I was in town and decided on pizza, I stopped for a drink and noticed a pizza spot called Pizza Factory. I walked it was busy I was still greeted, which i appr.I didn't wait long until I was greated with a great warm and welcoming attitude with the smile on his face. I later found out bet the man's name was Bear. He was kind he was quick, he was quick to answer any questions that I had. I'm a bit of a picky eater when it comes to my pizza. He had no hesitation on accommodating my alterations for my pizza. He he even suggested a new alteration for me which turned out to be fantastic. He was also great at explaining to me the specials that they have their to you know save some money which was fantastic and I appreciate that of him. I may not do reviews very often, when I do it is because I would like to let the business know that they do have a very good employee working in their store. I was at the Pizza Factory at 23811 Washington Avenue Suite 106 in Murrieta California 92562 my name is SJ just wanted to give a nice little review for Mr Bear! I'd select app and I would be happy to return do this nice little establishment that I happen to come across as long as Bear is working. I know some pretty awesome companies will give her some pretty cool incentives to their employees maybe some Employee of the Month type thing or a little movie tickets or hey even a nice pay raise (HiINT HINT). Anyways he was an awesome employee and I enjoyed the customer service

Thank you so much. Very tasty pizza. I like variety. You can order thin pizza, you can divide it and give half of it what you want and half for the children. My family, two children and two adults, were satisfied and full from one large pizza. I recommend it,very tasty👍👍👍

Love this place. My family's favorite place for pizza is pizza factory. The best pizza at a reasonable price. If I want to sit down in a restaurant for pizza this is my #1 choice. Will always be back again.

My favorite pizza of all. We always get the anti-pasta salad also, enough for 4 people. No indoor seating.

Amazing first time experience! The customer service was top notch! The cashier was patient and helpful! The wait wasn’t that long for it being dinner time! The pizza! Don’t get me started on the pizza! The dough was soft yet firm, the sauce was thick but not over powering and the real star of the show THE CRUST wasn’t overly crispy or soggy! It was perfect! 10/10 highly recommend.

I was just doing a doordash order and they were super nice! Pizza was running a little bit behind but they were super super nice about it and very friendly! Definitely getting my pizza here from now on!

The thin crust pepperoni pizza is excellent! The crust, sauce, cheese and pepperoni are in just the right proportion. This is take out only but there is one table outside the door. Very Good!!

This is my fourth time coming to this location.Got a couple of pepperoni pizzas some wings and breadsticks here at this location. Quality of the food was fantastic. You will not be disappointed. It's all about the oven if you know anything about pizza.. And the employees that work here are hard-working. You can see them moving around real fast in the back getting the food prepared.

I moved to Murrieta a year ago. My wife and I have been searching for the best.pizza within 10 miles of our home, and we finally found it. The crust is crunchy without being like a cracker, flavors across the board delicious. The owner is upfront and you can see he cares about his pie. We're going back for sure.

This place is a great mom and pop type shop. Very friendly and helpful cashier lady. Just moved to the area and she didn't hesitate to help me out with paper plates and utensils. Offered to help me to my car too! 4 stars only because the guy making pizzas and salads did not have a mask on. Tisk tisk. :( I'd still recommend, hopefully owner will see this and take action. Great local pizza shop!

We have ordered from this location multiple times and service has always been great. Tonight we called to make an order for delivery and a new person answered who said she used to be the manager of the French valley location. She argued with us over where we lived (we live in Murrieta) and said we would have to call the French valley because we are a little bit closer to it (which we aren’t). We told her that we have ordered from this location multiple times and have never had an issue with our food being delivered and she mumbled under her breath how that was wrong and again told us to call the other location. She was very rude and has lost two loyal customers with her horrible customer service. I would give negative stars because of her but I’m giving it two instead because at least the people who used to take calls were professional and polite.

We have yet to find it. We actually hit two pizza places on the same day, this one was our 2nd stop of the day. WOW, the tall kid at the counter with the Airpod in his ear, was not happy to be there and made it known. Very matter-of-fact, not friendly at all, and was not pleasant to order our food with. Given the time of the day on a Saturday, we were surprised there was not that many customers, just a small birthday party. And another couple was seated. Still, took 29 minutes to get our x-large pizza and wings. The pizza here was OK, we would not categorize it as good, certainly not great. They can accommodate a larger gathering (we are holding a 15-person pizza party in a few weeks, just not here.) We went up later to the counter to get a medium box to go, and it took some time for someone to acknowledge us. Perhaps just busy with phone orders. They do have a small game room, full of older games. Overall, nobody there was enthusiastic, nor came across as wanting to be there. I hate to pass judgment on just one visit, but looking at other reviews, seems to be the norm here. We will not be back.

Pizza was utterly disgusting! Crust is rubbery and low quality. Do yourself a favor, do not waste your money at this place. This was my first and last order. I basically threw 40$ in the trash! If I could give a minus star review I would.

so this is a delivery and take out only facility.. not sure why reading eat in house.... i used to patronize this facility roughly 2 to 4 times a month. however after a 4th disappointing order (granted its been more spaced out due to prior experiences) i wont return. a large pie with sausage and pepperoni that less than 3 of each per slice is disappointing. it was much better even 6 months ago. someone in store verified new ownership and more portion control has gone into place. did not specify the date but for sure over the last 8-10 months has gone way down hill. WHICH BLOWS. Pizza factory is a child hood memory. the employees are great!

I had 2 bites of my bacon and pepperoni and had an allergic reaction. Ive been eating bacon and pepperoni all my life. Their pizza kitchen is certainly to die for.
