Wendy's is always great. Great spot to get a quick bite. I've never had a complaint. Service there is as fast as a fast food restaurant can be. Always with a smile.

Excellent food & staff! The breakfast served until 10:30am beats mCcaca's anyday! The biscuit has got flavor, love that egg, bacon, and cheese! The hash browns are rich in flavor, most superior than other fast food places off Rt 59. This Wendy's is visible on the corner on Rt 59, around the corner from St. Anthony's church. I've been going here for decades, and i have no complaints. Excellent food, service, and staff. La comida esta muy sabrosa. Las patatas para desayuno y tocino, huevo y queso son muy ricos y sabrosas! Bonito lugar con comida sabrosa, con empleadas amables y simpaticas, bendigos! Baconator fries are so good! So much good food! The one lady who work the drivethru is the kindest person! She has been over a decade. All the staff are friendly! Love this Wendy's location! They always get my order right, Thank you! The peach drink is so tasty!
so far only place got my $50 plus orders correct thru drivethru. just moved so only ordered here 4 times only but all orders are correct and any sauce or utensils came with appropriate items.
I work in a nails salon in the area. Whenever I need a quick delivery and delicious food, I always order food from this Wendy in my Uber app.

Love it as always. Big Bag $5 deal is the one for young and old. Only issue os the parking lot which is a small challenge to get in and out of. Other than that stop in and enjoy.

Not sure what superhumans they had working there that day but my order was taken with such speed and accuracy I was POSITIVE it would be incorrect, almost like he heard what I wanted before I was able to speak the words . To my pleasant surprise not only was my order 100% perfect, it was the most fresh it has ever been! Great job guys
Loved it! My order was prepared fresh & quick. The fries were just as advertised "Hot & Crispy". They stay hot & crispy for quite a while, as I like to eat them after my burger.
Check your bag on drive thru. Last 2 times they made mistakes. Also, the screens don't work on drive thru so as them to repeat your order.
Quick! Fast food by definition. This Wendy's was very clean, efficient and staff was friendly! Location is in a hustle-bustle area so it was great to have this nice little purpose-driven place break up the madness. We were impressed.
This Wendy's does it right. Ordered chili and a baked potato. Was surprised at how quick it was ready. Unlike some Wendy's, the "Freestyle" drink machine was stocked and not out of what I wanted. Some Wendys will skimp on the chili, giving you less than the full amount. Not this one. Everything was great. The place is clean, and the young lady who waited on us greeted us with a big smile and was very efficient. I recommend this place.
What can I say I was hungry and I was close to Wendy's and you can never go wrong with Wendy's food. I ordered a hamburger and fry as I usually do lol and the drink I usually get lemonade because I don't drink carbonated sodas. the staff was friendly and the service was quick so I had no complaints on that day. The store was also nice and clean and somebody actually came out to clean it while I was there so kudos to Wendy's.
This was by far my best Wendy's fast food location. Place was very cleaned up and the service was quick. Also I was surprised by how late they kept the restaurant open till. Definitely recommend if you need a quick bite.
I'm 57 years old I go to Wendy's at least once a week for as many years as I can remember, this particular Wendy's was completely amazing everything was hot and fresh!! And the employees were very nice! Highly recommend this Wendy's!
Obviously my favorite fast food in Nanuet period!!! Crispy chicken sandwich, spicy nuggets dipped in sweet and sour killer sauce 👌 Also more importantly don't be rude to workers, gotta remember they are human beings like us!? Always be respectful and be patience too!!!
Great Wendy's with great staff. 80% of the time I go there, I go through the drive-through. The staff is accommodating if you want to add to your order directly at the window. Haven't had any problems with my orders. Inside is often clean and lines move quickly.
One of the best Wendy’s I’ve visited. We go here often, never had cold fries, never had a messed up order. They’re fast inside and fast at the drive through, even when there is a long line. The restaurant is usually pretty clean as well, customers make messes at the soda machines and someone comes out regularly to clean up. Good place.
