OMGGGGGG...The carnitas is heaven on earth. We wanted to try this location since it's closer to San Jose than the original or #2 both in Gilroy. Tried #1 on our way to Vegas, and tried #3 in Morgan Hill today. Absolutely no different in flavor, I had the nachos with carnitas for $10.00 and hubby had the taco plate with carnitas for $12.00, lol my nachos had hella meat for two dollars less. The flavor of the carnitas is wonderful and they make sure to get it crispy which only adds to the deliciousness of the meat. The staff, very accommodating, friendly and polite. Condiments, drinks other than the horchata you help yourself so refills are free, but don't come here because we found it and we don't need longer lines here...lol

Super food! Huge portions, delicious homemade tortillas, clean environment and salsa bar. Strong fast service. Understandably busy but food comes hot and at decent pace.

Super friendly people, and amazing Pastor. Ameca Burrito is two, maybe three meals, in one, all wrapped in a massive homemade corn tortilla. Not flour, corn. And it’s delicious.

This is the best place for tacos in Morgan Hill. The fresh made tortillas are amazing and you get four with the teacher plate. The pastor ( marinated crispy pork cut from a rotating spit ) is worth a visit by itself. There are 11 meat choices in all. The salsa bar is well stocked. There aren't burritos here but if you need one it those you can walk around the corner to Super Taqueria.

I recently dined at Tacos Ameca #3 in Morgan Hill, and while the food was a bit on the pricier side, it was still enjoyable. The taste of the dishes was decent, and I found them satisfying overall. I particularly appreciated their salsa bar, which was a highlight of the dining experience. The variety of salsas available was impressive, and each one had its own unique and delicious flavor. The salsa bar definitely added an extra layer of enjoyment to the meal, and I found myself trying different combinations with each bite. I tried the Regular Burrito, which came with rice, beans, salsa, onions, cilantro, and beef. The combination of ingredients worked well together, and the flavors were harmonious. It provided a hearty and filling option for a satisfying meal. I also had the Flour Quesadilla, which consisted of a flour tortilla filled with cheese, onions, cilantro, sauce, and beef. The quesadilla was well-made, with a generous amount of filling. The blend of flavors was tasty, and the cheese added a delightful gooeyness to each bite. While the prices were a bit higher than expected, the quality and taste of the food justified the cost. I would suggest Tacos Ameca #3 as a good option for a flavorful meal, especially if you have a hankering for a variety of delicious salsas.

Excellent burritos and a great selection of sauces. We had fast service and dined in. Portions are large, especially their burritos, which you could easily share.

2nd time, not fan vampiro taco, or chicharron taco either. Son enjoyed their taco plate....carne asada.

It was alright Hand made tortillas were a yes but the rice seemed old and the meat was burnt and dry. The fish tacos were also good

They nickel and dime you for everything. I paid $32 for 3 tacos and an horchata (including tax and a %15 tip). The cashier asked if I wanted my tacos with cheese and avocado or "con todo" just like they ask if all other tacos places. She didn't mention there would be an extra charge for this so I said yes. $6 for grilled onions on the side is ridiculous. They should mention this and display this on their menu. I ordered 1 taco de asada and 2 de suadero @ $4.85 each and my drink. Although the food was delicious, I will not be coming back because of the nickel and dime practices and overpriced food.

Didn't serve Adobada. Told me Pastor is the same 😂 Fajitas were light on meat. Not recommended.

This place is a rip off. The tacos are good but there’s hidden fees if you want everything on it. I asked with everything on it and she said “beans, cheese and avocado “ and I said sure. But she didn’t cost another 6 dollars to add those toppings. Damn tacos came out to 10 bucks each. I ask her why didn’t she tell me there was an extra charge and I look at the menu and told her why isn’t the extra fees on the menu. She gave me a clueless look. Nope I’ll spend my across the way at super taqueria
