We came here to have some lunch before going to shop in the mall. We started off with some egg-rolls that were absolutely delicious. They have a very delicious taste and are very crunchy. The sauce that comes on the side to dip in, is delicious and has a wonderful taste when combined with the egg-rolls. For the main dishes, my wife got a burger, and I got the fettuccine chicken Alfredo. The burger was very good and cooked to perfection. We like it medium, and they made it just right. The fries that came along with it were very good and fresh. The fettuccine chicken Alfredo was absolutely stunning. It’s my favorite type of pasta and I have had it at a few different places. But this was hands down one of the best fettuccine chicken Alfredo’s that I’ve had in a very long time. The chicken was nice and crispy with a very delicious taste. For dessert, we shared a pumpkin cheesecake. It was very good and the whipped cream on top complimented it nicely.

Great food and service! Enjoyed an outing with my family. We went to the Cheesecake Factory which is consistently good. The food was delicious and we had an awesome waitress. There were 10 of us and everyone had something different. Even the cheesecake. Service was good. Many food options…. Even a menu for those watching their diet. See my pictures. I've been to the Cheesecake Factory on multiple occasions, and this time went great (which is generally how they all have gone). We kept it light and got a smorgasbord of appetizers. The Sliders and Mac n Cheese balls were great! The Hamburger Spring Rolls and Crab Rangoon were good also! The real reason we decided to go was the cheesecake though, the star of the show. The Pineapple Upside Down Cheesecake is 10/10. Easily the best cheesecake I've ever eaten. A close second, the Coconut Cream Cheesecake was amazing just as well! I will always suggest this place as a great bite to eat with awesome dessert.

The chicken dumplings with a ginger sauce was my favorite appetizer. The fried cauliflower which tasted as good as chicken, the gumbo, and chicken madeira were delicious. Truffle fries was not bad..a little salty but probably because of all the paremesan cheese on it. The pineapple cheesecake was the right amount of sweet. Love the variety of food.

Restaurant used to be very good. I took the kids to celebrate my daughter's birthday. My salad was too sour. I believe too much dressing. None of the kids ate even half of their dishes. Dessert was good, I can't say anything. When I paid the bill, you would say that a person cost me over $50, and no one enjoyed the food. Disappointed!

This was my second time at a Cheesecake Factory. The food was pretty good. I got a Parmesan crusted chicken with angel hair pasta. I’ll give the food 4 stars. The sauce was just aight. Nothing special. The server was great but it was very slow getting food so the 4 stars is just due to the slowness of the food. Atmosphere was pretty good. I would say it is 5 stars. The bathrooms are a bit tricky to find. They will be right in the front door and to the right. It’s a little cut out in the wall. Hope this helps.

Cheesecake Factory is so underrated!! Food was good and service was great. Came here on a Sunday afternoon, place was a little packed. But we didn’t have to wait too long since it’s a huge place. Had their crispy buffalo chicken sandwich, it was delicious. Can’t wait to come back and try something I haven’t had from their many options.

I was shopping at the Palisade Mall in New Jersey. We decided to eat at the Cheesecake Factory. Their menu is huge. I enjoyed the appetizer. They were delicious. The main course was also good. Love their mocktails, which tastes good.

We went to the Cheesecake Factory on the weekend of Black Friday so it was to be expected that it would be busy. The food was really good though. We've been there many times and feel that they do a great job with each meal. The bread is a classic and we love that it's always included. For drinks, definitely get the espresso martini, Georgia peach or a classic mojito. The espresso martini was really really good and all of us kept asking to drink it from the person who ordered it. Our apps were the Crab Wontons (about 8-10) and Spicy Tuna (on crispy rice). Our party ordered a Cobb salad ( it was HUGE and delicious), the Korean Chicken bowl, a chicken picatta, Diane Steak and Salmon, and a Turkey club. Everything came out so good! To end, we ordered a smores cheesecake, which was SO RICH and decadent. You really can't go wrong with the meals at the Cheesecake factory. The only reason I'd take off a star is because there seemed to be a lot of confusion with the seating for our party and wait staff forgetting to bring some of our orders to the table. We've had this issue previously but I still would go back because the food is still excellent.

