Went here with my mom on Wednesday December 4th 2024 during our visit to the palisades mall. This subway is located in the food court, near the ferris wheel. There is also plenty of seating to eat food in. For lunch, i decided on the california chicken club footlong with italian herbs and cheese bread. Person who made our sandwich and took our order was okay, I said i wanted the dressing that came with the sandwich, and she seemed flustered, but eventually gave me the chiptole that was with the sandwich. Can't remember what my mom had. However, we both enjoyed our sandwiches. We also ordered a soda, a root beer. Total came to about $65.00, and we used a gift card, and then paid the remaining via a credit card. And would be back another time, if we are in the mall again.

Went light on meat and cheese on my salad, but people working there seemed nice. Whole food court seems a bit penny pinching and depressed.

When trying to find a bag of chips with a lower sodium amount for my combo, I found that 2 of the Lays chip bags have air for half or more of the bags, the "Barbeque baked 65% less fat" being the worst: MOST of the bag is just air. When I mentioned it to the attendant she replied "We never had a complaint", I said "Well now you have one". Right up to the point where my thumb is on the pictures, there is air on top. How can Lays overcharge people by filing their chip bags with mostly AIR??

Usually no problem with subway, but lately the bread is a day old. I can tell, bake fresh bread throw out old bread. Please

My experience was horrible bad old food , bread was old from previous day spinach really old and rotten , churro was hard as a rock lettuce was not fresh . When I nicely asked an employee name Jaqueline to exchange the churro she give me excuses , and start telling me I’m supposed to eat the churro immediately so it’s fresh . When I got the replacement was the same hard from inside and dark bitter taste . The she stared saying something I didn’t understood and I told her it’s not just the churro , the food I eaten but I’m just pointing that was not good and she got mad I asked for her manager , she said I’m wrong and if I want to complain go ahead and file a complain

Horrible service lady with pony tail and blonde highlighter need a customer service training 3 females doing anything my son waited with no line longer than I did at taco bell that had a line definitely is a reason they had no line never will return there again and laughing at your customers is not a good business ethic

I had most expensive breakfast sub way here ,almost 10 bucks.get away from this place big hole there.the guy work in front even don't speak English.seriously don't waste your money here

The employee a young hispanic girl was having a full conversation with the janitor of the palisades mall like they were going to date in spanish. I mean can you atleast take my order first??? Do you not see me ordering 5 sandwhiches here?? Jeez. Will not go here again because this service is just awful.There was no reason why I had to hear them going back and forth while she was asking what i wanted and trying to not make a mistake on my order while talking to the janitor!, I mean is he not going to work and let her work? I had to tell her a couple of times and she still did not understand. 0 out of 5 service.

The service was horrible. As I placed my order the two girls with braces kept looking at each other and speaking in Spanish and laughing. I kept having to repeat what I wanted. They seemed annoyed that I was even ordering food. Everything was a bother. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was the second time that they did this. I didn’t even order my food anymore. I just told them to continue making the order for my son. They made my stomach sick.

Pathetic. Overall. The girl at the counter couldn’t speak any English at all. The other girl had to translate every item we asked to her and Ben then she kept making mistakes. Eventually both of them did make more than one mistake in the order we ended up placing, by then we were so fed up that we just ignored the whole thing and let it be. Never again though.

Very poor establishment. The cashiers do not know how to add or use the register. A foot long turkey, 6 inch turkey , bag of chips and a juice was $25. When I asked them how that’s even possible, they just looked at me very confused and said that it must be the tax that was making the total so high. Either the cash registers don’t ring up the correct amount , or the cashiers don’t know how to use the registers.
