Mmmm...very good food and drinks. The staff work hard so don't feel like they're being mean they just have a lot of orders to take. Its a very popular spot that locals go to. I recommend the turkey pesto sandwich for lunch and the cranberry orange bagel. The only time when Im not satisfied is when they're closed! Lol.

Ordered on Uber eats and their breakfast bagels were fantastic. Unlimited options even on Uber Eats to customize.

On Sunday morning 11/27 I ordered the delux oatmeal looking for the nuts that I needed for protein prior to eating the fiber carb of the oatmeal. When presented with my meal, the nuts were missing. I went to the register to request the nuts and they said they had none and yet they had charged me the higher price for delux when in fact it was regular oatmeal at a lower price. Your crew was so on top of their customer service and prepared one scrambled egg for me to fulfill my need to eat a protein before consuming a fibrous carb. My experience was so well handled I felt genuinely cared about as a customer. Good job!

I stumbled acrossed this place while driving around in Napa. I was immediately greeted which made me feel quite comfortable. They have so many options I asked for a suggestion. My breakfast sandwich was so big I could barely bite it. Everything was fresh and very tasty. Breakfast sandwich cost about $12.00, but completely worth it to get real food and large portion. Next time I'm in Napa I will definitely return.

You staff members were amazing and owner Nicole was quite lovely. Nicole went around and talked with our team members and graciously help keep the flow moving for such a large group all at once 61 in total. Highly recommend. We hope to do this again next year. And since I am a local I of course am lucky to have the ability to come by as often as I want. Yay. Thanks Nicole 😊

I was in town for the BottleRock music festival, and we are having a brunch so I went here to get the bagels. They were incredible! Super fluffy and not thin and the texture and flavor was amazing! Everybody raved about them!

We noticed during our recent trip there’s been some streamlining on the inside removing of the odds and ends but still has a nice ‘feel’; never rushed and always welcoming. On our recent trip they were kind and went out of their way to make sure someone in our group had their dietary needs accommodated.

Golden Bagel is a great spot for breakfast. The bagels are fresh, the breakfast sandwiches are excellent, and the bagel selection is huge. Everything tastes homemade and you can tell they care about quality. Fast service, great food, and a solid go to place when you want a good bagel in the morning. Highly recommend.

4.5 good bagel, nicely cooked eggs with cheese

First time here. Just a couple things. We loved our sandwiches. Their prices are slightly lower than many other similar restaurants in Napa. But here’s the one thing I’ve noticed, last week at another place in Napa & here, no one ever came out to wipe down tables or sweep floors. It was not busy at all & we all judge a restaurant in how clean they are. And although the music was Latin pop & catchy, it didn’t seem to correlate to a bagel shop atmosphere. Maybe have a wider genre, something for everyone. I think Walmart did a good job at a diverse playlist. Anyway, the sandwiches are good & I heard the smoothies are excellent. We’ll probably just order take out next time.

Tell you what, the food is damn good and super affordable. The service is pretty mediocre, but i really do believe they do the best they can do. This place is a mom and pop shop with a lot of younger high school or just out of school kids working the front. It can be a bit frustrating, but the food is usually really great and worth the hassle.

I’ve had good experiences here in the past. Today I walked in at 1:30 and couldn’t seem to get the attention of any servers, though I appeared to be the only customer. The music was blasting, and everyone seemed to be in cleanup mode, so be warned: maybe they effectively close earlier than 2. I walked out without purchasing anything. I’m basing my food rating on past visits.

The bagels are tough, and when you order the bagel sandwiches the ingredients are barely there so you taste more dough than you do the egg/cheese/bacon/etc. The only good items here are the drinks for me personally, been disappointed too many times by their food items. I usually get a breakfast burrito but even that doesn't hit the spot usually. I tried my best to give this place a shot but I can't waste any more of my money on the bagels/food here. The shakes/coffee drinks are delicious though!

People are nice and they got some good breakfasts but the bagels are like eating cardboard with plaster on top. If you’re from California you’ll probably like them as do most of my friends but if you’re from New York City you might be offended that they put the name “bagel” in the title of the restaurant. They have good macadamia nut coffee though.

Why did it take half an hour to make a scramble bagel I swear to God. It was delicious but the place was nearly empty and it was just a bagel with some little potatoes almost 45 minutes

This used to be my favorite place for a quick breakfast and I hadn’t been in a while but it’s gone downhill. My breakfast sandwich was dry. And the tables had crumbs on them. The employees are nice.

my order today consisted of an incredibly small bagel with barely any cream cheese and an inedible, dense, flavorless muffin with the wrapper completely glued onto the outer sides. so disappointing :( golden bagel has been my go to spot for breakfast but lately it has been subpar.

I asked for a croissant breakfast sandwich with only egg, crispy bacon, mustard, onion, and lettuce and when I received my sandwich, I got that as well as cheese and tomato which I did not ask for, this is the second time they’ve messed up my order, I will never return because it seems like they don’t pay attention, talking an laughing too much, I don’t know what it is and I know they have majority young girls working there. They look like they’re still in high school. This is ridiculous and I come all the way from Vallejo after work tired hoping to get my food correct the first time so I can go home and enjoy it, the bread is cut so thin by the time you take a first bite it’s gone. My sandwich was messy. I couldn’t enjoy it like I wanted to, I was putting hot sauce on the inside of the sandwich and I wanted to turn around so bad an be upset and make them redo it but I said forget it . This is just ridiculous. I’m over this place.

Second time I go since they changed ownership and they get my order wrong. The young girls working there don’t seem to care much. Trying to order why they’re having their side conversation. Worst coffee drink I’ve ever had. Not sure who taught them to be baristas. Also, if you want to meet someone there for coffee and have a conversation, go elsewhere. They have the music so loud you won’t be able to hear the order person. I hardly write reviews, but this is the second time I go and both times have been bad experiences.

Rude Staff!!! Went there a few days ago for brunch and the lady who took our order did not want to be there. Her attitude was disgusting. When our food was ready I got up to get our food and she said she’d bring it to us then she proceeded to throw it on the table. EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL!!! This place has gone down hill. The bagels are mediocre. Not worth your time and you’re better off making your own or buying at the store. Will not be going again…super disappointing.

Place is run by sloppy teenagers who don’t take the time, or far too much time-to make a lousy sandwich. Clearly jarred pesto, no spread. Thrown together sloppy and sideways in the container. Avoid and spend money elsewhere.
