Open flame burger! I got two of the original double and one bbq bacon. TEMPURA bean is surprisingly good! Passion fruit drink is ok. Inside seating is nice n cool. Outside is warm n you can see the smoke when the the burger is prepared.
Friend told me to try this joint out. They serve a notch higher burgers than what you can have in a fastfood joint. Burgers are tasty. Prices are reasonable. Serving size is alright. A little small than most but I could say it was filling.

The Habit's french fries are the best french fries I've ever had in my entire life.
The foods is my daughter's favorite and I'm also a big fan. I'm happy with the consistency of the hamburgers and fries, it's just always what you expect. If I had to pick something to complain about (and this is something that many places do now) it is that they charge you 60 cents for the dipping sauces. I'm spending $20+tip on a burger, fries, and a drink. Why do I have to pay for dipping sauce? It just makes the place look greedy when I know they are just trying to keep costs down. Just bake the price into the original purchase! Rant over. :)
I placed my order on the app and accidentally had it made at this location, but I thought I was placing an order in Sunnyvale since I was waiting for my daughter to get out of gymnastics. But when I got the text that my food was ready and walked in, I realized that I had placed the order in mountain view and the Sunnyvale location said they could not make my food without charging me. They suggested I go to the mountain view location or place the order with them and contact headquarters to get a refund. Since mountain view is on my way home. I stopped by to pick up my food and they kindly remade my whole order because it had been sitting there for an hour. I really appreciate it. All of the food was delicious. We had the teriyaki cheese, the char Burger and cheesy cauliflower tots. The bun was nice and soft and the kids loved their burgers. The cheesy tater tots have a really yummy spicy sauce that goes with it and the kids don't even know the are eating some veggies. ;) I love how Habit Burger has random deals very often, but I wish they would set up an award system since we go there so often. Although the service was fabulous the bathrooms needed a little bit of tending to, but not horrible. It seemed like they might have been busier than usual with a fundraiser going on.

Well located within a shopping complex and in the vicinity of other eating joints. Easy access from El Camino and not too far from 85 either. Lots of free parking in the shared lot. Have a few slots dedicated to pickup. Service was ok but overall a pleasant experience. Food quality is standard.

Posted 2026-1-6 (4 stars) My first time there. Had a lettuce wrap cheese double patty burger, tasted good and full filling. The real star was the patty melt with cheese. Price wise it was more expensive than a typical fast food burger joint but less than a restaurant.

Love the selection of salads. The only thing I wasn't happy about they charged a dollar for a small side of salad dressing that I asked for extra. I don't mind the charge it's just the amount of the side.

Normally I love the habit. It's my favorite chain of fast food and restaurants or quick service restaurants. This one is new. And you can tell that the staff doesn't quite know the menus. You can also tell the kitchen hasn't quite been cooking this for very long. The food has been inconsistent at this one. It's still okay. It's just not up to the standard I expect most habits to have.
Hype but not worth it given in n out is nearby. Better to just do in n out otherwise just go to Chili's down the street they give you bottomless fries. Nothing special at habit just another burger joint and would suggest 5guys for the price at least they give you free peanuts...

Second time being disappointed. Service continues to be awful. Came here on a Friday night. Employees are rude, no manners. Don't greet you. They talk to you like you are an inconvenience. My fries were burnt AGAIN for the second time in a row.
This don’t deserve even a single star. Worst customer service at Grant. Ordered and paid everything online and the perk is 1 free burger. Back home, so dissapointed to see incomplete items. They did not include the drinks and free burger. I went back then the unwelcoming and rude manager said I don’t have free burger since I did not paid for the other Char burger which was clearly paid on my receipt online. They even let me stay for half an hour just to wait for a free burger and 3 drinks. I did not hear any apologies from them for the incomplete order that I get. They don’t care if I go back just to pick up missing items and patiently waited half an hour for their incompetence and worst customer service. They really took their time for making 1 burger and 3 drinks!! Bonus: Beware because the burgers was so cold just like the staffs and the rude manager. Patties are super salty, breads and buns are so rock hard and cold. Tried once and will not come back again. We did not eat the free burger and drinks because we are afraid they put something on them. The face of the manager is so hideous like a poison. Waited half an hour for missing items then throw it to the bin for health safety.

The girl at the register "Lolly" has 0 customer service skills and should not be solo manning the front counter. Did not greet me when I walked in. Did not offer service even though I stood at the counter. Gave me someone else's order (I saw it and gave it back). Then tells me my order isn't ready yet so I sit down in clear view of the register and wait another 20 minutes (from placing my order 10 minutes prior) and watch her give order after order out. I asked her does she have mine and she rudely responds, what's the name? Turns out it was ready sitting on the counter already but she didn't call the name or number out that she did with the orders placed after me but given out before me. Then says under her breath that I had to come up to the counter and ask for it. I was already late at that Fast food should never take 30 min to get cold food from folks that should not be working service or with people. I'm in the plaza several times a week. Will opt for In n Out burgers or Von's chicken sandwich next time.
We decided to have an untraditional Thanksgiving lunch at work and everybody asked for Burgers ,and placed an online delivery order. To avoid the chaos of large orders based on past experiences, and the fact that Habit is not accepting orders over $175 ,I split the lunch order for 30 people into three separate orders at different times, all through Dishdash. Unfortunately, this turned into a nightmare. Here’s what happened: 1. Order Mix-Up: Two of the orders arrived, but it wasn’t clear which order numbers they belonged to. A large portion of food was missing, and because the orders were mixed up, we couldn’t determine which items were missing from which order. 2. Poor Communication: Neither customer service nor corporate was reachable. While half of my employees were waiting, I had to drive to the restaurant, only to find two big bags of food sitting there—cold. 3. DoorDash Blame Game: When I asked for the store manager, she blamed DoorDash. However, two major issues came from Habits: • Any DoorDash driver was handed random bags without confirming which order they belonged to. • The restaurant had my phone number but didn’t bother contacting me to let me know about the $250 worth of food sitting there. 4. Order Errors: • I specifically added ketchup to all the fries orders, but none was included. The manager claimed it wasn’t on my order, even though I could see it was. • Instead of receiving two extra cheeseburgers, we got two extra Impossible Burgers instead. Ultimately, 30 people ended up eating lunch an hour and a half late—with cold food and fries. As a director, I felt embarrassed and unprofessional in front of the employees, due to how poorly this was handled. The lack of organization, management, and attention to detail on Habits’ part was unacceptable. Definitely this was the last time I'd try this place .
