Fantastic fresh spot to enjoy. Highly recommend making a stop here to eat if you're passing by on a drive or in Town. Good burgers and large salads. The crab BLT hit the spot

This place is the best! The service and food are amazing. The new owners have really done a great job cleaning up the place. I remember going there when it was the GOAT tavern. Though the food was good then you really had to ignore the surroundings. Everything is much improved. I will be returning and when people ask me about good places to eat in Mount Shasta I will tell them Bistro 109.

This place is AMAZING 🤍✨ As soon as we walked in, we felt at home. The customer service is absolutely outstanding - the waiter has a personality made from gold, and the food was equally as great!!!! Everything tasted absolutely incredible - we will definitely be back!!!!! 🤍

Wow! Tempura Soft Shell Crab BLT and some of the best fries I've had in years! Definitely timed this half of my business trip ideally. If you find yourself in Mt. Shasta, check out Bistro 107. Donny is an excellent, and very enthusiastic, server too!!

Had dinner here one night while in town. Unfortunately there was only one server. She tried her best but service was really slow. The food was good though. I had the Chardonnay Burger with a side salad which was delicious. I don't like wine but the sauce on the burger was done really well. My buddy had the Soft Shelled Crab BLT and he liked it too. Overall would recommend you give this place a try.

Please follow us on Facebook at SNDTravels. Looking for a good lunch stop in the beautiful Mt. Shasta area we stopped in the city if Mt. Shasta itself and found Bistro 107. We have a tendency to look for local places and this was a treat. Diane had the grilled salmon sandwich with fries. She had them change the brioche bun for grilled sourdough. The salmon was perfectly cooked and everything was very fresh. I had the softshell 🦀 crab BLT with garlic aoli and a salad. I also changed from brioche to sourdough. I like to find fun and different foods and this was a crazy combination that was absolutely amazing. In both cases I think the sourdough made a great addition but I'm sure it would have been good on the brioche also. Diane finished it off with a creamy mascarpone and anglaise layered cake to go. I'm not sure how far down the road it's going to make it! Highly recommended!

Yummy! I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and my husband had the farmhouse burger. He specified medium-rare and it came out exactly that. We learned that in California you must specify how you'd like your burger cooked because they are not allowed to ask.

Excellent bacon mushroom Swiss burger and good, but not great, selection of beers. Our waitperson was a hoot.

Great service, great good, great atmosphere. Honey bear energy in full effect. Come for the food stay for the personality. Vibe is on point.

Had a great experience at Bistro 107. Great service - we ate on the patio/deck and they made sure to keep us out of the sun's path on a warm afternoon. Brought water for my dog and kept our glasses full. The salmon salad was *chef's kiss* - super fresh, salmon was perfectly cooked. We also got the fire dusted calamari (great starter!) and enjoyed the lemon blueberry cake with mascarpone filling and creme anglais - delicious! I live in Sacramento but would seriously consider making a day trip to visit again!

Great burgers! It’s difficult to get a medium rare, but delicious nonetheless. Ricotta cheese cake was banging too!

Ordered the Grilled Turkey, Blue Cheese burger and Halibut burger. My grilled turkey was excellent, and the side of butternut squash soup was so good. Husband really liked his burger, and daughter throughly enjoyed the halibut burger. Can’t wait until it warms up for beers on the deck!

Food is always delicious and worth the price. Best cheese curds available in town, well seasoned and perfectly breaded. I've had the salmon salad and the steak sandwich recently. Food is cooked to perfection no lack of flavor and well balanced. Atmosphere can get a little loud but always able to talk, service is great. Very attentive staff and many delicious options to choose from their menu. A few kombucha options as well for those that are interested.

