Several of us waited 15 minutes to order. No one taking orders. During that time workers delivered orders to tables and filled the ice machine. No one acknowledged us, said we will be with you in a moment, nothing. Terrible customer service skills. And the napkin dispenser was empty. Yes it was noon on a rainy day. Not busy. Thankfully the sandwich was good. This store could learn much from the Texarkana, Arkansas store that I frequent often.

I order often from this location. Since a few months back, the service has declined. Placed my order online 20 minutes ago and it’s still not ready. My ticket was just waiting on the counter. They didn’t start making it until I got there. Not the first time this happens, either.

We've tried their food three times now. The gluten free bun always makes me sick. I am guessing it is cross-contamination since I can eat Udi's products without issues on their own. The worst is on 5/22/24 they sold out of chicken. No signs anywhere about this and we waited in line for nearly 20 minutes to order. The person taking orders said no one showed up to cook chicken. ???? We were told they could replace the chicken with bacon. We are kosher so bacon is never an option for us. No manager was present, or at least that is what we were told. Shocking that a restaurant is run like this. 3 stars because the restaurant was clean. 1 star for everything else.

Only two employees working. Took us over 30 minutes to order and get our food. The young man working the counter was busting his buns to get it done. He deserves a raise. and the management should have more staff.

The person in the drive thru did a horrible job and didn't take my order correctly. I asked for 2 meals and I was charged 2 drinks 2 chips and 1 sandwiche. How does that make sense. When we approach the window we saw how the guy in tbe window had his pants below his waist showing everyone what he was wearing under his pants. After seeing that I didn't even want to eat what little food we got because my appetite was gone. Hopefully I can erase this bad memory from my head and eat here one day. I don't recommend them to anyone who wants to get basic service

I entered the restaurant and waited for several minutes before an employee signaled to another staff member—who I assume was responsible for taking orders—to assist me. That employee appeared distracted and was wearing AirPods, which made communication difficult. When my order was finally taken, there was no verbal interaction at any point: no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no expression of thanks. Due to the music she was listening to, she had difficulty hearing me. When I asked whether the meal I ordered included a drink, she did not respond verbally and instead shook her head. I was given a cup and went to the ice machine, which was empty. I informed the employee and asked if she could fill it with ice for me. There was no response or acknowledgment; she simply reached out and took the cup from my hand, placing her fingers inside the cup. We then sat down to wait for our food. When it was brought out, we said “thank you” to the same employee, but again received no response. I do not intend to single out any individual employee; however, this experience appears to reflect broader issues with customer service training and management oversight.

The white girl with the short red hair smelled of marijuana horribly , my husband said he could smell it from the bathroom . Super inappropriate because I had my three children with me and we could not stand eating inside . Next time ill be calling law enforcement. Whoever is running this store needs to be put in jail because these kids in this store are obviously getting away with this to be so confortable smelling up a public restaurant. What a disgrace mount pleasant texas and what trash you let work behind registers.

I used to love this place but the last 3 times I have gone they have messed my order up. I hate mayo and always ask them to take it off and somehow they cover my sandwich in mayo. I am very disappointed because it’s not hard to not put mayo on a sandwich.

For the 2nd time my original was screwed up. This time it had globs of mayo on it 🤢. Every time I’ve ever had an issue is when 2 young boys are working. Tomorrow after I return this piece of crap sandwich I will NEVER return.

I don't know what was wrong with the employees tonight. The cashier didn't put the correct sandwich on my ticket,thankfully i looked at it and caught it in time to correct it, Then another employee had to come to the window to ask I told him what was wrong. I get home 30 mins away. To the sandwich messed up.

Absolutely terrible. Almost $19 for a roast beef sandwich with mac n cheese and drink. Still waiting for the mac n cheese. Roast beef is total rubber. What a rip off. I'm not sure what the meat actually is. It's not fresh roast beef. I never leave reviews but this was bad enough to motivate me.

I get charged for an extra bag of chips. Didn't get them. I ask for no tomatoes cause I'm allergic. Tomatoes are all over my sandwich. I'd call and complain, but it won't matter. You guys don't care about your jobs and it shows. Really.

REVIEW EDIT I came into the restaurant today and asked to speak to the manager. Kaylee the general manager and the other supervisor Samantha (sam) made sure to make everything right for me. They were very nice and professional towards me and I truly appreciate that. They get 5 stars from me. I would have left Zero stars if i could. When I say this is the Worst experience I've ever had at Any restaurant establishment in my 42 years of living I am not exaggerating. First, I placed a mobile order to pick up at 8:30. This place Said it closes at 9. I get to the drive thru and I am greeted with a "we are currently closed " I told them I had a mobile pick up order and was directed to "pull around" . I paid almost 23 dollars for a cup of baked potato soup, medium drink and a Roast Beef French Dip Calzone. I get home ( 20 minutes later cause we don't live down the street) , to find my Roast beef french dip has ZERO MEAT ON IT. Seriously guys? If you don't want to work just say that. How dare you take hard earned money from customers to not only screw them out of what they ordered, but KNOWINGLY serve us something You yourself wouldn't pay for. This is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. Do better! Also. I saved my "Roast beef sandwich " just to return to you all tomorrow as your first customer. To say I am aggravated is an understatement. I'm sick of these places and these workers not doing even the Bare minimum for the customer.
