choice of toast or biscuits and gravy. If you order coffee you will never see the bottom of your cup. Excellent place to eat.

My mom and dad used to take my sister and I when we were little. He used to buy a newspaper and give me the comics. I have great memories here. I'm so happy they are still open after all of the change that has happened around them. Food is amazing!

Good morning everyone! I had 2-3 hours to kill due to vehicle repairs. I came in for breakfast order huevos rancheros and they were amazing. The service was on point ,fast and friendly. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town . Tony M

Our Place Restaurant is the perfect place to go in town when the normal restaurants are too busy to provide the service you deserve. The food is great, having authentic Mexican food as well as American. The owner Al personally interacts with his customers to insure satisfaction. Amy and the rest of the servers all treat you like family. My only regret is that they are only open from 7:00-2:00 for breakfast and lunch at this time . I assure you, you will not be disappointed at Our Place Restaurant.

I can't praise the people here enough. I was raised in Moreno Valley, and my parents both have always loved Our Place. In fact, they came here SO often, the staff knew them by name! When my Mom passed away from COVID this January, the staff noticed and asked about her. I had lunch here with my Dad and my Sister when I came down for her memorial, and when my Dad introduced me, it was like meeting a distant relative. The food was pretty great, and reasonably priced, and they seriously treat my Dad like family, which I appreciate more than I can say. If you really want to restore your faith in humanity a bit, and you love to discover hidden gems like this one, I HIGHLY recommend them!

We come here once a week or more. They remember what we like we don't even have to tell them anymore we want coffee because she already knows. It's usually pretty quiet and peaceful. Food doesn't take long and tastes amazing. Their country potatoes are one of their best features. They also have amazing biscuits.

I've been passing this place for years. I thought it was a Mexican Restaurant and we have plenty of those in Mo Val. I was looking for a place that had down home breakfast with a home cook feel. Finally decided to give it a try and we feel in love. They have southern breakfast. Homemade smothered potatoes, even their hashbrowns were hand cut not frozen. Everything was seasoned to perfection. I don't know about the Mexican food but this place definitely has awesome American Food with a southern taste. There service was superb. It's a hidden treasure.

This restaurant was cozy upon entrance where we were greeted by a young lady who told us to "sit where you want" We ordered their Eggs Benedict meal with hasbrowns on the side along with their Country fried Steak & eggs and this restaurant did not disappoint. Everything was brought out fresh. On the menu, i did notice a diabetics section, which is something you dont see every day. It's definitely a plus for those with diabetes in our community. Ended up in this city for a festival. Randomly showed up here for breakfast and it was incredible. Only problem is that they seemed to be short staffed which was a bummer for wait times. But we were taken care of and loved the atmosphere. When we are back for the festival next year, we plan on going more than once!

Only ever been here one time for a breakfast party and remember everyone was overall fairly happy with their food. But the French toast was AMAZING!

Service was not that great maybe because it was pretty busy, they do need help but I'm not sure if it was just busy today and is usually not that busy. Other than that food was decent.

"Our Place" is a Moreno Valley landmark that has been in business over 30 years. This little diner fills up on the weekends and it's only open breakfast through lunch; so keep that mind. I love the weekly specials, as it's the right price for the correct portions. Go ahead and try several of their larger plates though. I've never been dissatisfied; I even hear they have a secret menu... Cheesecake Chimichanga anyone? (this fusion goes great with their standard American breakfasts and the delicious Mexican platters). I've popped in at least a few times a year for over a decade.

The staff was very friendly, and the food was decent, but it lacked flavor. I ordered a waffle, and it came out as if it had been sitting in steam or something. It was flimsy and kind of sad looking. My husband said he enjoyed their chorizo omelette, and would recommend that if anyone asked.

So I’ve been here before and it’s always great services. But we are here currently on a Saturday and the waiter here is rude and we’ve been here for 23 mins and haven’t even got our drinks yet. I’m sure the food will be great as usual but this guy just is rushing me when ordering and being rude.