Food is always fresh and hot. Very tasty and the people who work there are sweethearts, i love this location ❤ The strawberry n peach lemonades r the bomb! Wendy's should be 24hrs cuz this location is the best! Even busy times, the drivethru line moves quick an the workers r great, i love them! Thank you!
I’m giving this Wendy’s a full 5 stars, and honestly, they earned every one of them. I never thought I would write a review talking about mayo of all things, but here we are — because this location actually changed my mind about it. For most of my life, I hated mayo. Couldn’t stand the taste, the texture, nothing. I always ordered every sandwich from anywhere “no mayo,” no exceptions. But one day at this Wendy’s, I forgot to say “no mayo,” and the sandwich came exactly the way they make it. And I have to admit — it was shockingly good. Something about the way this Wendy’s prepares their sandwiches just hits different. The mayo here doesn’t taste heavy or overpowering. It blends perfectly with the fresh lettuce, tomato, and the hot off-the-grill burger. Instead of being gross, it actually elevated the flavor. I took one bite expecting to scrape it off, and instead I finished the whole thing. That’s when you know a restaurant is doing something right. The food at this location is consistently fresh. The fries come out hot, the burgers taste like they were made to order, and everything is put together neatly — not thrown in the wrapper like some fast-food spots do. The service is also surprisingly quick, even during busier times, and the staff is polite every time we stop in. If a Wendy’s can make someone who hated mayo become a fan of it, that says everything. This is definitely one of the best Wendy’s locations we’ve ever been to, and we’ll keep coming back.
It can get busy because people love this place. But it’s always fast and for some reason I always get there when there is no line. Love me some JBC!!!
Definitely a good Wendy's restaurant. I've been going here for years and they rarely ever get an order wrong, and when they did, they quickly corrected it with no problem. The food is fresh and hot, especially when going during the dinner rush. The drive through line can get long (because they making the food fresh for each order), but they keep it moving along.
The food always to order but they're slow. I only rate 4 instead of 5 because it's a bad location. Too small and congested of an area for the amount of customers they attract and the drive thru line is always long.
One staff (female manager?) didn't have gloves on as she handled food prep items & mobile orders being prepared for pick-up, but service was quick & smooth for carry-out orders...
Love the new layout. Always good food, for fast food anyway. Only gripe is there seems to be a lot of flies always around. Never really noticed them before the renovation.
It's OK. Place is clean and staff are busy. I like dining in the drive thru is a different story. Overall I like it. 4stars because it's greasy and unhealthy. Typical American food

Hard working individuals make this a good Wendy's, even though they forgot my dressing and pecans. They have a good system of letting you sit and wait while they prepare the food, then call you up by name.
Late at night, there is a massive drive thru line but the service is surprisingly fast! Employees are friendly and don't waste time. Fast service and pretty good order accuracy makes this place great for an anytime meal!
The staff was good, and the store seemed clean. Overall a good experience. The burgers all contain too much salt, though. It would be nice if there was a semi-"healthy" option with less added sodium.
Food is good for fast food. Sometimes drive thru gets your order wrong when it's busy. Interior is a bit boring design wise. Has few tables outside for outside seating but view is just a busy street and some stores. You can always chill in the parking lot and eat with your friends.
Food was better than most Wendy's. Busy for late night. Police had to move someone in line at drive through. Once cleared, staff confused orders but worked everything out.
The place looks so nice since it's been renovated, very clean also. The attendant Kelly could do much better though; she seems to help customers as if she was doing them a favor. Nobody is obligated to stick to a job that they don't like, if that is her case.
This Wendy's looks newly built and has a nice sleek design to it. It's cozy and staff is nice. Good arrangement of seating and spacious.
I've eaten at Wendy's restaurants all over the country however I have to say this is the freshest meal that I've ever had no reheats just right off the grill and straight out of the deep fryer. And the staff they were very pleasant as well. This is coming from a New Yorker who's hard to please

One of the few fast food places in Nanuet. Convenient location and open till late. The line at the drive thru can be long so I would suggest parking your ride and going in which is usually faster. Efficient and quick.
