Overall, the food is good and the service is good. However, I have noticed the food is better when you dine in verses when you takeout. The only thing I would say I don't like is how the lights from the vehicles are blinding in the evening. I'm over here trying to enjoy my wings and then bam I'm blinded.

Only been here a couple of times and both times have been pleasant. My boyfriend is allergic to garlic (not deathly so a little bit is okay but after a certain amount he will get sick) so when he ordered, he didn't specify any seasoning on the fries. We received the fries and it had the garlic salt and sugar seasoning. He asked at the front if the fries had garlic on them and he let them know his condition. They quickly replaced the fries with plain ones and were very accommodating. We even offered to pay for the new fries since it was a mess up on our end that he didn't specify no seasoning at all. They exchanged the fries with no problems and all was good. Wings were hot and delicious. Fries were hot and greasy and amazing in the ranch dipping sauce. All in all, we haven't had a super horrible experience when visiting here.

My only issue (not really a complaint) is that it seemed to take a while to get my order. However, it was pretty darn good! I had the Louisiana rub (3 fireballs) and the hickory BBQ (2 🔥). I got the potato salad instead of the French fries, but got to try some fries b/c the folks u was there with had way more than they could finish. Potato salad was good, too!

every time I've been, it's been great but these past two times are the opposite. The first time, I ordered a 3 strip combo and they were overcooked and did not taste ok. The second time I made a to-go order over the phone. It took the girl 4 times to get my name right. 3 times to get my phone number right. when I said something about ordering a 3 strip combo, she said we don't have that we only have 2 or 4. I know good and well that wasn't true as many of times as I had been to wing stop. I came up to the restaurant and low and behold 3 strip combo is on their menu. They need better staff training.

Wings were fine, about as good as the other place down the street. Drenched in sauce and a tad old/dry, but fine. Relating to other reviews, customer service is subpar. Not as bad as other Wingstops where I waited up to 40 minutes, but slow and nobody bothers to communicate order status.

Wingstop This is a chain restaurant that offers a large variety of Wings prepared in a great many ways. Also offers Chicken in other ways such as Cajun Chicken Tenders. Found these to have little flavor. The food is basic bar type and is acceptable. You can obtain large portions for parties or games at reasonable prices. The one selection that stood out for us was the Spicy Korean Wings. My favorite was the Boneless Wings while my wife prefers the ones on the bone. A little more taste and flavor than other selections. For the record we never visited the place but had delivery made twice. They use a delivery service that is offering a tempting money saving deal that last a month. But if not cancelled you get stuck with a monthly fee just to use their service. Unless you intend to use this service quite often it can be expensive. Considering the basic monthly charge, the cost of the individual delivery that day and any tip for the person bringing you your order. For us a bit much for the occasional use of this business. The service is professional, well run, and both times used we experienced very nice people delivering the order. In summary Wingstop provides some good basic Chicken selections at a reasonable price but nothing stands out to make us think of being regulars.

This was my first time visiting a Wingstop. I did not know how to order and the lady who took my order was not at all helpful taking my order. The chicken was fresh, hot and good however given the option, I will choose another chicken restaurant and not return to any Wingstop in the future. Sorry Wingstop but the order-takers ofen help me make a final decision about a restaurant.

This place is very "iffy" I've been when I waited 5 minutes on food & when Ive waited 35 minutes on food. Ive been when it was fresh & when it was 2 day old chicken! You just kinda have to take your chance here. Fried cajun corn is small but good & we always order extra seasoning on the fries!

50/50 whether your experience is good or bad here. They frequently have issues getting your food to you on time, especially ordering online. I have waited 10-20 minutes past their 20 minute standard wait. Sometimes their wings are dry and chewy with little seasoning. However, sometimes the service is great and quick, and the wings are really delicious. Seems to change by the day.

