BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse - Nanuet

Love this place!!!! Been there twice and got something different both times. Drinks, food and desserts have been amazing both times. So many options on the menu that whenever I go I plan to try something new until I run out of things I will eat! Don’t remember exact names but pictures are shrimp jambalaya, barbecue chicken salad, tomato and mozzarella salad, variety of pizookies, drinks and I’ve had the Mediterranean tacos DELICIOUS!!!

Kristian was the best! No clue what his experience level is as a server whether it’s 2 years or 15 years. He treated every table with class and was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and options. 10/10 would come back just for his service!

I came in with my senior mother for lunch after church. Joe was our server was nice polite attentive. He also me if I was a rewards member. I will come back. I liked the new sticky ribs.

My friend and i had a great time here. The service was on point and got everything we ordered perfectly. Angie our bartender gave us great suggestions on what to order and made sure we had a great time. Look forward to the next time and hope we can get angie as our bartender again!

Our server was great!!! 👍 The only thing we noted was the romaine lettuce seemed old. Other than that everything was good.

Although the location was very busy we were seated right away. The young man who served us was respectful, informative and kind. He advised us of the specials and took our order flawlessly the meal was also cooked to perfection.

We have such an amazing experience at BJ's but there's always one gentleman (Danny) that makes our experience exceptional! He's kind, helpful, professional and simply amazing at his job. Anytime we come, we always ask for him first. Best service ever!

Wonderful place as per usual! I come here on occasion and the food is ALWAYS good. We had Marie as our waitress, and she provided exemplary service. The food we got was delicious. Upon finishing my meal, I wanted to pack my soda since there was a lot left. Marie actually went out of her way to get me a fresh soda in a cup AND remembered my preference with not wanting ice. It was a great experience, and I look forward to next time.

Our waiter, Malik did an outstanding job tonight. He was constantly checking on us to make sure we were all good. Looking forward to coming back and having him as a waiter in the future!

Went to dinner last Friday night with our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter. Christian was our server, and he could not have been more considerate. Service was prompt and courteous. Christian put in our granddaughter's order immediately to make sure she got her food first. He refreshed everything, made sure we were happy with our food, remembering how I had requested my burger, and was it prepared correctly. He was just so polite and thoughtful. Not only that, but my daughter had ordered the prime rib special, but really didn't get to eat much, and Christian brought a to-go box. When the baby lost patience, we sort of hurried out, and the food got left behind. When my daughter called when she got home, he had not only saved it, but Chris at take-out had it ready when her husband picked it up, making sure to ask her for his name so he knew who was coming to get it. Food was really good, service was excellent, and the $13 Pizookie Meal Deal is the best value around. Will definitely return.

One of our fave local places. Food and beer is always reliably good, and our server was friendly polite & attentive though he forgot our plates & silverware, but another server quickly brought them. Another great BJs night in the books.

We had the best waiter named Christian. He was very attentive, very courteous and well mannered and catered to our every need. Highly recommend asking for him.

Last minute decision to go to BJs, hoping we lucked out for a table on a Saturday night. There was a line but were able to get a high top immediately. Our server Mariah was absolutely fantastic. Friendly and helpful and super pleasant. Got our orders right away and the food came out quick, hot and delicious. Mariah was super attentive and she was very nice to my daughter and me. She definitely deserves a raise! Thanks for a nice evening. Well done.

The server christian is absolutely amazing! Great personality. We enjoyed our dinner and the customer service. All the staff are professional; the management should be proud of the culture they created. ❤️❤️

We had a wonderful dinner experience, and a big part of that was thanks to our waiter, Christian Berisha. From the moment we were seated, he was extremely professional, attentive, and courteous. He made sure everything was served perfectly, checked on us at the right times without being intrusive, and handled every detail with care and confidence. The food was delicious! We will definitely be back and will recommend this restaurant to everyone we know!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but our waiter tonight was exceptional. Kristian was attentive, kind, and somehow managed to help everyone despite how busy it was. His attitude and work ethic stood out immediately. We left a 50% tip because service like that deserves recognition.

I've been to several of these sports bar chains.. but this Bjs in Nauet deserves a special mention. First of all the host was an admirable young lady. Thomas and Bansky the two bartenders go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. The beer selection is on point, colder you won't find it. We had the dry rub wings and shrimp in garlic sauce with parmesan toast. Not a single complaint. The vibe was nice and kicked back

We had an outstanding experience at BJ's Restaurant! Our server Kristian was absolutely amazing—attentive to every detail without being overbearing. He made sure all our allergy concerns were handled with care, which gave us great peace of mind. The food arrived hot and quickly, and every bite was delicious. On top of that, all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of great service and great food. We’ll definitely be back!

