The staff is very friendly, especially the manager Barbara. The food is very good & VERY affordable (ESPECIALLY IF you have the app)

Had an impossible burger, I no longer eat meat so I haven't been in BK in a long time, it's what I expected a mediocre burger that will accomplish it's duty. However, I bought one for my wife and she didn't even have a clue it was plant based. So let's leave it there. If I find myself in a situation that I don't have any options, I will return...

The app is a little "wonky" lately. The place itself is just as good as it's ever been. Their kids meal is a great value!

I usually don't eat fast food but after a day at woodbury commons mall, I had a hankering for some BK..I had the impossible burger with French fries an it was delish..I ordered at the order thru window..

The reason for my 5 stars is because the staff here is amazing!! Gabriel deserves a raise for his customer service and his professionalism. He is a stand up employee and we were so grateful he was on shift today!

The woman who runs this Burger King does an excellent job. She runs it like a military operation and if your lucky you can see her in action barking orders. *Tip, if you think she or her staff fouled up your order, make sure your right or she will make you look silly. This location gets quite busy at the drive through and the inside is generally less crowded. The whole location is kind of small including the parking lot. Would probably be beneficial to replace the whole building with a more modern version in the future.

Front counter was courteous and efficient. Food was hot, fresh, and nicely packaged!

Went on a late-night run to Burger King (iykyk) and it has been a while since I’ve last indulged. Gabrielle at the drive-thru was so patient and friendly while I decided what I wanted. He even made suggestions on how I could combine my single orders as meals to save money. We chopped it up while I waited for the food—great guy. The birthday cake cheesecake was so good. Their fries are always so fresh with the right amount of salt. The Whopper Jr. looked just like the pictures. Definitely a great experience, and I appreciate the awesome service!

This BK is awesome! Barb and the other managers there are extremely nice and accommodating. She may seem a bit rough around the edges but she's cool. If something is not to your liking she makes it right. They always try their best to get my order right.

Great for fast food. Our Impossible Whoppers are always made fresh and delicious, even kinda look like the pictures on the menu (and that never happens with fast food).

We got some bad sandwiches my bf went back and they gave him the same quality, again. I’m giving them 4 stars because the manager was so nice. He called her the next day and let her know what happened and she made sure she fixed it. Was sincerely apologetic and offered to replace the meal and thanked him for bringing it to her attention. She didn’t brush it off and wasn’t just like come in for new food she was really nice and concerned about her store.

Prime Status

With all the craze about meatless burger I had to go and try it. What can I say it is good. It does taste like whopper but with out beefy flavor. Would I actually go back to Burger King to get more.... probably not. For $10 there are way better and healthier things you can get to eat.

Like the manager, she was there a long time! She is very pleasant. That is why that is the only Burger King I go to. The rest of the staff is also very nice and pleasant to deal with. I had a couple of issues, but nothing that was not corrected to my satisfaction, even when I made the mistake! Mike.

They're open nice and early. I believe by 6am. Good food Drive-thru closes at midnight. I believe the dining area closes at 10pm. I mean its burger king, so you get what you pay for. Almost positive most of the meat has very little actual meat in it.Five guys and Smashburger are right down the road. Do a taste test and you can taste the difference.

This place was good, the staff was super nice. I did end up with a bad stomachache for like a whole day after i had the burgers but im not 100% sure it was from here. Either way it wasnt bad

It's a whopper place so you get a good whopper. Service is not friendly, but they always get your order right. And they are cool with the condiments. It's just gotten too expensive. Whoever is rating this place $10 or less is on sumtin. It's between $10-$15 per person.

Service was fair. Food was good. Eating area was dirty. Tables were dirty with food stains, straw wrappers. Seats and benches were dirty.

Place was dirty. Bathroom had water all over floor. Food was mediocre. Used to love burger king but they seem to be closing down left and right. R.I.P.

The food is decent could be better under staffed running around like headless chicken and as you stress your order to them 3 times they still can't get it right, much room for improvement.

I really just went to get some lemonade. I bought a breakfast sandwich which could have tasted better . something was just different from the burger king that I used to know. maybe 7th year taste buds change is due.

Needs an update and some clean up, workers are great and my impossible burger was delicious! It was filthy and chairs ripped, stained ceiling, things are broken, workers are nice and hard working, they deserve a nice clean place to work.

Food is always lukewarm and service is not friendly. Definitely needs a facelift too.

I know it’s a fast food place, but this particular location is god awful. The servers were rude and abrasive. Not to mention they got my order wrong and were high and mighty about it. Burger King overall is a good chain, but I highly don’t advise that you visit this particular branch.

Used the bathroom after employee and she never washed her hands. It looked like poo on the handryer. This is a paperless restroom which is how I knew hands weren't washed

Didn't seem clean. The bathroom had an air dryer for hands and to had to open the door with handle. The staff has to wash hands then open a dirty door.

First the I call and the person that answered the phone was with a bad attitude, he was saying “ ma’am there’s nothing that I can do for you “ a lot of times he doesn’t know anything, honestly I was kind and polite with him , but I believe that if it was someone else , they would be arguing, and the food , expensive but a piece of bread.

Anything chicken in the evening/night normally is not fresh, taste like it’s been cooked a long while before served that microwave don’t help it.