I was in this location today. Terrible. My husband and I normally like Wingstop because they make their wings like we had when we lived in Buffalo, NY. No one else in Texas can do that. I tried to call first to place order. I was put on hold. After 8 minutes I hung up. Tried again in a short while. Put on hold again. It took me 13 minutes to drive there and was still on hold when I walked into the store. I asked for the manager who had no clue how to be a manager. Asked me 4 times if I wanted boneless and each time I told her bone-in. I should have received some compensation for the ignorance but was not even offered the veggies or ranch. Get with the program.

Absolutely horrible. The servers have no care in the world. No ice in the machines, when the ice was filled, guess what, no beverages to drink. My associates food was cold and mine was way over cooked. Plus it gives me the poos.

Wings undercooked after I requested them to be crispy or well done. This is definitely not a Wing Stop standard. I've eaten at Wing Stops from Georgia to Texas. Disappointed!

I personally didn't like the flavors (mild, barbeque, Hawaiian). They said we could substitute anything we wanted, then charged us for substituting. There was garlic in the blue cheese. The food was hot and fresh, but we didn't care for it, so we won't go back.

I love going to wing stop! It's usually a long wait but it's worth it! I went to the one in Nac a while back and they got my order wrong so I returned it. The second time they got my order wrong again and I just didn't say anything. Just a heads up, make sure they get your order right!

They were getting orders that came atleast 10 minutes after me and when i got my food my fried were cold. I also ordered cheese fries and when i went to the counter to tell them that my fries weren’t correct they said “ the cheese is on the side cause * we’re busy * .” But it’s doesn’t take nothing but some seconds to put cheese on fries and they gave me one container

I absolutely freaking love wing stop just not this one, I was watching the people in back while they where cooking yet they where cleaning also and using rags and cleaning the floor which you would think is a good thing yet not once did any of the employees wear gloves or wash their hands as they transitioned from each task, they had their dirty mop bucket chemical hands and dirty rag hands touching the food. I asked to speak with the manager to let her know and she couldn't speak any english which is very unfortunate in today's day and age. I'll unfortunately have to enjoy wing stop at other locations.

Very disappointing. Ordered 6 piece wing meal. My order consisted of 5 wingettes & just 1 drumette. As everyone knows the drumette has much more meat. I had sauce on side and I could see the skins were far from crispy. Yuck. Only thing good were the fries. Will be trying wings elsewhere.

So first let me start off by saying I completely understand what it's like to work in the food service industry, so I understand how stressful it can be at times, but tonight's cashier did not meet the standards of customer service. When I first arrived, no one greeted me, but of course I'm still in the customer service industry so I spoke first( plus I was just brought up that way, to speak when you enter a room). I haven't eaten wingstop in a few months and when I did I would normally call it in, so when I arrived and no one greeted me, I let it slide and spoke. The cashier did not speak back(which is fine) but she had this tone in her voice like she didn't want to be here. I proceeded to tell her my order and she just stopped me in mid sentence, no excuse me ma'am, just stopped me and said can I get a name for the order in a non friendly tone. I then told her that I didn't hear her when she asked the first time and gave her my name. This was not the worst that has happened to me and in no way do I want this young lady to lose her job but I do think customer service coaching may be needed and how to deal with frustration in the workplace.

I placed an order online… As soon as I walked in a customer was getting a refund because they sold him spoil chicken.. I bit into mine.. it wasn’t spoil but it definitely wasn’t fresh.. There appears to be a lot of kids working during the evening time and they have no supervision.. I just hope I don’t get sick 🤢

I placed an online order and, even though I arrived late for pickup, I still had to wait an additional 40 minutes for my food. The voodoo fries were disgusting (I love voodoo fries btw), with large clumps of seasoning settled at the bottom. On the bright side, the wings were tasty. However, the overall service definitely needs significant improvement.

