We went because of the T-Mobile Tuesdays special and the restaurant was clean, order taken easily and service was very fast. Good takeout experience and I was surprised at how good the Impossible burger happened to be.

This is a great location. I have been a customer for decades. Today, the new building is nice and more importantly, the staff is super friendly and accurate! Food is always yummy, and check out the app for offers and to earn point for free food. I love a good Whopper and now and then, a Hershey's pie is heavenly. I have never had a bad experience at this location. I give it an A+++!

Best fast food establishment in our area. Hands down. McDonald’s always makes me wait on the side for my food. This would never happen at this Burger King. Plus, the food is fresh and never feels or tastes old. I come here way too often due to the deals and service for a fast food place is pretty great.

Burger King's chicken sandwich is probably the best of its kind, out there. I got their recent 3 for $7 deal. Their chicken fries, I found lacking. They would probably be a little better as a 12 piece, instead of 8. All in all, it's probably on the worse end, in my book of marketing lies. (The chicken fries, I mean.) That box was just a little TOO full in the ads. Oh well, their chicken sandwich is bussin, so I'm not renting a grudge out, for them.

We love rodeo burgers lol my daughter makes me drive from Haverstraw to New city it's the closest burger King. Although we try not to get much fast food children love the experience better than going to a fancy restaurant.

The don't accept discover and the burgers are dried out. The food is never hot enough.

Hit or miss? Not sure when is what. When some of your orders come out perfect, and then some are soggy and you are not sure what have changed, all that left is to wish for the best.

I have always enjoyed the food from Burger King but lately the prices have become very extreme they need to offer some sort of special to get business back.

Food is decent, typical BK. Renovation is nice except for one glaring problem. They did not isolate the kids play area behind glass and a door. Its wide opened to the main dining room and makes for an extremely noisy experience which ruins what is otherwise a nice place.

Have to say since they renovated the place is beautiful and they have sped up the drive through there usually is minimum to no wait although the only problem is the food is usually cold and the fries are terrible when they are cold. Price wise they are very overpriced for fast food. Won't be going back for a while.

I got suckered in because we were running late and needed to eat. The food wasn't that great and as always, I got intestinal issues from it. As my Mom used to say, the food tested good the first time it went down but not so much the second time. The staff is very good and extremely helpful. Maybe it is because they make the food in advance and just reheat it.

Burgers were not hot even after being remade. Very disappointing.

I ordered four double sausage breakfast sandwiches for me and my co-workers, on leaving the drive through I discovered that all four were single sausage sandwiches. I then had to wrap back around the building and wait in line again. They fixed the order but unfortunately the amount of time it took made me late for work

I was hesitating between 2 and 3 stars, but I think the situation really deserves 2. Sunday 8/25/19 4:30 pm: the manager joking around with the pretty employee girl in front of a customer, me, when I was next on line. She was on the customer side of the counter. I just placed my order without saying anything. She would barely move to give me space to place the order. I'm sure it would make other customers uncomfortable too. I could see the frustrated expression of this young employee guy by seeing her laughing with the manager and the other young, apparently "cool" employee, but him being left aside. America should not be a place where the bad (irresponsible) people should get the main stage in a situation and the good people left aside. It even made me feel intimidated to let the manager know that the men's bathroom smells dirty.

Food was cold, I waited in line for at least 10 mins when only 2 people were in front of me. I asked for freshly cooked onion rings and wasn't given that either.

My bacon cheese burger was very cold the patty was cold. And the restaraunt wasnt overly busy so there was no excuse I was working so I couldnt return ,nor should I have had to, this is fast food this is just a lack of care. I'm sure when the staff eat there they cook the food to the right temperature. This is disappointing. New City Burger King used to be on top of their game...what has happened. Managment should take notice.

Food is standard but very strange staff. Firstly its a full Hispanic crew and English is a second language. Secondly the first thing the cashier asked was am I showing her a photo of the offer code. She didnt ask ANYONE else in line if they had taken a screen shot from the app, just the only non Hispanic person. Why ask me? I showed her it was the app and she looked surprised that I was not trying to get one over on her. So both times my orders came back wrong. They tried to blame me for it. No onions should be simple enough right? The inability to understand no onions twice in a row led me to write this review. The play area inside is closed off. No one could give a reason. We didn't know if it would open back up later. Did it need cleaning? Was it broken? No answer given just a shrug of the shoulders. Again language was a barrier to gain simple info.

This place is terrible. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and they gave me only 3. I asked them to get me some more , and they showed me the recite and it said water . They charged me for 3 waters and a 20 piece nugget . So I didn’t get half my nuggets or any of the waters . Me and my friend went there today , and we saw the same thing happen to a grandparent and his grandkids . So I bought them some and they only gave me 5/10 screw Burger King

I ordered food, the woman never asked what size meals. I was ok with that. While waiting for the food, I attempted to get the soda which ran out. Someone needed to add syrup. Things happen I get it. My food came, my fries were cold..I dealt with it. Screaming kids went to play in the play area. One kid urinated on the slide. The adult responsible for this child said NOTHING. The positive, my sandwich was just fine. There needs to be an enclosed wall where the kids play. This was disgusting.

So i went to this place this morning and placed an order tru drive thru. The lady who took my order was so rude. So when i got the chance to talk to her at the next window i found out that she is the manager. Burger King management please check on you employees from time to time. She did not even apologize for what she did.

Went three times, two times of which they did not give me the complete order. When I called, I was cursed at (f-word) before I could say hello. Rude and disgusting. Check your food or better yet, avoid going to at all. Shame on the New City Burger King.

Ordered via their app to be delivered as we are in quarantine. Food arrived without drinks. Driver said it wasn't his problem. When I called them directly they said "we gave the driver the drinks and that's not our problem." They told me to come get them if I have a problem. I said why would I spend money to have it delivered, then come to get the food? Plus we are in quarantine! So I paid for but did not receive my full order. I got nowhere so I hung up. I'd suggest avoiding this Burger King.

I went to go pick up the soaring flame combo and they got the order wrong and on top of that I go to unwrap my burger and there’s mold on the bun. Disgusting that they even let the burgers go out like that.

We went to the New City Burger King. They have had many different management over the past few years. Some had good BK, and some, was not as good. On 12/22/24 we went to Burger King, as it has been some time, since we went to eat there. The food was Horrible, beyond words. 1st off, I ordered a Whopper Meal Large, and my Wife got a Medium Whopper Meal, The price for the both was over $25. Very Expensive. The food was cold and horrible, the Soda was very low on carbonation. I don't mean to sound so critical on them. However, money is tight, and to go out for a nice afternoon at Burger King, should be tasty. So, fair Warning to others, STAY AWAY!!! Maybe the management will get it. Food has to taste good, or people will not return there.