Several problems with THIS location. First the manager is rude, specifically Brandon. He had the audacity to speak with unnecessary language toward my wife over the drive through speaker. My wife insisted that she go address him because she saw that I would not be able to have a simple conversation as she could at the moment. Second, the least the rude manager could've done was ensure the order was right, it wasn't. I can say for certain that I will NEVER go back to THIS location. I'll sooner make a trip out of my way if I really have a desire for Burger King. If had the decision to make i wouldn't fire the young manager instead I'd have him retrained. He seems to need to understand that he's in a service business!

We pulled off the highway to get food to go and get back on the road. This Burger King seemed a little dark, felt dingy and the bathrooms were dirty. The staff were very friendly, nice, helpful and let know they had run out of lettuce and ice which we could deal with. We got our food, got back on the road and started to eat but the food was cold and the chicken nuggets were old, hard and stale😱 Not sure if the staff was new or needed more training on what type of food to serve people.

Unbelievable store. Yuck. Nuggets were soggy. There was a goop like stuff at the bottom of my son's drink. 🥵🥵🥵 he was so scared and disgusted that he drank that thing. Though the staff gave good customer service, the experience was marred by the fact that my food was cold. The original chicken sandwich didn't have cheese like I requested. The chicken nuggets seem like it came out of the refrigerator and never touched a heat source. The food wasn't enjoyable at all.

Just did a drive thru a few minutes ago. The burger was barely warm. Two bites and no more. I would have returned it but didn't feel like wasting my time. No wonder I don't go to fast food chains. Definitely not going to this one again.

Ordered drive thru and when I got to the window the lady had no mask ,also the other woman and man passing the food . It was very disturbing. Then I over heard the lady at the window on the speaker with another customer ordering, the customer said he had a coupon she said it didn’t go through but she was no where near the computer to even see , she was serving my soda lol, I will never come here again

ordered 2 Jr whoppers, a Whopper and small fry. got 2 Jr whoppers and fries. told the girl I didn't get my whopper she said I didn't order it and I begged to differ, I definitely ordered it at the drive thru. when I got the bag there were only 2 Jr whoppers. when she finally got my whopper she dropped my change on the ground. Not ever going back to Burger King.

The food is five stars for me. But I’m giving the lady with the red braids and glasses one star for the way she was yelling and cussing at another employee. Very disrespectful, especially in front of two children. The girl with the blonde wig on the cash register had to tell her to quiet down. There’s ways to calmly handle other employees without yelling and cussing.

All fast food is atraught trash even though i eat it sometimes. This one is somewhat decently clean. In the area, new city and suffern mantain a much cleaner establishment (kitcen sink to the bathroom sink)

Cashier was very friendly. Revised: Check your order. Went back today, and was missing a whopper when I got home (5/6). 25 min drive for me so I'm not going back for 3 bucks. (2 for $6 +TAX) Totally disappointed. And they want $15 an hour? Give me a robot that won't mess up my order. Or a person with 6 fingers. Obviously people only know how to count with the fingers on only 1 hand. More editing: one of the burgers was missing mayo and ketchup. So when I ordered 6 whoppers he said 6???? Then quickly tried to close my order and told me to drive around. I when I said I had more to order he said no. Sounded like a joke but now I'm thinking there's a pattern after looking at the other negative reviews of this place. In the healthcare industry when you bill for a service you don't provide you get hit with fraud. In the healthcare industry 3rd party audits look at total billed compared to your invoice. If you billed 100 burgers, why did you only order 60?

Show up at 9pm to the doors closed and locked even though it says 10pm on the door for lobby. They need to change the hours posted or stop closing the door and forcing ppl to the deivethru

Went into this burger king with my boyfriend, we're standing at the counter waiting to be helped, the manager and assistant manager kept walking by us, would not look at us, no acknowledgement, just kept arguing with other employees in the back. We got tired of waiting to have our order taken and left.

The server at the register was very rude and unaware of the items on the menu. I asked for a classic melt without stacker sauce she asked me is it a whooper I said no a classic melt after I explained what was in it, I also pointed out above her head. She said no it comes with lettuce and tomato. I cancel and before I left out I said exactly " I don't know how you work at a place and don't know what's on your menu". If you don't know what's on your menu don't give an attitude and don't tell a customer incorrect information.

We went for take out and once we got home and started eating all the food was loaded in salt. The French fries? Salt. The Onion Rings? Salt. The chicken sandwich and nuggets? Salt. It was so bad that my father actually got nauseous and it even made my lips burn. My father loves Burger King out of the big 3 and has said he will never go there again

Suggestion: Update your store hours/online orders if you closed early so people don’t have to place orders. Staff didn’t have the decency to come to the window when we were picking up an order. I had to call five times. Two times went straight to voicemail, and waited 17 minutes watching the guy walk back in forth knowing we were outside. Now the customer we were suppose to deliver their food is upset. [ Better yet at least contact the customer you are closed ]

Person taking my order was ok but the food was trash. The only thing i got hot was the fries. My 8pc mozzarella sticks which was $3.69 where not even warm just hard and stale. Chicken sandwhich was cold and my burger was cold.....I didn't even bother going back to get my money was already in traffic. Places like this remind me of the reason I don't eat fast food.

Absolutely horrible! Just bought a chicken sandwich earlier today, brought it home, only to find out they served me the sandwich on a moldy piece of bun! Where is the quality control???
