I just wanted to say this is the best Burger King I’ve ever had the food came out super hot and it tasted like a good old fast food lunch. Staff was super nice, and they let me know the food was hot, green light!!

This B.K. is attached to a Union 76 gas station. There is plenty of parking if you are towing a trailer, as I was at this time. I will sometimes stop in to get one of their $1.69 soft serve cones for the road.

Not often are restrooms spotless and the counter help were very friendly. Actually he set out a cup of each size for us to choose which size we preferred. The kitchen staff and counter staff kept everything clean and professional..

Went inside. Ordered quickly. The service seemed a bit slow. About 10 minutes to get my order. The food was great. Everyone was pleasant. Overall a good visit.

There were no other customers inside when I went there on a Monday at 7:30 P.M. My combo chicken meal was ready quickly (perhaps kept warm under a heater lamp) and they need to install some self-order kiosks. Complete the surveys on the receipts for free food on future visits.

The line was pretty short, so we got the food pretty quick. Way better than the other location in Morgan Hill. I ordered a sundae and enjoyed it. I agree with Shaggy fake because he is smart.

I often eat from here the drive thru is usually pretty quick the food tastes like burger King the fries were good and the bbq. If you have never eaten at a burger King before I recommend there whopper meals and the chicken fries make sure to get bbq because in my opinion it's the 3rd best fast food bbq sauce and fries dipped in it taste amazing the chicken nuggets are pretty tasty to if your on the picky side I don't recommend the spicy chicken nuggets for me there just mid but to each there own some people like then some don't.

I often eat from here the drive thru is usually pretty quick the food tastes like burger King the fries were good and the bbq. If you have never eaten at a burger King before I recommend there whopper meals and the chicken fries make sure to get bbq because in my opinion it's the 3rd best fast food bbq sauce and fries dipped in it taste amazing the chicken nuggets are pretty tasty to if your on the picky side I don't recommend the spicy chicken nuggets for me there just mid but to each there own some people like then some don't.

Used to be my go to spot to stuff my face but this place has gone downhill as far as the food quality is concerned. If it's the only spot open i would rather starve than order their bland hamburgers and disgusting fries. Even the soda sucks. Avoid at all costs

When I asked if they had sweetener to add to my unsweetened tea the worker said "Only sugar." Then I asked for her to add more fries because my large container was "found wanting" but she refused to help me. She simply called her manager over who was resting in one of the booths. When the manager saw my container she went over and added more fries. I asked that manager if they had a sweetener other than sugar and she confirmed they had Splendid....that is when the original worker quickly dropped off a handful of Splendid. I can't figure out why she refused to give it to me the first time I asked or why she couldn't give me the right amount of fries. Attached is a photo of the amount of fries I first got.

Very bad service. I stand in front the cashier for 10 minutes. No one bother to ask me for what I wanted to order. I asked the employees, they said Wait…. Then I wait again…. lol never go back.

Be extremely cautious at this Burger King. I wasn't given a receipt. They tried to pass off small fries and onion rings as larger sizes. If they are already trying to rip off sizes I can't imagine what shortcuts are being taken on food.

Only vehicle in the Drive-Thru and ordered only two of the value menu sandwiches ($1 burgers) and still asked to park! Had to wait over 15 minutes for two small little burgers only to go inside and find out they had given my order away to someone else. Definitely avoid!

We went here today. Asked for two meals that are part of the 2 for 12.98. Cashier refused to honor this promo by saying we didn’t tell him we wanted meals. We did tell him. He was not listening as we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. Needless to say we left without food. Not paying $39 for a whopper meal, an original chicken sandwich meal, and nuggets meal. Horrible customer service.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Burger King you need to get your act together. Both your locations in Morgan Hill are horrible. I was the only one in the drive-through yet had to wait 10 minutes. I get home and all I had was cold burgers the felt like they had been sitting around all day. Maybe close your Morgan Hill locations and get your act together. What we were given was not edible and was a waste of $25.00. Never again BK!