Excellent salmon sandwich, vegan lentil soup and chicken pot pie soup. Plus, they have gluten free buns!👍

This place has reasonable (for restaurant prices) and damn good food. Me and my friends had a great time here - everything was perfect, and our server was the best ever, very cool guy with sick earrings and a cool personality ☆

Went here on a Saturday night and it wasn’t too crowded. The place was cozy, and since it’s right at a crossroads, the outdoor seating feels especially nice. I got the provencal burger with a house-made veggie patty, and it’s one of the best veggie burgers I’ve had. It doesn’t try to mimic a meat patty, it’s just a true veggie patty with amazing ingredients and flavor. French fries were pretty average. We also got cheese curds with ranch which were amazing. Staff was friendly and overall the meal felt worth it. Definitely a spot I’d come back to if I’m in the area.

My friends ordered pastrami sandwich, pulled pork sandwich and some other dishes. Overall highly recommended if you stop by Shasta city downtown.

We ordered burgers, onion rings, garlic fries, sweet potato fries and salad. Every dish was perfectly served and delicious. Especially loved the veggie patty there. Stopped in here for a late supper. I went with the calamari. What made this dinner exceptional, was the kindness and hospitality from the server. The atmosphere of sitting in the glass solarium encompassed by freshly fallen snow, creating an incredibly cozy environment. And have I mentioned the best tasting water you’ll ever have in your life. Shasta tap truly pays the way for refreshing water. As a sidenote, their fried pickles were let down . truly should’ve been called pickle fries all they tasted like were fried batter. However, the calamari hit the spot.

It can be crowded but because of the different sections, you're not cramped. Huge selection of food from starters to meals, healthy or not. Loved the boneless wings, sweet potato fries, garlic fries- tons of garlic- get them. Fish n chips, perfect amount of breading.

Goat cheese, bacon, grilled onion, cabernet sauce and arugula. Perfect combination of deliciousness! The service is always quick and friendly too.

We love this place. The food is always amazing as well as the service. There is indoor and outdoor patio seating all year round. We had the Cabernet burger and Asian salad with a cup of the amazing butternut soup-delish. My husband really likes the beer/wine selection.

What a wonderful surprise! We were on our way back from Oregon and stopped on a Sunday afternoon. Service was attentive and quick, food was delicious, and prices were reasonable. We will make this a regular stop when we're traveling in the North State.

Delicious food. Great place, and I love the little room to the right of the restaurant with the lights. I ordered the soft shell crab BLT because it sounded so interesting, and I actually liked it. It was unique and had a good flavor, almost like popcorn shrimp. Surprisingly it went well with the rest of the sandwich. Next I got a side of sweet potato fries, and I can’t tell you how much I loved them. This place makes the best sweet potato fries you can get. They’re perfectly cooked, and tastes better than any other fry I’ve eaten. I’d come back here for the fries alone, they’re just too good. To the chef who makes them, thank you, never change that recipe! I also got a piece of mascarpone lemon and berry cake and it was super super nice. 10/10 for this place, the servers are also very kind.

Stopped here because their ratings are high and the menu includes great seafood selections with soups, salads, sandwiches, and many options, plus burgers and entrees. The clam chowder soup is the best! So flavorful with lots of clams. On the specials menu today was the blackened tuna ahi sandwhich on a very soft brioche bun. The blackened ahi was done perfectly and the sandwich was huge with lettuce, tomatoes, and bean spouts. Sandwiches include side salad or fries. Loved the blackened ahi sandwhich! My husband tried the shift shell crab BLT sandwhich which was also on a brioche bun and was excellent. Service was great with about 4 other tables being served as well. This is definitely our new favorite dining stop off the I5 in Shasta City on our drive to see family in WA!

Good natural styled items. Pleasent service and open air ambiance gives it my thumbs up. Improvement can be made in the overall vibrational energy as in more joyful vibes. More excitement regarding menu discriptiveness among servers and faster overall service, drinks and food took way too long to arrive. My second experience there and yes I will gladly return.

Very nice. We have a foster dog with us everywhere and the restaurant has a nice outdoor patio where he was able to sit with us. They brought him water too. Our meals were delicious. But it took awhile to get them because a large to-go order came in before we did. Service was friendly and expedient otherwise. Hubby had pulled pork. I had salmon salad, which was quite good.
