Yard House - West Nyack

The vibe here seems like it is more suitable for adults socializing and drinking. We needed to find a good restaurant on our way up to Quebec. Found this and wanted to try. The kids were okay. They enjoyed the food. Service was nice as well. Salmon was delicious.

I watched the broncos beat the giants in ceZzy fashion and everyone was pissed while I ate my fried calamari in peace drinking and enjoying the ambiance while I watch my bankroll increase immediately

Amazing food and amazing service. I got myself the whisky glaze and pepper boneless wings as an appetizer. Super good. Amazing flavor from the sauce and the chicken was definitely high quality. Juicy and very tender with a phenomenal crisp on the outside. I then got myself the Whisky and white aged cheddar cheese burger with house fries. It was super delicious and juicy. Good quality meat and everything was jam packed with delicious flavor. Highly recommend. Service was amazing and as was everything else. I’ll definitely be coming back. Also my waiter gave me a sample of a beer he recommended and I loved it. Ordered a pint of it afterwards.

This Korean Ribeye at yard house is one of the best steaks I have had. It melts in your melt and has a taste of Hawaiian flare in the sauce but it’s huge and I hardly ever eat it all. You have to try it!

We went here for graduation dinner for my daughter. First the service was excellent, waitress was so friendly. The Big Pretzel was so soft and delicious. The burger was juicy ,the turkey sandwich was huge and delicious too and the penne vodka chicken pasta was amazing. Definitely we will be back! We love it!

What a great place! So many different beers on draft, your choices are almost endless! 3 types of ciders which is my favorite! Our server was very attentive. The manager even came by to see if everything was ok. The food was really good! We got the jambalaya and the shrimp tacos. Amazing! We also had some half priced apps during the late afternoon early evening. That helped our bill be so low compared to other places. We went to the comedy club afterwards, great affordable couples night out.

We we greeted and seated right away, and the host was very friendly, asking us how we were and how our day was going. Once seated, our server Carmen came over to welcome us and give us menus. I love the variety of beers, I can try something new each time I come. The chicken nachos appetizer is huge! We took over half of it home. The food was great, as always, but the best part of this visit was Carmen! Super friendly and extremely attentive. We never had to ask for anything, she always either already had it or stopped by to check on us before we needed to flag her down. She is one of the best servers we've ever had, at any restaurant. We'll be back!

Loved the vegan options and our waitress Carmen was FANTASTIC! between the drinks, the food, and the overall vibe- I couldn't ask for more! Makes you feel like you aren't in the mall when you're there, which is a nice little respite from all the crowds.

Honestly this has been the best yard house I have been to, atmosphere was beautiful, seating was super comfy like you could take a nap right after eating 😂 overall experience was great waiter did an excellent job the food was great and rightly proportioned would definitely recommend checking it out.. if it’s your first time it’s at the 4th floor in the mall you won’t miss it.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon around noon, we were seated right away (plenty of tables available). Service was great and so was the food!! I had the poke nachos and the crispy Brussels sprouts (2 appetizers instead of a main), both of which were delicious, and my kid had the chicken tenders kids meal. Loved that our table had a tablet where my kid could play games and we could pay there as well. All in all a great lunch and would definitely visit again!

Awesome selection of beers, both specialty and tons of normal offerings as well. Food options here are equally great - portions may look small but the food is very dense and filling! I definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a great casual dining experience!

Food is great. That's saying something lately with prices going up and quality going down all over the place. I'd say it's worth the price. Fun atmosphere for families and bar go'ers.

We had Tania as our server and she was a DOLL. Made us feel right at home, was quick in service and wit. Food was amazing as always but Tania is what made our experience memorable.

Great spot for lunch (and probably happy hour and dinner too!) - very impressed by the food! I had blackened salmon over kale and quinoa - 600ish calories and very healthy! Of course there were also SO MANY other delicious choices - burgers, sandwiches, entrees and apps - that looked great. Huge beer selection. Reasonably priced. Great service!

We had an amazing experience at Yard House this past weekend. Andre was our server. He made us feel like we were old friends just catching up, not customers being served. His energy, friendliness, and attentiveness were top-tier. The drinks were great, the food was really good, and Andre’s service took everything to the next level. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have him again.

The half yard beer is plenty to drink, good value. The food is good quality, fresh ingredients, very tasty. The prices are moderate. The staff is very friendly and attemptive. I have visited the Yard House several times and my experience has been very good every time.

I was there today at 1:30. Wish I got our severs name but her and another gentleman were so nice. We got the nachos which was excellent. The best I've tasted. I also had the classic burger which was really good. I wish I lived closer I would definitely go again!

