The name is "BURGER KING" but today at 2:38pm, they had no burgers! Only chicken! Price was good at $8.19 for a chicken sandwich combo. Chicken was pretty good. Slightly overcooked and old oil, but still ok taste. Fries were ok.

After we ordered it took almost 10 minutes to get my food! Plenty of people in the back but the 1 cashier stepped in to help move things along. Ridiculous! I got what I ordered, and other than limp lettuce, my food was good.

It was cash only, $20 min on card. The offer codes from the app weren't working at the register, so I was told to do a mobile order which the app said was not available. The manager was not interested and just blurted out "everyone does it". It wasn't even busy... I guess for obvious reasons

Forgot half my order I placed for me and a few friend's. Didn't realize until I made it home. How do I get a refund or reimbursement? I spent over $40 yesterday and don't feel like driving 20+ minutes to correct the mistake.

I understand people are scared right now about this COVID thing. But some semblance of common sense needs to be at the forefront of interactions with the public. My friend who had developed a respiratory issue while serving in the military and can’t wear anything that would restrict his breathing. mentioning this to the night manager did Absolutely nothing except get him yelled at. Now I would suggest that someone read the ADA act to her and explain that while she has the right to refuse service, she cannot do so over a disability.

Don’t come here for T-Mobile Tuesday. You can create the order in the app but they will tell you in person they won’t fulfill it. Now I am waiting for a refund from the BK app.

The lady at the counter said that the the owner prohibited refilling drinks while I don’t think it’s a big deal in their franchise they clearly state free refills besides that if you want say no free refills you should at least mention it somewhere at the store saying no free refills but Burger King franchise clearly states online that they support free refills, I would never take this too far but it was my friend who doesn’t speak well English and can’t say what he thinks

One of the most stale foods I have ever had. Basically avoiding any Joint associated with Burger King. Seems to be consistent across all outlets I visited.

Waited 15 minutes (not estimate, actual wait time) for a double cheeseburger. No combo or anything else, just a double cheeseburger. They still got the order wrong. This was on a Wednesday at 4pm when the mall was basically empty.

This restaurant does not honor advertised specials. For that reason, it's a no go. Mall food chains need to get it together, as a consumer we have so many better options. There is also a Burger King 5 minutes down the road that honors specials.

I am a Macy's employee. I came to the counter with the Macy's batch on me, a young guy took my order, I included a drink with no ice in it. I paid for it but I forgot to ask for my Mall employee discount; he didn't offer it to me either. Right after I paid I asked him for it but he said he couldn't give it to me, he asked the manager, she chuckled and said the same thing. The diet coke he gave me had ice in it. I told him and had it changed for one with no ice. 9/7/24 1:50pm.

First time going, worst experience ever. The display price doesn't match actual price of a meal thats on receipt. They forgot my extra fries I ordered then added a donation i didnt ask to give. My total price with tax was overcharged & they claim the "display" price was a mistake. Employees had a carefree attitude. There was no traffic but had overcooked bread ..To where it was burnt.......never going again, lost my trust & $.

I paid $8.19 for a whopper. when i made the order AT THE COUNTER, i specified "no mayo". and what did i receive? a heaping dollop of mayo coating the entirety of my upper bun's underside. overpriced and my opinion did not feel validated. one star.