To start off... i walked into my favorite restaurant, wingstop... the lady at the register was very rude, her name is Randajha, i read it on her name tag. The place was almost completely empty, there were maybe 2 other customers in there. I ordered a simple 6 piece combo and had to wait a total of 55 minutes for my order. Everyone else before and after me waited around the same amount of time for their orders. I was already annoyed by the rude service at the beginning of my order... but then once i got my order (i ordered lemon pepper) the wings were drenched in frying oil. I had to dry them off with a napkin before i could even take a bite, the napkin soaked with frying oil, and i am not exaggerating. There was literally a pool of oil on my tray from the wings. The fries hardly had any salt and to top it all off, the speakers in the building were making a horrible noise. I just got up and left. It was the worst experience i have ever had at a wing stop, i will never step foot in the Nacogdoches Wing Stop ever again. If i could give it a quarter of a star i would. Shoot i'd give it negative stars if that was a thing. BEWARE the Nacogdoches WingStop. I have warned you. I was told it is always like this once i left.

There was several issues with my order that day but the most nasty and disgusting is that there was chewed chewing gum in my fries. To make matters worse none of the cooks had on mask cooking over the food....I will never eat there again.

Every time I decide to come to this place, I put in my order over the app because I know it’s going to be packed on the inside, but even when I do that, my order is always 15 - 20 minutes behind the time it’s supposed to be ready. This place is understaffed and there is trash all over the place on the inside. It makes me sad because I love the food but poor management can ruin even a great place like this.

As a dasher, I have blacklisted this location for trying to micromanage us. You don't get to ask me to look at my phone and tell me when to hit the pickup confirmation button. I am very precise about when I update my orders to maximize my earnings. I do not work for you. Maybe it's time to hire your own drivers

This location is full of non comprehensive employees. I had called earlier to receive my replacement order due to me receiving the completely wrong order last time. They said the order would be ready in 15 mins approximately. I then came to the restaurant and asked to pick up my order. The rude manager started to tell me how they could not fulfill my order which they previously said they would. At the time they were not busy. Nobody knew what they were doing and the lady kept on refusing my calls and service. This location is about to be shutdown ASAP.

Usually I have no problem with this establishment, but this visit was horrible. No sweetener for the unsweetened tea. The sweet tea tasted like sweetened water. The soft drink dispenser on one side of restaurant had only limited selections. The cooks evidently had no idea how to flavor the wings correctly. My dry rub wings came out drenched in some sort of sauce before applying dry rub. Finally restrooms on one side were out of order while restrooms on other side were in deplorable condition.

Placed a $80 group order in advance and paid in advanced over the phone. Once I came to pick up the order, workers were only able to verify the order was placed looking back on receipts on the register. I waited more than 15 mins for my order to be made in the store and they still left out items. Very unsatisfied customer.

They put chicken that was already done back into the grease and our food was so greasy that we couldn't eat it. We paid 28.52 greasy wings. It wasn't fresh not at all the only thing that was fresh was the fries

This place is horrible. Hangs up on you when you call In for pick up multiple times. Then you decide to go in and pick up and there are 3 people waiting. I understand service and they may of had ally of call in’s but this was uncalled for. They hung up on me 10 times. Put me on hold 5 times for more than 5 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. Get better staff. This is not the first time I have had EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM HERE!! Nacogdoches needs a new wing place so I don’t have to go here again !!

Placed an online order for 2 specials and 15 boneless wings. Please keep in mind, my family lives 20 minutes outside of town. I arrive and pick up the order- I should have checked because this restaurant is notorious for mistakes - so that is my bad. Drove all the way home to feed my family and discovered the 15 boneless wings were missing. Called the store and the girl on the phone says I have to bring back all of the order. Seriously? Now it's ice cold and no one gets to eat. I go all the way back and they don't even ask to look in the bag. So I asked why did I bring this. She then pulls everything out and asks if I want new fries. I said, please. She tossed plain fries in the trash and leaves the voodoo fries in the bag. Okay? I say nothing because I am to the point of exploding with anger. I wait. Food is getting even colder as I watch her man handle everyone's food on the line. Finally brings a basket of fries and just tosses it on the counter. Really?????? Rude. Oh wait, there's even more. I get all the way home again and IT'S THE WRONG KIND OF WINGS!!! My son asked for original hot and he opens up 15 lemon pepper wings. I CAN'T make this stuff up.

