Jamba juice is not as sweet as used to be. Personally I think this is the most refreshing summer drink. this store also have very quick service.

Impossible Handwich, Yum!! I'll be going to Jamba more for this... It's a breakfast-style sandwich made with a plant-based Impossible Sausage patty and served with dairy cheese (that can be omitted) comes on a toasted sprouted grain bun.

I’m gonna have to say Claudia and Alondra and two of your best employees!!! I went in there with my daughter to buy a couple smoothies and unfortunately when we left, we dropped one I came back willing to pay another amount for the smoothie but they said it’s OK. We’ll take care of you and made it for me without me paying these two really take care of their customers And I don’t think there’s any other Jamba Juice. I’ll go to if these guys are still working there thank you again!!!!

The smoothie was not for me it was for my girlfriend and she likes peanut butter mood the thing with the drink is that it's not very peanut butter flavor not sure if you guys use less peanut butter as you guys used to or not but that's about it

I generally am not too picky about service people. I work in customer service but I went in & they saw the person in front of me, a young man redeeming their birthday reward in store. Just a scowl, no smile & not even a happy birthday! When I went to get my drink I asked a simple question about the differences in drinks and they seemed annoyed with my question. It’s fine, be annoyed with me. But what really disappointed me is that they didn’t make it a point to even say happy birthday to a guest. I have worked in customer service 5+ years & so I just thought it was a bit sad. Anyways, being nice & friendly is free so I did say Happy birthday. But just a note in the future: be nice to someone during their birthday week especially if they chose to visit your business & frequently stop in.

They are constantly talking to one another. Never interact with customers. Never sound excited. And seem like it’s a chore to do their job. Today I got an Açaí bowl that was fresh out of the freezer. Nothing was blended... The bananas were definitely questionable . Something wasn’t tasting right. Hope I don’t get sick. Super disappointed. Would like to see better management to lead to an improved staff and experience overall.

Dirtiest Jamba we have ever been in. Both the restaurant and bathroom were SO filthy. No excuse what so ever. Never again will we go into this Jamba in Morgan Hill.

Everytime I go to this location everyone is always rude. I also work in customer service in grocery and know how nice it is to have a customer that says please and thank you. I guess being nice doesn't apply to this store. I had ordered my drink and it was made wrong I didn't make a fuss but I said it wasnt right and one of the lady's rolled her eyes at me and grabbed the drink and threw it in the trash. Another time was it didn't look like my drink and they remade it and asked me if it was to my standard of their drink. I'm not one to complain but it's happened every time I go here sad because they make BlueGummyBear the best.

The staff poured the orange juice out from a jar instead of freshly made using the machine. It tastes so watery - either the oranges they used aren't good or they added water to the juice.

Every time I call to order they never pick up. So last time I went there cause they wouldn’t pick up I stood outside calling watching them look at the phone and roll there eyes and not pick up till the fourth time I called them I confronted the worker. Teenager or not its unacceptable customer service and the behavior will continue inti adulthood if not corrected now. The workers are visibly miserable. No smiles. No hi how are you. They are all young and I get it No eye contact is cool. Each time I go in here im gonna add a comment to my review. I've gone here about 4 times and they are always so rude. The energy is off. They talk amongst eachother and are all friendly but to customers they are dry and act like we dont exist. There's an exit so idk why they dont just leave the job. Is it the manager ,?? Is it the job it self? Is it the pay? What is it that makes these people so miserable to be lucky to have a job? I understood the first time when I got shitty service but after going a few times now its a normal thing for these people to have crap customer service and they get paid. Amazing. Do better Jamba juice. Hire some real workers. It feels like a weird matrix in that place. Why do I keep going you ask ? Well it is convenient, and for the kids. But from all that nasty energy I rather just drive 20 mins to Gilroy Jamba over this ungrateful working environment. And all that nasty energy goes into what we order too, like ew go home please and Jamba hire me instead 😁
