The wings are dry and overcooked, the fries are hard. Went two times, ordered to go and by the time I got home the food was just hard. The sauces are okay, my favorite is Asian zing. The seasoning on the fries is tasty too. Staff is always lovely and the atmosphere is just okay. It’s clean and has plenty seating.

Wings were tiny (not plump), shriveled, and with some the bite consistency of leather. The staff was friendly and attentive, so guessing this is the standard quality otherwise the server would have weeded out our orders. Sauces and rubs were excellent.

By far, one of the worst Buffalo wild wings I have ever been to. The wings were overcooked, the nachos if you order them with chicken, do not expect chicken from a grill expect that they opened up a can of canned chicken and dumped it in the nachos. The service was one bartender who was full of attitude and extremely lazy. She was always in the back and rarely at her station. If you’re asking for a refill, ask for it once you get your first drink because it’s gonna take that long. The place is nice looking but I think the area around it is a lot nicer. If you want good food, you can walk around the area and find tons of better options. I would not patronize this place ever again. I like Buffalo wild wings, but I definitely will not return back to this one.

Decided to go for wings with my friend last night. I think it must of been an off day for the chef. We ordered fries that came back too hard/too crispy. My wings looked like they throw a big glob of sauce on it with mixing. I think I will pass on B-Dubs for a while.

My husband and I thought we go have some wings so we drove to Buffalo Wild Wings in Nanuet. What a mistake we walked in, and wantef to sit at the bar. There was one person sitting at the bar and literally the whole bar was filled with dirty glasses and plates/ trays. There was 3 people behind the bar at the time. We sat at the cleanest part of the bar that just had 2 dirty trays and 2 glasses. Someone finally came over and removed them and wiped the bar in front of us. The rest of the restaurant wasn't busy either. We finally ordered our drinks and maybe 10 min later we got them. We ordered our food, wings and a salad with chicken. It took more than 30 min to get it and when we got them we didn't have utensils or napkins to eat with. My husband had to get up and find someone to ask to get them. The wings were cold and the grilled chicken was hard and dry. The bathroom was filthy the restaurant is dirty with plates stacked on tables. I don't even want to know what the kitchen looks like. We will not be back that's for sure. 🤢

HORRIBLE!!!! I have been to buffalo wild wings many times but never this location, decided to give it a try. Right off the bat, we did not get greeted by anyone when we walked inside. Our server Matthew was absolutely disrespectful and inconsiderate. The food was also HORRORable!! I do not recommend going to this location at all, we felt like we didn’t even want to tip.

I'm officially never coming to this location again. I've been here before and dine in has usually not been a problem. The past few times for take out has been the real issue and tonight was the worst. I went and ordered 15 boneless wings and asked for the number of sauces I could get. The lady looked at me confused as if she didn't understand. Then I ask for dry rub buffalo sauce. The lady proceeds to not understand what I'm saying even after multiple times I clarified myself. I said probably ten times that I asked for dry rub buffalo and she proceeded to reply with original buffalo. I pointed at the menu to the dry rub and she responded with "yea original buffalo." Needless to say my order came out incorrect because she didn't put it in correctly. She also didn't know how to work machine to place our order. This is the 3rd time this has happened and I'm done.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings in general. I've been going since they were still called BW3. Unfortunately, this location is a travesty. I've gotten some of the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant here. I've gone every so often since this location opened, but I've never seen the same staff twice. Their turnover must be horrendous. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, hoping that after they've been open a while the issues will eventually get fixed, but that has hasn't happened. After my visit tonight, I don't think I'll ever go back. I'd rather drive to the White Plains or Paramus locations. Our server couldn't have been worse. She paid no attention to us. Even after she spilled part of my drink on the table and said she would get some napkins and be right back, she disappeared and we didn't see her until the food came; she just left the mess there, but still had to go back to get napkins after she brought the food, because we had none. We also didn't have silverware. This place also doesn't seem to understand the concept of an appetizer, because the appetizer we ordered came to the table at the same time as our entree. To make it even worse, the appetizer was hot, as if it had just come out of the fryer, but our wings were cold. After the food came out, our server never checked on us to see if everything was ok, and to get a refill we had to call her over to the table. The place wasn't busy; I've been there when there were more than twice as many people. There's were plenty of empty tables. Several times she went to other tables she was also serving and would walk right by our table, but never looked at us or asked if we needed anything. Honestly, it felt like she was ignoring us on purpose for some reason. This was the worst service I've ever had, and I can't believe the owner lets their staff give this poor a level of service. Frankly, the Buffalo Wild Wings corporate office should revoke this location's franchise agreement, because they're giving the brand a bad name.

Not able to actually rate this properly as we waited 30min and were not even greeted by a waiter/waitress. Nobody addressed the wait time, except for the the host at the door that mentioned it would take 10-15 min to be seated. After 20 minutes of waiting I realized that it was understaffed. I really wished I was able to of even gotten any type of attention that would’ve made me felt like I was acknowledged. After 30min we got up and walked out and I mentioned to the same host that we were leaving and he said I understand and apologized. Maybe next time. Going to Planet wings or BJ’s

Worst bww I have ever been to. The bar tender was the worst I sat there for 20 mins before I had to finally wave him over to get a drink. They didn’t have any Guinness and needed to change the keg took another 25 minutes. This place is a joke the bar tender is a joke and the manager is a joke . Don’t waste ur money. I will be staying away from bww

⭐️ 1/5 — Disappointing Visit I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Buffalo Wild Wings visit was just bad from start to finish. The service was unbelievably slow — it took 15 minutes just to get our drinks, and that was after we had already been seated and waiting. My friends got their food way before I did, and by the time mine came out, they were already finished eating. No explanation, no heads-up, nothing. It completely killed the vibe of the meal. The wings were okay, but definitely not worth the wait or frustration. If you’re going out for a quick bite or hoping for a smooth group meal, this place just isn’t it.

I ordered the boneless wings with mild sauce, celery and ranch, and a soda with no ice. The waiter "Will" served me the wings with medium sauce; I noticed the sauce was rather spicy, but since I'm not familiar with sauces I thought this was "their" mild sauce. The soda had ice. When I asked for the bill I saw the sauce was medium, not mild. It burned my mouth. When I asked for the rest of the wings to take out, he gave me a plastic container that pops open with the least shaking. I ended up needing a bag to carry the container in my car; he never offered me a bag. After such a bad experience, I feel like they owe me. 9/28 at 10pm.

The hostess was very friendly and nice to us. The restaurant was half way full but they were extremely busy because they had 3 waiters working the entire restaurant. We waited 20 minutes to be seated and then we waited another 25 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us. At end we ended up leaving because we were starving and we ended up eating at food court. Honestly it’s ashamed that large companies want to some money on the customers expense.
