Jose provided excellent customer service. He contacted me immediately after I placed my order to confirm how I wanted my pizza made. And I greatly appreciated it how he cared and reached out. He was an excellent person to order with and was extremely professional while speaking to me. Answered my phone calls immediately. Five star in my Book! I’ll definitely be ordering more often from this location while having the pleasure of working with such a phenomenal staff.

BEST DOMINOS I'VE EVER HAD! They take it to the next level. I just recently started ordering from here after becoming fed up with another local Dominos& can't believe what I've been missing out on all this time. This is the 4th or 5th time I've ordered in a couple months because they make it THAT GOOD 😝 QUINCY IS THE MAN WITH THE MAGIC PIZZA PAN✨️🍕🙌 Meanwhile Lexi is serving smiles with her welcoming top notch customer service🧚‍♀️!! Sorry I have not had much interaction with the rest of the staff since I'm new here but everyone has made carryout a pleasant experience. We really appreciate the excellent food &service. Very hard working employees . The pizza crust and pizza is good the chicken specialitys are very good and hits the spot after drinking. The desserts are okay never had an issue. The breadsticks are made good to. Never had an issue with the food the food can be pricey depending what you order. I recommend ordering and picking up at store more convenient without any problems delivery sometimes have issues with finding the homes but it's okay overall there okay in my book

Employees looked like they wanted to cut my head off for picking up my pie at 10pm. Cheesy bread had no cuts in it just a giant pile of dough and cheese, pizza was ordered with onion and they tossed 2 slices on top. Probably not getting Dominos for a long time. If you want to be a miserable person who makes customers experience horriblle on purpose and do a bad job at your work just join the government. Dominos in Pearl River, NY, 2/10.

I ordered 2 large pies, one with pepponi and other ham with pineapples. The sauce tastes like Ragu, not my favorite. Also ordered mild wings and a lava cake dessert, both were surprisingly delicious. With a price tag of $76. I'm most likely never ordering Domino's again.

The main manager was kind enough once to rectify the issue. But this happened today as well and when I called the store, some other manager said he is following the same process of making it for the last 8 years and seemed to point to me as if I am lying! Well pictures don’t lie!!

Often times the app will say that the order is ready and even after getting in my car and driving there they still haven’t even put the order in the oven yet. When ordering delivery, it’s pretty common for orders to take an hour or more now. They are clearly manipulating the computer to appear faster and as a result have become slower in real world time. Also the delivery has gotten much worse. Once they called and said they were at my door but they were 4 towns over. Recently they took an hour to deliver food. When I called they said it would be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later the app still showed it at the store under “Quality Check” and when I went outside to get it myself the food was left at my front steps. No call, no doorbell, no knock. Original 4 star review: If you’re ordering from Domino’s then you already know what to expect. They do everything as right as they can and when they get it wrong they correct it. There was one time I had a terrible experience but that was the fault of the main Domino’s company and their app. This individual location is deserving of 5 stars for a Domino’s because of their service and food quality (for a Domino’s). There have been several times when I have ordered that they fell short on predicting demand and the wait times were long. It has happened enough times that I cannot give them the 5 stars they deserve for everything else they do right.