This location is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. They keep their phones off. If a customer has a problem no one is available. I ordered an online delivery and wasn’t sent a confirmation email when I try to call no pick up. Now without any food and that I just paid for. I shouldn’t have to call customer service to get a hold of someone!

Food was good as usual but when leaving I dropped my cup right out side the front door and it broke. I walked in and explained to the cashier who originally took my what happened and asked if I could have another cup she asked another employee who's name is Adolfo if I could have another cup and he told her no. So after spending $28.00 for lunch with another co-worker I wasn't allowed to have another cup for free. Be careful and be aware that they don't care unless you're spending money. Will never return to this location.

Ordered online, showed up around when it would be ready to wait another 15 minutes. Fry's were soggy even though I ordered them well done and wings were so salty they made me sick that night. Wing stop is usually amazing, this location proves there is always an exception to the rule.

This place used to be good, but it’s just gone way down hill. I ordered two sides of fries, but instead they gave me corn and the wings were soggy like they’ve been sitting for over an hour. Every customer there had an issue with the food plus the cashier was higher than a kite so I’m sure that’s were their main problem lies, which is the staff. Highly don’t recommend this wing stop if I was you I’d just order some from Pizza Hut I promise you they’ll be a lot more fresher than the Nac Wing Stop.

I’m never one to right a review ever. My review isn’t for the restaurant itself, I love Wingstop, it’s for the people working around the lunch hours, note: there was no other customer in the restaurant but me, I came in and stood at the counter for at least 2 minutes the cashier turns around and stays where she is standing in the back and says “ma’am?” Still doesn’t move towards the counter to take my order. I say “I’m trying to put in an order” she rolls her eyes then comes up to the register, I asked for an 8 piece boneless combo. Not even 2 minutes pass and Im surprised she already called my name for my food, I look at it and it has two regular size wings and the rest were the width of a quarter, the fries had all the seasoning just packed on the top, I nicely told her “ma’am these wings seem to be a bit small” “and the fries seem to be over seasoned” all she says “that’s how they come I can’t do anything for you” and walked away, I understand that not all of them would come out the same but then I’m not getting my money’s worth eating here and with bad service, So if your looking for a place to eat lunch don’t go to Wingstop, it’s ridiculous.

I have experienced horrible service trying to place an order. They put me on hold for 20 minutes the first call.....10 minutes the second time and my third try over 35 minutes...I finally got very aggravated and called and gave my order to Buffalo Wing Stop with no problems. I did call Wing Stop back and after another 20 minutes hold spoke with a Manager who did not seem to care. She suggested they were too busy for call in orders. Obviously people who call me in their orders are not as important as those who walk in.

I will never set foot back in this business again! Employee Jesica had the nerve to get an attitude about an order I placed and she misunderstood “i ordered original wing plain, not original hot” she stated with an attitude that’s the only original is the original which is a lie, original wings plain is what I wanted with nothing on them!! I hope she wasn’t a member of management with a stanky attitude like the one she had, everyone else look around puzzled and quietly like they understood what I ordered but was scared to say anything! I will be calling corporate office in the morning and requesting that they run the firm back to see her actions!

This joint used to be really good way back when, but then again, I hadn't set foot in here in about 15 years. After my recent visit, I won't be doing that again. First off, it took about 45 minutes to get my order, which was pretty basic. Just some saucy nugs and fries. Now, I typically have the patience of a Hindu cow, but that was pretty ridiculous. Second of all, the dearth of ice in the soda fountain was a point of contention expressed by several of the customers who came and went in the lengthy time that I was there. Not sure why that wasn't addressed in some fashion. Oh, wait, yes...the young crew who were there were beyond insouciant. I just happened to be over at this shopping center and it sounded like a great idea, but next time I have a wing fix to address, Flashback Cafe it is.