Food tasted fresh, including the veggies toppings. The chili was also the perfect temperature and flavorful. Also loved the cold brew coffee! Will definitely be back for those, a large was under $2 and actually tasted great and gave me the boost I was looking for. 👌 B+

I have been coming to this Wendy's for years and they always satisfy. Very consistent food, and fast service. Even when the drive through line is around the corner, it move quickly. Hot food, consistent, and hits the spot every time. Spicy Chicken sandwich forever. Don't forget to get a Chili with cheese and spicy chicken nuggets!
The food always tastes fresh, it never tastes like it’s old, fried in old oil or given to you cold. The drive-thru lines are always long but for good reason, the food is delicious. Seldom ever gets order wrong. Customer service could use some improvement and be more friendly.
The staff is professional. They could've been a little more friendly, but it was lunch hour and they were swamped. You can tell that they were focused on getting as many people served as possible. The food quality was as good as fast food can be. All the food was hot, fresh and served quickly.
Never had a problem when placing a pickup order. The person that works to expedite the orders up front does an excellent job! The prices are still reasonable and Wendy's didn't triple their prices like all the other fast food places.
It's fast food.... Come often and they are nice to you if not you just another person passing through overly busy with tons of children... Must be close to a school or children center... Not the worst but I wouldn't drive out of my way
My only problem is the line 45 minutes waiting online for two order of 10 piece spicy chicken two double stackers and some fries and a drink. That is ridiculous they need to do something fast cuz I did notice a lot of cars are getting of line to go somewhere else... good luck with the service you guys going to need it
This Wendy’s is not bad but one of the staff members is. Her name is Jesumene. She works the drive thru often in Nanuet and is rude. She is always rude in her own little way however, on June 30th particularly ruder than usual. I normally wouldn’t post but I work in guest services so I make it a point to treat customer service workers well when I go to a business. Jesumene is rude even to customers who are nice. Get another job ma’am…nobody wants to deal with your attitude.
I'm kind of peeved that you can no longer get a small combo meal. If I wanted extra fries and a larger drink, I'd order it. I don't think Dave Thomas would think very highly of the management team for foisting higher priced products on its customers. Guess I'll be spending a lot less money in the future... I have discovered that if you order via mobile phone, you CAN get a small combo.
The drive thru line is absolutely absurd at the strangest times of the day. Sometimes it can be over 10-15 cars long but then you go inside in there are literally 2 customers. They seem short staffed but regardless they are always slow and quick to mess up your order. The location of the entrance/exit is poorly placed therefore exiting can be a traffic jam.
The food is good, but the line is routinely 20+ minutes every time. Today it took me 30 minutes to get my food even though I did a mobile order. Don't come here for drive thru unless you are fine with a crazy wait. Not worth it.
Longest line ever at a Wendys. Unfortunately they did not know how to handle a Chick Fil a sized line, waited in line for 10 min and then had to pull up because my order wasnt ready. Food was nice and hot though
I usually enjoy my weekly visits to Wendy's are the last couple of visits because of poor service..over paid for my food on one occasion and the second time my food was packed so sloppy in the bags that I had to take everything out to make sure my order was correct. Oh well let's hope another time will be better .
The cashier did not listen to what I wanted on the kids Hamburgers 😒 He was lucky the kids didn't taste the onion or the person that put the food into the bags.
i love this place because it’s open so late. they are quick and it’s tasty but, every time i go to drive thru the lady taking the order is really rude & the customer service from her is just not pleasant. she always takes my order after 10pm and never fails to be rude. please train your staff - or just the lady better customer service.
I placed an order by phone. N after I realized I did not unchecked cheese. I called in immediately, spoke to a female n she said she will get it corrected. Unfortunately, when I got home, the cheese was on. She did not do her job right n that reflects very bad when ppl like her is inefficient. Unfortunately, I did not get her name, trusting her word. Just be careful when placing orders and picking up. Not many know what customer service is.