Had to wait 10 minutes to seat because they were changing servers. Once seated server came quickly & was attentive. Food was good. My daughter loved the margarita pizza. Only downside was the music was blasting, so it was hard to talk.

I visit this location when I’m at the palisades mall. It can get a little loud on turn days and you may need to wait for a table but it’s worth the wait. My drinks are always good. If you love bourbon you’ll love the Old 43🥰. My server recommended it and it was delicious. We had the spinach dip with chip and the Korean chill wings. Both were delicious. For dinner I had the pineapple glazed chicken. It was good. I didn’t eat the pineapples the chunks were too big for my taste. This is a good spot to eat at the prices are reasonable and it’s convenient when shopping the mall, or going to the movies which is located in the mall as well. If your going to the comedy show it’s on the same for as well. Parking is available with a direct door to enter, we just have t figured it out. We normally just park in the mall parking and take the elevator up

This is my first time at this location. They had 120 different type of beers for you to select. They also have cocktail and wine. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice. They have television all over the location, some with music video, other with sports channels. It was a nice lunch after shopping at the mall.

The setting is very dark and dreary. It was midday and the place was like walking into a cave. Multiple big TV screens, music blaring from multiple angles. It’s easy to become over stimulated here. There was no one at the door to greet or direct us to our table. The chairs are low, I’m 5’9 and was uncomfortable. Our server was kind and attentive. Food and drinks were mid. The total visit was “ok”. Parking was a chore as well.

Loved my dinner at Yard House. They have really great salads and ribs... and of course a huge selection of beers. However, I did NOT like the chicken BBQ salad pictured. It's an upscale sports restaurant. I, for one, cannot stand the loud music at certain times.

Fantastic place to stop in for lunch or dinner. Even a quick bite to eat and watch sports. Large selection of drinks and plenty of seating around the bar and throughout. You can enter from inside the mall or directly from the parking lot. I got a small Ceasars salad with chicken and a 9oz glass of California white wine. It met all my expectations of what I expected from my dining experience. Very good 👍 The waiters around the bar were very attentive and hospitable. I appreciate great service as well. Prices are equal in weight. Highly recommend a visit.

My rating is a 3.9. Wanted some appetizers and drinks after some shopping. This spot was nice. Definitely looked new because the booth seats were not worn out. (I know, I notice these things). I wasn't too hungry at first, so ordered truffle fries (not pictured) and a watermelon Margarita. The fries weren't hot. Definitely didn't come out of anybody's hot grease. They were meh..could have been just that order. The watermelon Margarita was good. A nice balanced drink. I later order 2 korean beef tacos, which was much better. The flour tacos tasted homemade with a nice floury texture and the beef was juicy. Tasted almost like a teriyaki sauce. It was mostly beef, a little slaw inside each taco. It was hot, so I was happy. Our waiter was cool and we were seated immediately.

Great chill restaurant with great service. For appetizer we got the nachos (w/o chicken). The plate was HUGE!! (Am I in Texas?..lol) No really though... the nachos can feed 3 ppl as a meal. For drinks we got the Moscow Mule (excellent) & Mango Mojito (a little too sweet for me, but it was good). The entree was the vegan burger with truffle fries. I was only able to take a few bites out of it due to the big portion of nachos. Nevertheless the burger was fresh and had good flavor. Tasted like tofu mixed with quinoa. The truffle fries were awesome. They had fresh parsley, garlic & Parmesan. Our server Cory was very helpful (he did warn us about the BIG nachos) & attentive. I would definitely come back here again for the good food & great service.

Huuuuuuge Yard House fan - food, atmosphere, beers; awesome. The servers? Pretty hit&miss. Depends on if you like ordering your own stuff or if you need someone to come to your table and order for you. That's why service gets 3* and this place gets an overall 4*. Sometimes you get someone that just comes and refills your water and gets you napkins (which is perfect because food comes directly from the kitchen now) or you get someone who treats you like a child and kills your whole vibe. Best deal at this place: go on a Tuesday between 4:30 and 6, get 50% apps and happy hour. Then walk 50 feet across the mall and go see a $7 movie at AMC with your cheesecake creme brulee you brought with you (which you better clean up and throw out after yourself) then head home nice and sobered up:)

Great service and food were on point!! They maintained social distancing. The restrooms were also cleaned. They even had hand sanitizers in the restroom and gloves!!!! I was surprised!!! Also, they had a kickstand so you could avoid touching the door with your hands. I was pleased with my meal including my cocktail!!! Appetizer: Whiskey wings omg it was delicious. I highly recommend it!! Entreé: Orange chicken with truffle fries! It was also good not too spicy. I highly recommend the wings and orange chicken.