Got a carbonated sprite and coke for our drinks and food was cold because the driver sat in the store parking lot for over 20 minutes with our order. They were very rude when I called to report about the order. I will never order from them again. It took nearly 40 minutes to deliver an order less than 2 miles away. Very dissatisfied.

I waited 1 hour for my food with no explanations or communication as to what the issue was, asked multiple times and was just told It would still be more time...1 hour I waited! Made an order at 6:30 for pickup at 7:15. I am waiting at 7:15 and they tell me they don’t have anymore bone-in wings. It would be 15-30 minutes before someone brings them. I asked for boneless and still did not get my food until almost 7:30

The customer service is terrible. Came in to pick up 2 doordash orders. There was already a line, but only one register being used. there were several other employees in sight, goofing around, standing on the wall talking, etc. The music being played was loud on top of the employees singing to the top of their lungs. What’s the point in having3 registers when you’ll have to wait regardless, in a very noisy, crowded environment. It was so overstimulating that we waited in the car. Please do better

I’m so disappointed with my experience at this Wingstop. I ordered online and paid extra for all flats, something I always do. When I picked it up, I noticed they gave me drums too. I let them know, and the girl at the counter said they were out of flats. I said if that’s the case, I should at least get a refund. She got the manager, and instead of fixing it right, he offered to reheat the wrong wings and give me the ones they left out. I told him I didn’t want a mix of reheated food. Eventually, after a lot of confusion, they suddenly said they did have flats and could remake it. The girl in the back was clearly annoyed, kept saying "5 minutes," and it ended up taking over 30 more minutes. Everyone seemed confused and unorganized. I love Wingstop but this location is just not it. Definitely won’t be going back.

Ridiculous! Can't buy the lemonade and get a cup. They want to charge you extra for a cup, too. So, you have to pay for the lemonade and be charged for a drink as well. That makes no sense. If I wanted a drink, I'd pay for a soda. I wanted the lemonade. I paid for the lemonade. I shouldn't be charged for a soda just to receive a cup. Also, they don't have water cups. I don't drink soda. Since when does an establishment not offer water cups?

I would leave zero stars if I could in regards to the manager KEITH!!!! I was there to get food for my kids and had small kids that were crying in the car so when I went to pay for my food that i ordered for pick the guy refused to break a 100 bill. Idk if that's their policy but it was already in the evening so they should have change! He wanted me to leave and go make change at a gas station. I was able to get change from an employee there and he asked me what i was doing waiting I told him i was waiting for (i pointed to the employee) and he asked for what in an arrogant way so i told him it was none of his business. After having change he continued to ignore me and help the other person around me and then he continued to restock ans just ignore me! I still stood there patiently without saying a word and when he finally looked at me he said “you can stare at me all you want you’re not getting your food”! The ignorance!!!! This is ridiculous that they have such a person with crappy customer service skills as a manager running that place!!!! If they keep that guy around he is going to run off customers in no time!!

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I feel like people should know what to expect. I placed a call-in order over 30 minutes before I got there, thinking it would be ready, but it wasn’t even started until I showed up. Honestly, what’s the point of ordering ahead if it doesn’t actually save you any time? It’s disappointing because this location used to be a lot better. Lately, it feels like the management has really slipped, and the front staff just seems overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. I really wanted to have a good experience, but at this point, I’d recommend taking your money somewhere else if you’re hoping for something quick and easy

I was in town visiting and decided we would get Wingstop. I live in Houston so this store wasn't even busy compared to the ones at home. I ordered and waited about 25 minutes...I see everyone that ordered after me get their food! So, I ask about mine and she says...its coming! I don't know why I didn't open the compartments, because I would have known that it wasn't right! Its just crazy that after paying $33.00 for wings you'd think it would be right! I called them 8 times only to get a voicemail...no one has called back yet! I will be going back before I leave so they can fit my order! Both fries were literally crumbs from the bottom of the bag! I asked for extra lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan...I had little to no lemon pepper and no garlic Parmesan at all! The container was full on grease! I should've known better when I didn't see one person that looked like an adult behind the counter! Definitely will not be going back!!