Check your bags on pick-up and drive thru orders. If you don't you may end up with something not even close to what you ordered.
This has got to be among the busiest Wendy’s in the country — the drive-thru line is always, always super long, snakes around the parking lot up toward the road and can take forever to finally place an order, no matter what time of day, even late night. I’ve gotten here and turned around and left when seeing how long the line/wait is. This location almost always forgets some little part in the order, too — a dipping sauce or fork or straw or whatever. Going inside for your order is always faster and I appreciate that Wendy’s (generally) offers a variety of salads beyond the burgers and fries. This inside is usually well-maintained with TVs and a faux fireplace in the winter. There’s also three tables outside with umbrellas. This location is just always disproportionately swamped with drive-thru customers though. Use the Wendy’s app and order ahead of time.
I can't understand why every single time they manage to miss something in the order, today I had 2 fries missing and I got a single baconator instead of a double. I understand mistakes happen but I this is the 2nd time in 4 days!
It's a Wendy's the food's not bad but the people at this particular one in Nanuet don't seem to know or care what they're doing. I never thought it could possibly be so hard to order a double stack with just ketchup. Every time I come here I have to tell them specifically not to put cheese on it because if I just say plain just ketchup they put cheese on it. So I walk up and ask for a double stack plain no cheese just ketchup, the guy at the counter tries to give me a meal deal with a thing of french fries and a soda. I tell him no meal deal just the double stack which I shouldn't have to say. So I look at the screen and my order seems right "Double stack, no American cheese, no onions, ketchup only" The one great thing about this Wendy's is that you can see them making your food, they dont put up a cover so you can't see what they're doing. So I'm watching the woman look at the screen and start making my double stack and the first thing she slaps bacon on the meat in the ketchup and then its given to me. I just took the bacon off figuring it would be stupid to have them throw the whole thing out and make another but because the bacon was covered in ketchup it got all over my hands. It's a simple annoyance it's not that big of a deal but it's something you shouldn't have to deal with. If I say all I want is a double stack with just ketchup that's all I should have to say I shouldn't have to say no cheese no bacon no onions I shouldn't have to pull it off when the woman doesn't read the order right and puts everything on anyway. I shouldn't have to ask the man taking my order not to charge me for stuff I didn't ask for. This is stuff that shouldn't be a problem but somehow they manage to screw up something so simple every time I come here.

The chili at this location skimps on the meat, amount of burger meat is very little. When requesting a certain amount of condiments, they will not give the full amount. Went to Wendy's on Route 4 East, Paramus NJ and was shocked by how much meat they put in the chili, huge chunks, every spoonful had meat. Also they were generous with condiments. Whatever amount was requested they gave exactly. The drive thru line is faster than Nanuet as well.
The quality of the food is great but the drive thru staff who takes orders are always trying to rush the order taking instead of listening and that causes the order to often be wrong. This is why customers want fast food workers to be replaced by computers. Why are they always rushing when the cars are going to be held up by the car picking up and/or the car paying? If they did their job and listen then we wouldn't need computers to do their job for them. The drive thru lines are frequently too long causing parking spaces to be blocked. What's being held up is not the order taking. That goes by too quick. Update: Since the remodel I haven’t updated the review. The drive thru is still terribly long all of the time. You still need to set aside 15-20 minutes just to wait in line for fast food, and that’s if it’s slow. Typically around the usual rush times you could easily wait 30 minutes before your order is taken. That’s the only complaint here. The food is great for what you expect of a Wendy’s and now online ordering makes it easier to process but the drive thru has gotten worse.
This location was better a couple years ago, but for whatever reason they keep forgetting products in orders or just have food quality issues in recent orders. I get sick now thinking of a Wendy's meal. They could control the kids hanging out there trying to grab stuff, stop door dash people pawing through orders and have better quality control, but they're not whether due to new owner/manager just not caring or new policies from corporate, but when prices are higher than ever, you could try to be consistent.