I have been here a few times in the past six months and I have mostly loved it every time. The atmosphere is nice and the wait staff is always excellent. I took away one star for consistency, because sometimes the portions are large, sometimes smaller, sometimes cooked differently. I like things to be consistent, so that's my only advice for the establishment. Otherwise, the food has been great, and every server has been friendly, funny and on point.

Visited this restaurant 2 days in a row. First time was for lunch. Honey sriracha brussel sprouts were amazing, buffalo burger was good, sweet potato fries were bland, black cherry soda was very good. Second time I had prime rib dinner here and it was good. My wife ordered taco salad and she said it was bland. Desert was excellent. Overall my experience is positive. Service is good and prices are reasonable.

Beer was great. Lots of different varieties of their own beer and lots of other beers on tap. Food was ok. Very basic items that looked like it was thrown together fast. Not much taste and by the time my food was brought to the table, everyone else at my table was already finished! However, dessert was really amazing. Would recommend the deep dish cookies with ice cream on top.

This location has a great location with plenty of parking. Has a good young staff and a large menu. Seems to have had a change in management for the better. Great for all meals and a great bar

I would have given our experience here today 5 stars all around except for the fact that my steak that came with the salad was not hot. Unless that’s how it comes I was a little disappointed in with that. Our server Malik was very personable and professional. He definitely kept us smiling.

Nice bar and food was pretty good. Bartenders made great drinks. All of the staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive even amongst the several large groups that were eating dinner there.

The water at this place was pretty good. It was nice and cold. The ice cube to water ratio was well thought out and very good. The glasses were simple, but nice. The taste of the water was pretty good, nothing special, but acceptable.

The service from our waitress was excellent, however the food servers should ask or automatically bring the necessities, like plates when they bring the appetizer. We did however get plates after asking for them. The place is large, seemed dark like the lights were too dim. The food overall was good. Recommend the avocado egg rolls if you make it here.

Overall decent experience but the Brewhouse bites sampler came with no pickles, no Mariana sauce, and we ordered siracha queso and received regular queso. Our server Kristian was nice but when I asked for pickles since none came we had to ask twice since we weren’t understood the first time.

Good food. No drink refil was offered, and waitress got my order wrong. Possibly better service next time. Will give them another chance

The food pretty good for the price ! But the front desk hostess ruined everything !!! Can someone FIRE HER ! Me and my wife have been there 2-3 times b/c of the food and the pazuki deal on Tuesday….. the waiters all supper nice ! All 3 times but the hostess terrible!

Ordered take out, and when I walked in, the host was rude to a young girl. I arrived 10 minutes after the time I was told that the food would be ready only to be told it was not. I was told 10 more minutes by the host. I went back to my car and waited 15 minutes, then went back in only to be told the food was still not ready and to give another 10 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes and went inside. I paid for the food, and the host refused to give me a receipt, which was weird to me, but I thought it was due to them being so busy. I got home and found that I received 2 different pieces of meat on the same plate, one medium and one well done. I returned to the restaurant, and the manager said he had no explanation because that's not how the slow roast steak is supposed to come. Well, it turns out someone decided to take left over food and plate it for take out. Also, my family said the nachos were nasty, and the tomato mozzarella salad was not fresh. I definitely say eat there at your own risk because you might get someone else's left over. Good luck.

Why the one star? I gave 4 stars for the food, the server and the atmosphere. So why one star. The 1 star is because of the hostess and how the dining experience started, which disgusted me and brings me to the 1 star review. We arrive to an empty restaurant at 10 to five. We ask for a table of three. “Do you have a reservation?” Is the fist thing asked. I look around, no one is here…”we’re expecting a large crowd tonight, you’ll have to wait 10-15 minutes”. So we sat there waiting. With no one entering. Empty tables. After 10-15 minutes the hostess says “since I’m in such a good mood, I’ll sit you down”. This process made zero sense. We asked our server if they were expecting a big crowd, she responded, “no not really”. After we finished our meal, paid and left the restaurant was still empty. A great dining experience ruined but the least skill position in the restaurant, the hostess, who had a taste of power and let it go to her head. Her rudeness and incompetence will likely hurt this restaurant.

The absolute rudest hostess. The restaurant was empty and we were told a 30-60 minute wait. It was 4 PM and aside from some high top tables having patrons the actual dining area had maybe 2-3 tables occupied. The older couple in front of us had an issue with their reservation and again, they were met with a very unpleasant hostess. We will not be returning and I have a feeling the empty restaurant is from people having similar experiences..
