I would like to take this time and rate my experience with this particular Popeyes and Location. Store number 175 in Spring Valley NY. I tried the new chicken dippers yesterday, and they were so good that I went back today & got myself another order. Please keep the chicken dippers and don’t take them away, they are very tasty & perfect and for dipping and the price is just right(🥳).Vanessa is always so pleasant when I do go to Popeyes. She always engages and has such a warm spirit and smile. She makes you feel welcomed. Thank you so much. Now it’s time for me to eat my chicken dippers. Thank you so much.😊

We ordered a 3 piece online last week and the order was incorrect when we got home. Today we went into the store to place our order and told Vanessa the shift manager about our last experience. She apologized and proceeded to upgrade our order. She was very courteous and extremely professional. Thanks Vanessa for the great service.

This one of the best cuisine l ever tasted 😍. There is no competition with other cuisine. There chicken is good on the inside and outside...I have no complaint whatsoever, this is unique for any occasion you might have....

The service was great! The staff is courteous and friendly, specially Vanesha Cameron. She always takes time to have a little conversation with her clients and make sure the experience is good. I usually stop by with my husband on his way to work and they always take care of us quickly.

Ordered the 11 piece family meal special tonight at this location. Meal was fresh and the side orders were filled up to the top. Biscuits were fresh as well. The only issue, like every location when ordering at night for dinner is staffing issues. Location was out of spicy and wait time was 15 mins and only 1 employee who seemed overworked, was in the kitchen prepping all the orders.

Super upset during my recent visit. Not only did the manager NOT want to give me any sauce, they got my order wrong. I had ordered the chicken wrap combo that was in the display (it came with two chicken wraps and a lemonade) but what they gave me was the single chicken wrap combo! On top of that, I had asked for sauce and they flat out told me “No, the meal doesn’t come with sauce”. Not once did they offer/ask if I had wanted sauce for my items at the register, I would have gladly paid when ordering. I have never had any issues until today.

I placed an order via app for pickup and I still had to do a line to tell them I was there and get my order started. They should have started the order as soon as they received it. Also drink was too small for the two piece meal combo.

I left a great review yesterday because the male manager was amazing and helped me with my order and was polite. So I left a 5 star review but today I went back and was met with rudeness from the female manager she was unwelcoming I was ordering she just gave me my price with out asking if that’s all I had more stuff to order then after all that rudeness says there no chicken wraps which was my order very dry and not even sorry so I got my money back and won’t be returning to this location it’s crazy how a manager 1 days is amazing and the next day another one is rude and not welcoming changes everything won’t spend my money here no more

It took a while to get here but it’s kind of snowy out so it’s a bit understandable. I ordered 2 things, and one of the things were 6 piece wings combo honey bbq. When I took a bite out of one of the chicken pieces it was pretty good, but then I saw uncooked meat. There was still lots of blood in the chicken. The other item that I got was fine, but this is why I rate the food 1 star.

I ordered takeout tonight and was extremely disappointed. I will never order from them again. First of all, their menu says they offer 12 chicken wings with bone in , boneless or mix, but Uber forced me to choose a mix, and I couldn't add a note. They wouldn't answer my calls, so I had to contact the rider, but the restaurant staff refused my request. I don't understand why they would agree to something they can't do.

I placed an online order and when I went in to pick it up they didn't have one of the items.They claimed they couldn't refund me for the missing item and that I needed to get something else instead. It was substituted for a different item which was acceptable I guess. I had also ordered large fries. When I was walking out I was checking the bag and noticed the box was pretty small. I have ordered large fries before and it has always been in a larger box. I went back in and asked about it because it was weird and the person claimed that it was large fries. I paid 8$ for large fries and got a ridiculously small amount. Also, when I asked for sauce they said they were out of the ones I wanted. Not a good experience at all. The box of fries is smaller than my hand. That's a lot to pay for a little bit.

I had a large delivery and literally everything was cold and disgusting. Also take a look at my rice and beans. They don’t even fill it half way. This is beyond greedy. They should be ashamed.