Recently went to pick up food for my family. The person behind the register tried to upcharge me double for the food. I pointed that out before paying and it oddly took them a long time to fix. She pretended she had no idea what I was talking about. As soon as she fixes it, I hear her mocking me to her co-workers within an earshot. I'm not coming back nor will my family I bought the food for.
I love Wendy’s but this one sucks. Doesn’t matter what time of day my order is ALWAYS screwed up and you rarely get fresh food. They leave cheese off when I ask for it which youboau extra for... leave out an item I ordered.... or just give me something I didn’t order. Never fails at this location.
Drive Thru line takes 30+minutes. Employees are rude. Food was sitting at the window, tried talking to employee and they shut the window. Did not open for a good 5min. Finally opened as I tried to tell them they forgot part of my order and employee just glared. Go to McDonald’s across the street or anywhere else.
Fries and nuggets were cold even after I repeatedly said I wanted fresh. Had to go back to the counter just to be given nuggets that tasted like they were cooked prior then put back in the oil to reheat them. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
They suck. They’re actually terrible, the worst experiences of my life has been at this Wendy’s. Always giving me problems at the windows when I try to use coupons. Then proceeds to not show the manager when I ask for them.
Traveling with family and we were starving. Was so upset by the lack of proper customer service. She was mad and very rude because I asked for a fork, salt, pepper and extra ketchup . She didn't speak to us at all, acknowledge that we were apologizing for even asking for extra ketchup. Considering we did order 2 fries, nuggets and 4 burgers. So needless to say we needed extra ketchup Didn't hand us our soda until she noticed we weren't pulling off and we had to say excuse me we need our soda. I said thank you very much and she closes window on us, without uttering a word etc. Unfortunately I will never go again!
If I could give less than a 1 I would! Waited on the drive thru line for 1 hour. The person who took my order had no idea what she was doing. By the time I got off the line I realized they gave me plain nuggets instead of spicy. So now after getting aggravated for an hour I have to cook because no one will eat the plain nuggets. A big FU to Wendy's!

Terrible problem solving. Had an issue with app the manager made me place a whole new order and pay for it. After, I had shown her the bank statement and her employee stated the app was down.
Usually I have no complaints about wendys but last night visit was horrible I went to the nanuet one last night with my boyfriend and just wanted to grab some food before picking up my mom from work. The workers their were incredible rude. We went threw the drive threw and ordered what we wanted and when we got up to the window I showed the girl the one code that we had and the little card for the Jr frosty. She scanned the code and I told her about the little card and showed it to her. She then ignored me and started doing the grabby hands with one hand demanding me to give her the money then she pushed the receipt into my hand and didn't even give me my change back. It wasn't too big of a deal because it was only a penny but it was the fact that she was rude that made me get aggravated about it. Then after paying and getting our food we saw that she did not take off the Junior Frosty and also didn't put for no ice even the person at the other window was kind of rude and kind of described the food and shoved it at us and then almost forgot to give us our drinks. He kind of just stared at us when we were waiting for our drinks until he noticed that he didn't get to us. Usually I don't care too much when it comes to Rude customer service but at the same time I was nothing but kind to her and I wasn't rude and like I understand the struggles of working and customer service cuz I'm someone who works in customer service also just food retails like my mom's a waitress like I'm incredibly nice to people like working in that industry but just to be treated like that was as if they were treating me less than and it just aggravated me because I don't feel like anyone deserves to be treated like that.