I usually visit this restaurant when in town, always quick to be seated and the host are always a friendly smiling face as always. Service once at our table went to a halt, hard to find gluten-free options. Not easily accessible and a lot of maybe which is super tough for those that have limited choices. It was slightly frustrating, it was also not very busy but service was very slow. We were there for over 2hours between getting our orders in, being served then getting boxes to leave to enjoy the rest of our day. I will say consistently the food will never let you down but the service may be hit or miss. Host are exceptional they definitely were my favorite coming in and very kind.

Meet up with friends. Waitress was very attentive and quality of food was good. I really liked the kale Caesar salad with shrimp. Loved the raisins and pistachios. A great combo.

It’s been many years since I’ve been to yard house and I was not completely disappointed. Service was spotty and alll the servers looked pissed off, but besides that the crispy Brussel sprouts are amazing & the spicy beef noodles were also good. My server recommended a guava beer that I loved as well. Overall I would come back again!

This place has great vibe and some of the food is good but the service here is not great and se dishes are just not great. We waited around 25 minutes for the drinks, and something like 45 minutes for the dishes. Even when we finally got the dishes we didn't get any silverware and had to wait even more.. same situation with the desert.

We stopped by Yard House on a Sunday during lunch hour (moon), just before the crowd rush. For seats right away in our preferred area. They have a good collection of items, we decided to go with cheesesteak and tacos. The Philly cheesesteak was really delicious, very wellade with some good fries on the side. But I couldn't believe the same kitchenade such untasteful disappointing tacos. It was cold, none of the ingredients came together, no sauce of any kind on the side. I had to use ketchup to over power the distaste of the tacos. Over server and receptionist were really kind and thoughtful. But the food did let the experience down.

I am undecided as to a 2.5 or a 3.o. honestly, it was nothing fantastic, more convenient if anything. Asked for recommendations and best sellers before ordering, to surprisingly not have any steak aside from the steak bowl, be mentioned. Of the items referred, I opted for the BBQ bacon cheddar burger. Not bad at all. Smoky hints coming through the BBQ sauce. Most everything fish, chicken and steak, is covered with something slabbed or coated on it for flavor. Chocolate martini was very nice. If this place was not part of the mall, I probably wouldn't go back. Remember...you might get my good money once, but not twice.

Theo was the best attentive staff member with a lot of patience and a lot of knowledge on the beer selections and types and went right before closing and was still fully served and was not rushed at all all the way through closing

Good choices of food. Server started off well and went downhill rapidly; when asked for more water, he looked at the glass as if to say that there is a bit more water left, and then he never brought any water. After the dishes were cleared, my friend ordered cheesecake brulee which he enjoyed; I ordered another app of calamari, but I did not have any silverware (and no water) and no server. A nice manager took charge and handled. The hamburger sliders were excellent , and the pork chop was presented well and tasted excellent, however my friend's soup came out the same time as his pork chop - so he had nada while I was eating an app. Room for improvement. We had lots to eat , still left over 20% tip , and spent almost $125 total for the two of us.

The sweet and spicy shrimp pasta today Wednesday was not it. It was dry. Definitely a different cook. I had this before on a Thursday in the restaurant and it was amazing. Another thing this dish is way too expensive for half a cup of pasta. I would appreciate more pasta. It's such a good dish when done correctly. I drove from PA all the way over here on my birthday for this....very disappointed. And no I didn't eat a lot what you see in the picture was literally one little bite out of it. That's just how little noodles they serve with it.

I was once excited about this restaurant. The first few times we had take-out, the food was decent. They display the calories in their menu, next to each menu item. I was enthusiastic about that menu feature as well. This last order that I've provided photos of was pretty disappointing. The food was premade and microwaved to order. The avocado that was served with the Baja fish taco and blackened shrimp taco was somehow black, as shown in the photos. That made the tacos inedible. The salmon was still cold even after being microwaved. huge disaster.

There was grease on the seat which they cleaned quickly after I mentioned it. My friends cloth napkin was dirty. Took a while to get her a fresh set up. The table was sticky, even the paper napkins stuck to it. Ladies room was dirty & out of supplies. Fortunately I carry tissues. Food was mediocre. Ambiance too loud with the football games and music competing to be heard. Fortunately it wasn't crowded, but the previous issues may have had something to do with that.
