I like the food. It's clean. I've eaten inside once. The other times I've gotten take out from here but the food is always good, love the salad and they get our order right!

Food was amazing! Great service as well. Sushi chefs have a great attitude and are friendly. They use a good quality of ginger and Wasabi, for the sushi eaters.

Sushi Nara is the best sushi in Morgan Hill (in my own opinion). Fresh seafood and super friendly staff makes this restraint pretty hard to beat. I reccomend the Eternal Sunshine Roll and Crunch roll!

This place stood out with no concerning reviews on Yelp, so I gave it a try—and I’m so glad I did. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed. The restaurant is spacious, making it a great option for larger groups as well. The sushi was fresh and generously portioned—totally satisfying! The hamachi kama was surprisingly large and delicious. The staff were kind and attentive, checking on us frequently. They were also thoughtful enough to bring out kid-friendly bowls, water cups, spoons, and forks. The kids’ menu is under $10 and offers a good amount of food. Overall, I had a great experience at Sushi Nara. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m craving sushi!

No people at Monday 11:59am!!!! Teriyaki chicken with tempura bento box was around $18.50 plus tips $21.50. Bento box includes salad, rice, and miso soup. Good deal to me! Would totally come back to try other bento boxes :))))

I have been wanting to try this place since we moved here 8 months ago .I'm so glad we did it far exceeded our expectations the portions were robust the food was great this is definitely our new go to Sushi .

Love the food and service. Not been disappointed! Update: 3 years later and it’s still our favorite Japanese restaurant in the area. Fresh sushi and good portions, tasty rolls - love the Victoria Secret roll. Lunch and dinner specials are good too! Food quality is consistent. Super efficient and friendly staff. Nice environment - bright and airy. We continue to highly recommend this restaurant as one of our top places to dine in Morgan Hill.

Had dinner her in the last hour it was open. Not very busy. Food was good quality and well presented. Staff was friendly, but persistent on getting us to order. Food was ready pretty quickly. Would come back.

Good rolls, great service, not pretentious or totally overpriced! A good place to bring kids to a Japanese meal without all the extra fanfare and expense! Great for takeout as well.

We waited a little too long to get waited on, but salmon sushi lunch, tempura, Beef teriyaki, salad and soup are great! Lots of sushi and salmon is super fresh!! Better than most.

I called to place an order for take out, the person I had on the phone wasn't friendly at all. Overall, the sushis were okay. I never had hard/crunchy avocado before.. It was a first. But I can't say it was bad though. It's definitely not the worst place I went but I still don't know if I'll order there again.

Food are a bit pricey but tasted good. Well seasoned and made to order. Chicken katsu was a bit burned and really dry when we got it but the sushi was good. Im dissapointed with the bathroom set up. Only 1 person can go at a time. A restaurant that can hold a capacity of atleast 50 or more should have atleast a bigger bathroom.

The food was great, tasty, reasonably priced. Only reason for 3 stars is due to the fact that we are still living with a deadly pandemic and the restaurant had quite a few eaters sitting inside without masks on. One lady was sitting on her phone with her mask off. On google it says a mask is required for entering, the front despot says it too. I felt awkward walking out without ordering. Sad to see how just because some people who have not been affected by this virus have no disregard for people who have lost loved ones to it. People just flat out have lost their sense of respect for others.

I have eaten here a handful of times. The sushi is very pricey. This prevented me from coming back. The food itself is nothing to rave about. It's alright and fresh. They need to fix the pricing if they want me to come back.

The food is good but as a community we must judge on how restaurants treat people who arent of a certain ethnicity...My friend and I conducted an experiment and turns out my hunch was correct. Sad! Somethings gotta change!

I went tonight to get nigiri and rolls and sashimi it was the worse food I had in my Life I would not go there again it was not fresh the portion of the fish big because it is not fresh at all

Ordered both chicken and beef teriyaki dinner special (comes with salad and miso soup) over the phone and was told 30-40 mins. I arrived at 30 mins for the pickup and food was already waiting. Got home (0.3 miles away), and the food was so cold. I tried the chicken and it was dry and tough. Anyway rather than bring back and complain since we had an evening planned, I decided to reheat in the microwave. But the chicken was beyond repair and heating the beef didn’t help. Luckily we had dessert (not from here) and wine! Called the restaurant today to let them know about our experience as first time customers. After explaining what happened their only reaction was ‘so sorry about that *long awkward silence *’. That told me everything. I wasn’t asking for a refund or free food, I just wanted to let them know, but they didn’t care.

Took my date to Sushi Nara last night. Was so embarrassed. My baby orders roll topped w salmon. The roll arrived w what I call a translucent look of orange to it but not much salmon to be found. My food is yet to arrive. Baby laughed and asked why did I pick this place? In addition, my food was very late and did not arrive until baby was done eating. Bottomline, won't be coming to this place again. Food is low quality and VERY overpriced. Do not pay $20 for what I call a translucent rice roll! Lastly, the owner of this place is very rude.

We waited an additional five minutes, but our dishes still had not arrived. Frustrated by the experience, I suggested to my friend that we should stand up and leave the restaurant and that we would never come back here again. It was the worst dining experience we've had at this place.
