Just went there this morning. Super friendly and helpful staff. The staff explained the breakfast menu, the coffee selection, encouraged me to sample the coffee, helped me decide between a mocha and a coffee, kept me informed of how long it would be until I received my food, and more. They seem to do their best to make sure you get the most out of your visit. The place is clean and nicely laid out. The breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg, cheese on a bagel) I got was better than fast food but maybe not as stellar as a place you'd envision yourself sitting down at and eating breakfast. The coffee is good and the mochas are made with Ghirardelli chocolate. I think they might be able to step up their food selection but they did have good looking salads and parfaits so there is that. I'll go back. It's nice to have a new place downtown that seems to be trying to be successful. Hopefully they keep up the good work.

Came for a mango iced tea, was good, not too sweet. Greeted by amicable staff and ample space to sit, including outdoors. Free parking in the garage next door. Great promenade area.

01/07/2026 It's been 8 years since I've last updated this review thought it was time to give Cofee Guys more positive feedback. My girlfriend and I enjoyed a delicious matcha and chai tea, the staff was very accommodating for our special request. The two drinks were outstanding, matcha and chai latte. We enjoyed an almond croissant as well as a mixed berry scone. It's located in the middle of downtown on a side street, a small business with friendly baristas. I love supporting our small businesses and continuing the vibrancy of Morgan Hills downtown. The seating inside the cafe is a little bit small, the have bar stools as well as a few tables. There's plenty of seating outside. Strong , delicious coffee ! The variety of fresh pastries is the best . Friendly staff .

OMG had a bourbon honey latte and it was DA BOMB. BESTIE HAD an iced white mocha AND SHE WAS LIVING FOR IT, so goodddddddd not too sweet not to bitter/tart, absolutely perfect and the avocado toast is to die for. #memorialday

I always order the Bourbon Street Latte with oat milk, and it’s absolutely perfect every time. The flavors are rich and smooth, never bitter, and you can tell they really care about the quality of their drinks. On top of that, the people here are amazing. Always friendly, always welcoming, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Whether I’m grabbing something quick or hanging out a bit longer, it’s the kind of place that feels like home. If you’re looking for a spot that takes coffee seriously while keeping a warm, neighborhood vibe—Coffee Guys is it.

First time here 2-4-26. People were welcoming, place was clean, prices were reasonable, outside seating was nice, parking for the bike was nearby & free, and the hot vanilla latte was good. What else could you ask for?

Cute little Coffee Shop in downtown Morgan Hill. Really friendly staff, GREAT coffee, and they now have Gluten Free options!!! The gluten free chocolate chip cookies, muffins and bagels are all super yummy and they even come from a dedicated GF bakery!

I got a strawberry lemonade and a bell and they slapped, but it took over twenty minutes to get my bagel which was disappointing.

The coffee at Coffee Guys is excellent; I particularly enjoyed their iced cinnamon latte. The ambiance is quite pleasant. While I've tried their bakery items a few times, they are just okay. Service is excellent.

Breakfast sandwich is almost inedible… bagel is so hard as to appear several days old. The black spots in the egg, from the photo, are pepper corns, that is all you taste. I recommend the management try one of their own items, as this tastes as if no one here has ever tried it, as they would surely not serve it if they had.

I don’t come to Morgan Hill often, but when I do, I like to try new places. I stopped in to grab a coffee, and while the person who helped me was nice, the overall experience was frustrating. When I walked in, I was the only customer there, so I didn’t expect a long wait. However, I ended up sitting for quite a while without any update on my drink. Meanwhile, more people started coming in, and I wasn’t sure what the status of my order was. I also noticed staff standing around and talking, which made it more confusing. I eventually went up to the counter myself, and that’s when I was told my coffee had been ready. I understand this isn’t Starbucks or Philz, but simply calling out orders when they’re ready would help avoid making customers feel forgotten. Overall, just a small communication improvement could make a big difference.

The worst latte I have ever had in my life. The world’s hardest breakfast bagels ever. The only thing those bagels are good for is holding the door from closing. On top of that over priced. The people don’t even smile. As a Morgan hill resident I will never be coming here.
