The scrawny old white man absolutely SUCKS at taking drive thru orders. He barely gave me any time to order, and messed up the fact that I wanted #8 Regular Dorito Tacos and got Supreme. I went in to switch the order and mans grabbed the bag from me and later threw it back in my face. AND THE ORDER WAS STILL WRONG IT WAS JUST REGULAR TACOS! Everyone else was very patient and kind but screw that one man. Has just about as much skill and customer service as he does hair on his body. If you order with him triple check forreal

The customers are much more friendly and helpful than the staff. My 12 yr old son accidentally spilled his drink as he turned away from the drink machine, the staff did not offer to help with clean up at all. A mop, towels would have been much more effective than the napkins we used. However a nice customer, who was waiting at the counter for his meal, kept pulling napkins and handing them to us.

Hours are wrong, drove 25 minutes and says there open till 11 but is closed at 10 fix your hours. Thanks for waisting my time.

Had an order delivered by Uber Eats and they left out an entire order (3 tacos and a lemonade). They also got another order wrong ( asked for beef and got chicken). Asked for sauces and if course got none. I called them to rectify the order and they never answered the phone. Do not order anything from this place. Terrible

Perhaps the worst Taco Bell I have been to. For the last 10 times I have bought food from them in 5 years, every single time they get the order wrong. RUDE staff and Kitchen staff is totally inconsiderate of the order on screen. Very disgusting and Rude. Waste of time and money. Seriously very rude of the staff.

From the worse experience i ever had . The manager was very racist to me and he didn’t want me to enter the store he told they are closed and they weren’t .. and i still went to the drive thru and someone took my order and they charged me almost double . and then he came and i tried to ask why im charged double he refused to talk to me and end up recording him to show how really was the worse person i ever face in my life .. i never go to taco bell again . I will post this every hopefully he will understand how to be a human

Customer service was terrible. Cashier had a nasty attitude and messed up my order. Ordered the chicken quesadilla without the sauce and got a chicken quesadilla with the sauce. Told them about it and they did not change it. Also, there was water all over the floor and we told them that someone could fell and they did not care about it. Taco Bell/KFC should hire people willing to work and professional.