I like coming to this restaurant chain from time to time. This visit, however, was not as good as previous ones. Even though Sundays are usually busy, the wait time wasn’t too long, which was a positive. Unfortunately, the table we were given was too small for everything we had, and there were no other options available. The utensils on the table were dirty, so we asked for hot water to clean them. We decided to order main dishes only. My husband ordered the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta with chicken and shrimp, but he didn’t enjoy it — it looked well seasoned but lacked flavor. I chose the Santa Fe salad, which I liked. The crunchy tortilla strips added a nice texture, but the salad itself was too cold. For dessert, we tried the new peach cheesecake with raspberry drizzle, and it was very good. We also ordered café lattes, but it was unusual that they were served in the same glass cups used for sodas. Prices have definitely gone up, which is understandable, but the coffee price was especially surprising. One recommendation for management would be to pay closer attention to the restrooms. After using them, I informed the host in case they were not aware of the poor condition, but the response did not feel welcoming. As we were leaving, the odor near the area was noticeable, and other nearby guests commented on it as well

My family and I visited the cheesecake factory on January 31 2026 around 8:45pm to grab a bite to eat and catch up. We ordered impossible burgers, double smash cheeseburgers and a steak Diane. We also ordered mocktails. The mocktails tasted great. The burgers were also good as well. The complimentary bread was the best part. Unfortunately, while my sister was eating her Diane she found rice and chicken in her plate. We let our server know and she retrieved her manager. The manager came with very aggressive behaviour. Came to the table asking if any of us had rice and chicken because he believed we must have put it in her plate. There was zero apology. He asked if she wanted to get rid of the plate. Obviously my sister would not eat a meal that was contaminated by other food items in the kitchen. I stated what if she was allergic to chicken and the manager asked “well is she?” When asked to fire a next plate because my sister was hungry he agreed and said he would comp the meal. When we received the meal it was packed up, as if the message that they were sending was that we should leave. We receive the receipt and the meal was not comp. When the manager came back to our table he asked why would he comp a meal that he remade. The manager was yelling at us, and we had a young child at the table, who was affected by his behaviour. My family and I were disgusted with how the situation was handled, and how the manager spoke to us. We left never wanting to return to this location which is quite unfortunate. Knowing that the manager handles situations in such aggressive ways is frightening. But I’m so impressed with how the server handles the situation. She was kind and apologetic. The manager could learn a lot from her.

I’ve been a regular customer at The Cheesecake Factory for years, but my recent visit left me really disappointed. I ordered the Tiramisu cake — something I used to look forward to — and was shocked at how much they’ve reduced the portion size. For the price they’re charging, the slice felt more like a sample than a full dessert. Come on, Cheesecake Factory — if you’re going to charge premium prices, at least deliver the quality and portion your customers expect. The taste was just okay, nothing memorable or worth the cost. Definitely below my expectations this time. As someone who’s returned again and again, this kind of experience makes me seriously reconsider coming back. Do better.

Had the one of the worse experiences here on the Sunday after Valentine’s Day. I don’t think I have ever waited that long in a restaurant before. I understand it was a crazy holiday weekend but waiting more than 1 1/2 hours for entrees is a little extreme. We saw other tables being served their food but ours wasn’t coming. We contemplated just paying for our appetizer and sodas and just leaving but felt it would be rude to do that. The marinara sauce on both my appetizer and pasta had a very strong sour smell almost spoiled but maybe that was just my sensitive nose. Being in customer service myself, I expected a manager or the server would have offered an apology or even a comp for the wait time alone but no it was like this was normal.

Ordered to-go order. their salads aren’t cheap! we always get the factory chopped salads. they were HORRIBLE. 2 pieces of chicken in each and barely any toppings, these used to be so full and heavy i could get multiple meals out of it. to top it off the dressing was not the same and really lumpy. i hope it wasn’t changed. supper disappointed

For Management: Terrible service and terrible cleanliness standards (table we were seated had black specs/crumbs) at this place. We were seated in a section where our waitress (brunette haired woman) ignored us the whole time. She would pass by without even greeting us or at least letting us know she’ll be back to serve us. Granted the restaurant/section we were seated at was not busy whatsoever. After 15 full minutes of waiting I called out to a gentleman, I believe his name was Donald (pony tail + goatee) explained the situation and he jumped to help. Even though he said it wasn’t his section, he took our order quickly and expedited our food. Fortunately, we were able to make our movie on time thanks to him. Please shout him out. I would this as an opportunity to properly train this particular associate to avoid this from happening in the future. It’s a shame it happened to us but as long as it doesn’t happen to another set of guests, then that’s all I ask for. Thank you.