We occasionally have breakfast there and it's usually good and we were told that they have menudo there during the week so we decided to try it and we were disappointed because it was a little too spicy I cannot eat spicy it affects my heart but I hope my husband enjoyed it We will return for their big breakfast though very delicious

We went for Mother's Day 2018 and we were not even greeted. There was a seat yourself sign so we picked a table where they could see us. No one showed up our table til 15 mins later and threw the menus at our table. It was a girl with short black hair. She didn't even introduce herself or anything. Then came back 5 mins later for our drinks. We placed our sons food order first since we didn't want him waiting til we decided. We ended up ordering shortly after my son and that's when the waiting begin. It took them an hour to bring our food. My bf asked what was taking so long and her response was she doesn't know she's not cooking 😑 that there are more orders. The place was empty, so it was a lie. We asked for more coffee and she said they are brewing a new pot literally after watching someone else going around.When she gave us our food we had to ask for silver ware since that wasn't provided either. I was looking fwd to eating here since it was our first time but it was a horrible experience. Then when we paid she had the audacity to ask for a tip. The 2 stars was for the food. But for customer service it was a negative 5 stars

I’m not sure how this place scored a 4 on the reviews??? We chose this place for its ratings. When we entered at opening, the carpeted floor was dirty. Food and crumbs all over the floor! The air inside was warm and stuffy. The man responsible for the air even appeared from the back room and manually turned on the air from his phone. I ordered my go to…2 eggs, bacon, and biscuits n gravy! Well, the gravy had no flavor??? Bacon and eggs were good, cooked to my likings. The waitress was very nice, and greeted many customers by their first name! Maybe this place is famous for its large open room and friendly help??? But definitely not for its biscuits n gravy!

I feel bad for the owner holding on to restaurant with no customer service. Ordered a chile relleno burrito and got a bean and rice burrito with a little strip of chile. The cook came out and said the chile is small..um ok but as a customer we are paying for a chile relleno burrito not a bean and rice burrito with a strip of chile. First... please note if there was - NEGATIVE Star thats what this place would get for just the Apparent Owner Alfonso.. My daughter and i went here for breakfast.. place was a lil full but not too bad, we had to seat ourselves.. 15mins later Our drink order was taken, with no spoon to stir my coffee, so had to ask... another 15mins go by.. and we had to ask for our order to be taken..The lady at the counter.. guess her name is Pray... she, was standing there.. looking around like she owned the place .. and just was NOT Helping the other workers..while waiting, we hear one of the waitresses ask if table 7 left..., they apparently couldn’t wait any longer for their food, she goes and tells the chef, which apparently is also the owner Alfonso, and he proceeds to Yell at the poor girl, he’s going to take the food loss outta her check, she comes out crying, and he comes out to tell her , to stop taking orders... like wth🤬we wait 50 mins for 2 plates.. nothing fancy.. some chilaquiles.. which is literally tortilla chips..cooked in sauce.. with an egg... and their special chicken breast breakfast.. Chilaquiles were literally DRY .. with a side of salsa on the side... Alfonso was completely UNPROFESSIONAL.. The lady Pray is useless No customer service skills what so ever... other employees Alisa,Brittany, and Ceaser were GREAT .. Alfonso needs to get more help in the kitchen starting with a REAL Chef.. The waitress that was in tears .. we suggested she call the labor board.. cause im almost sure it’s illegal for him to charge Her for some one else’s FOOD THAT HE TOOK TOO DAMN LONG TO PREPARE.. Came here while on vacation because we like no chain places however immediately by walking Inside it was outdated ! We have it a shot I ordered the machaca breakfast my potato’s were plain and not fully cooked they were hard and tasted of oil they gave me enough beans for a 2 Yearold and tasted like canned beans and if your a true Hispanic like me machaca is not roast beef and that’s what they gave me with eggs it tasted so horrible my husband ordered chorizo and eggs once again the chorizo was wet and watery chorizo is supose to be cooked it’s pork ! And potato’s not cooked the waiter can tell we didn’t like it asked us what’s wrong we told him the the food was not cooked ! And he said oh did you like it more cooked I said yes ! Chorizo is supose to be cooked not just put on there ! And he said oh and walked away ! Gave us a receipt and didn’t even offer a discount on the way out a guy was walking by and asked us excuse Me is the food good here we said no go somewhere else and I will count okie to tell ppl this I’m so disappointed and should of just went to in n out lesson learned !