The following review is specific to one of the store managers who has no business being in a management position. His name is Justino. My husband placed an order for pick up via Door Dash. There was already a wait but that was to be expected as this was a Tuesday evening. When I approached the order speaker I communicated I’m here to pick up a Door Dash Order and indicated his name. The girl who assisted me communicated she couldn’t find the order. She transferred me to the management Justino; I relayed the same message to him. His response was there is no order. I say well I have the receipt indicating it is paid for and at this location. He rudely responds ok. I ask what can I do he rudely says as I just told you you can come up with the receipt to see if we have the order. No problem, I wait in line do the same. When I meet Justino he states this is a Door Dash order you didn’t tell me that; I told him I relayed this message to him and the other girl. He rudely tells me there is nothing he can do as the order is not there. I show him the receipt, the store name, all the details. I’m also speaking to my husband as this is happening who said I’m happy to call to speak with him. Justino tells me there is nothing he can do and chastises me by telling me that my husband needs fo be the one to pick up the order- which makes zero sense. Im 6 months pregnant so naturally at this point Im annoyed by the lack of customer service. My husband calls and speaks to Justino who again said there is nothing he can do. I ask if there is anyone else who can help him he states no. I say ok I will wait a little longer to see if the order comes through as it is paid for; he asks me to move to the side but needless to say based on his lack of customer service I knew he would brush me off so I stated I will wait here. Naturally this creates delays and a crazy line starts to from at an already busy time. Another manager (something Justino neglected to share as he stated no one else could help) named Lucy came over and gave me my order. I thanked her and she was very apologetic. If you’re going to work in the food industry, particularly as a manger, you need to have some competence and some level of customer service skills. I can’t imagine what his employees thought when their own manager is willing to dismiss a paying customer, a PREGNANT one at that. At the very least, some kindness is to be expected. I’d like to thank Lucy for resolving what should’ve been a nonissue but please brave yourself if you need to deal with Justino. It seems this is a common occurrence based on former reviews.

I’ve ordered about 3 times from this location but twice the food hast been ready even when the order was placed online. The first time they messed up the order was completely wrong, they didn’t give us the right sandwiches. Now the second time they told us to go back in line because my online order wasn’t ready, again! We got so much attitude from some of the workers and they just took absolutely the longest time to give us the food. The app is useless when the workers can’t handle that many people on line, absolutely ridiculous. I’m not one to post reviews but this to me was just very annoying. Had to wait over 2 hours to get the order. Not going to this location again.
We always miss something in our order. The workers here are very rude specially the drive thru order taker. This lady name is Jesumene she doesnt have customer service at all. The new manager in training always give us a rude attitude when you ask for condiments or for something you may need. They miss items in my order all the time. They should not considered this guy as a manager. Unbelievable how this location always has a long line, your estimate time to get you order is minimum 30 to 45 minutes all for you to get home with some items missing from your order. They need to be more focused on what they are doing. Employees don’t speak no English and has attitudes. I order a southwest salad and they gave me a southwest salad with “ranch dressing” when I went back to the counter to tell them about the dressing the employer said we don’t have the southwest dressing we only have ranch.. how do you have a southwest avocado salad and you don’t have southwest dressing really!! On top of that doesn’t even apologize. I feel they should have ask first “hey we have the southwest salad but we don’t have the dressing do we still want it” smh
Miriam is the absolute worst manager at this establishment. While she is working I have never EVER left with my correct order. On top of that there is a constant attitude and ignorance from her, and the rest of the staff seems more miserable then usual when she is working. Justino deserves a raise x10.
I hardly write reviews of most things... Epically fast food joints. This place was TERRIBLE. Long wait times, food was stale yet soggy? No condiments, no greetings, food tossed at me and doors closed before I could even check my stuff. Waited a bit for drive through too.. I waited longer then one should but that was on me as I needed a quick dinner fix at 10pm. Never again. Do not go here. 0/10
First time ordering breakfast from this location, terrible experienced. I ordered the sausage and egg combo breakfast with coffee. The sausage was pale and uncooked the egg taste like cardboard and the whole sandwich was just terrible. The only good thing was the coffee but the server just threw in the cream and sugar I asked for separately into the bag very unsanitary and careless. Won’t come here again for breakfast.