The place is very old, has a wierd vibe. The food is not great taste like they use old oil or maybe they don't clean where they cook right, anyway breakfast taste fishy, it's not restaurant level and is overpriced. I get that it's a small business and I don't mind paying more if the food is worth it but this place is not. 1st and last visit. The pictures on the reviews seem outdated unfortunately I forgot to take pictures.

Horrible service, food was cover cooked. My carnitas tasted like they've been re heated several times and cooked in old oil. It tasted stale. Corn dog my son ate was too hot and over cooked in the outside but cold on the inside.

Food isn’t bad but if you’re white you’ll be ignored and served last. While I watched others being well attended to my wife and I waited and waited for even eye contact. Happy Mother’s Day!

If your going to comeup and ask if my dogs is a service dog 5mins after I sitdowm can u bring the coffee i ordered with you? 10mins no coffee no greeting just discrimination against my dogs if the waiter is scared of service dogs switch waiters sat 10mins ordered coffee and water got a water and a question no service no coffee tables are small and theres literally like 6 tables seated why am I not getting service?

I ordered (3) orders kids meal chicken strips, 2 orders of cinnamon rolls pancakes and a breakfast burrito. The kids meal was too Salty and the pancakes where burn the burrito was ok. I payed $87.00 I called and complained, the owner was rude and he just told me that's how the food comes and Merry Christmas.. not worth for what I payed for. Never going back , so disappointing.

1- Every coffee cup is upside down with the mouth piece touching the dirty table. 2- Food was okay. 3- They performed a bait and switch on their pricing. Asked waitress how much for a side of avocado and she said $2.30; I said okay. It’s a quarter avocado. She came up shortly after we placed our order and said because it was slow, the owner was sending her home. When the bill came, the avocado’s $2.30 price was crossed out and it said $4.45 beside it. I went to the register to pay and told the owner/ cook that I ordered the avocado at the $2.30 price, and he said “but, $4.45 is the price.” I wouldn’t have ordered that quarter avocado for that price (nearly $20 for a full avocado). Be aware of this! I’m sure I’m not the first, nor the last.

Walked in and immediately thought "this is a cute place", after she asked 3 times in 5 mins we placed our orders, including some allergy requests. Received the food and BOTH meals had the items we requested be removed. Sent them back and when brought back out it was revealed all the kitchen did was pick the offending items off. Sent back AGAIN, this time one dish was fine but the other STILL had the allergy item so I declined getting it made again. I will NOT ever be returning as there is obviously no care in allergy requests.

Customer service was horrible and I’m pretty sure he was the owner. The only thing that was good was the fries had a bad attitude the food was nasty and soggy the burgers oh my God everything was just gross. He charged me like almost 3 dollars for mushrooms and I got like six little mushrooms on my burger. It was supposed to be an avocado burger he put like three little tiny slices of avocado on there and everything was $40 dude seriously $40 for a cheeseburger meal and a kids cheeseburger meal he charged me almost 3 dollars for each freaking sauce that I ordered. I will never come back to the restaurant ever again this is a horrible place. And it was the only one person that was working there, and it was the owner good Lord I hope you watched. His hands are usually never complain, but this was like the worst experience ever at a restaurant in my entire life. I didn’t even eat all of it