HORRIFIC absolutely horrific manager/managing. I ordered through the mobile app to be ASAP, I waited in the restaurant for my food and saw my name appear on the screen as it eventually said my food was ready. (Took 20 minutes) When I went to the pickup nothing was there. After waiting another 10 minutes I get on line to ask one of the 3 cashiers, it takes me another 10 minutes to be able to get to them due to it being so busy. When I ask them where my food is I am told to speak to a manager, the manager comes and gives me the biggest attitude in the world. I had to wait 15 more minutes on top of this after the manager simply said, “I see no order.” After I could flag her down again she refuses to admit that they messed my order up or someone took my bag until I show her my receipt from the mobile app. The total was only 5$ too. Only then with even more of an attitude she decided to make my food. I am Incredibly disappointed with this Wendy’s and highly recommend visiting any other fast food chain. Terrible, just terrible
Tried charging me a dollar for a sauce packet will never be back
My husband went there today January 18,2025. We always get meal combo or &5 biggie bag. We always change the beverage to a bottle of water and the cashier told him we can’t do that. He said food was cold I want some kinda answer Never had an issue before.
I’ve been coming here for years, even though the chick-fil-a opened next door, however, lately I feel so uncomfortable as the older lady in the window is not just rude she also wears a keffiyeh to work..not cool, she’s Jamaican or something so that’s not just a staunch political statement it’s also cultural appropriation. Nobody should accost their customers with their political ideologies, especially when it’s an ideology that doesn’t accept certain cultures or countries. You’re there to make ppl comfortable, not uncomfortable.
I Asked to have the Chicken heated up a little extra So their Poor management from the short Spanish lady said it comes hot then rolled her eyes at me using her lips to show me how dare I ask them to heat it up extra. I asked for money money back, if thats what goes into making my food. Refund where every I go and I ask like burger king they never gave me an attitude and it was always extra hot. Lucy another Manager came out,she was welcoming and wanted to rectify the situation I would of but by them I had to just go somewhere else! Sorry I could not give any Stars!
ordered a double bacon stack i instead got a single with just cheese and ketchup. and when i tried asking for sweet and sour, they said they didnt have, when i asked for bbq they gave a idc attitude when handing it to me
They are the worst Wendy’s in Rockland always understaffed always forgetting my food the manager is extremely rude today instead of her having customer service she was rude and arrogant and I no longer wanted the food and asked for a refund you sit on like for 30 mins for them to treat u poorly forget your food and then give u one sauce I’ll never be back here again
I just order a double Dave cheese burger and a 4 pc nuggets through uber eats ,I got everything except the chicken nuggets but still got charge for it great
I ordered through the app a big bacon classic triple w cheese, no lettuce, pickle, tomato, and Dave's double classic combo w no cheese, lettuce, pickle, tomato....picked up, got home...both burgers only had meat w ketchup between two buns!! There is no excuse for this! If I lived closer, I would have taken it back!! Wish I could give the service a ZERO!!! Will never order via the app again!!! Ridiculous!!
placed my order through the app expecting a quicker pickup, like the sign clearly says “Mobile Order Pickup.” I went straight to the window, assuming I could just grab my food like DoorDash or Uber Eats drivers do. Instead, the worker told me that only delivery drivers can use that , even though the sign says otherwise. When I asked why, he shrugged and said he didn’t know either. So what’s the point of advertising mobile order pickup if customers are still forced to wait in the full drive-thru line? Super frustrating and a waste of time. And the worker was the lost sasiest man I’ve ever met. Put on your big boy pants and do your job that you signed up for ?! Fix it or take the sign down.
Awful customer service and poor quality food. The lady at the drive through was very rude and argued with me about my order. I asked to speak with the manager and a male Identified himself as Justino and claimed he would have a conversation with the drive through associate. Please don't waist your time or money at such a disgusting place.
The cashier tried to hand me two cups after rubbing under his nose profusely while taking my order. I refused to take them and ask somebody else to give me two cups. I should have just turned around and went home because when I took a bite of the salad there was a long hair in it. Truly disgusting will never come back here again. Awful experience
