I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Jersey Mike's today, and I have to shout out the incredible team for their top-notch customer service! Instead of rushing me out the door, they greeted me with genuine smiles and took the time to chat about my order, recommend their specials, and even share a quick story about why they love making subs here. That kind of warmth and attentiveness? It's the gold standard of customer service—friendly, efficient, and totally unhurried, even when the clock's ticking. And let's talk about that sandwich: I went with the #13 Original Italian, piled high with premium meats, provolone, and all the fixings on that fresh-baked bread. It was a flavor explosion—crisp veggies, tangy oil and vinegar, and just the right kick of spice. Hands down one of the best subs I've had in ages; it hit the spot perfectly and left me craving my next visit already. The sandwiches are excellent, and the cookies are also highly commendable.
Staff here are pretty good, albeit more straightforward than most other places. The food comes out great every time I order something and when I order a cheesesteak it comes out pretty fast! Love ordering here.

The guys here were friendly and helpful, and per the picture, it looks like they have a fun tume at work. The parking is a bit awkward, specifically for Jersey Mike's, since there's a lot of other businesses here, but you can find parking easy enough.

Went this past Friday late afternoon; they were busy with online orders. I wasn’t in a rush so I patiently waited until someone was ready to help me. I asked for the bogo half off promo, the lady taking my order was a bit snappy and said it started after 5pm (my fault for missing it when I read the sign). As I was asking questions, I felt like she was getting impatient with me. The guy who finished making my sandwich was generous and attentive. As I waited for someone to ring me up, the vibe felt off, like the employees weren’t happy. They were probably slammed and understaffed. I’ve been to other Jersey mikes locations and order the same thing every time. It didn’t hit the same. I’ll try a different location next time.

Couple things: Greet customers as they walk in. Tables need to be wiped down and floors swept more often. Especially when there's 3 people behind the counter just talking. I had to take a sanitizer wipe out of my purse to wipe my own table?!

I was very tempted to respond to her and let her know it isn’t professional to treat her employees in that manner, especially infront of the customer. Employees! Report her to your regional and set boundaries, you’re worth respect and dignity.
Placed an Uber Eats order last night sandwiches were falling apart my sandwich was on the wrong bread ordered wheat not white, with excessive amounts of mustard and mayo, ordered banana peppers and received 2 on the entire sandwich my bag of chips were not placed in the bag either

We went with an elderly person with mobility issues, so we wanted to secure a disability table and let her sit down before deciding on a menu, but a young male staff member yelled at us, "Aren't you guys going to decide on a menu yet!!!?", which I thought was very rude of them to treat customers like that. It was a disabled table, so I thought it was rude of them to act in an intimidating manner and try to rush us. Because they were rushing us, it took a long time even though we had ordered, and we had to wait. It was unprofessional.

The old lady working here is so rude. She got my order wrong, which is okay, it happens. I had to drive all the way back and explained the issue and she got really defensive and told me to fix the issue myself. Kinda sad because the service here used to be really good
Very disappointing experience witnessing management belittle their employees. No idea what that woman’s name is, but nobody deserves to be belittled.
Bad customer service! The two girls there today need to get customer service training. They got my order wrong. I asked if I could get my Turkey heated on the stove top while my husband did not, but they went and heated up both. They should help one customer at a time not jumping over and ignoring people that were there first. I know they have better customer service because after they were done with me another male client came and they were all friendly and all smiles with him WOW! Also when I changed my sandwich size from a mini to a regular, the one taken my order kinda rolled her eyes. When I asked her if she could heat my Turkey on the stove top she once again rolled her eyes. When it came to paying the cashier gave me the total and walked away before I even got a chance to ask for military discount. Second time at this location and I still feel like this is the worst Jersey Mike's I have been to.
I dont know why I keep giving this location a chance. Every time I go, something is wrong. Today I ordered a cali club sub via the app. They gave me wrong bread and no BACON! I called multiple times, no answer. Im done
I ordered through the app around 5:42pm for an online pick up. I requested to pick my food up at 6:30pm since that would be when I am in the area. Upon reviewing my order I accidentally added pepperoni when I meant to put banana peppers, that is a mistake on my end, I went to call the store before I arrived around 6:10pm and asked if they had made the food-they said it has been ready for 10 mins..I wasn’t supposed to pick it up until 6:30 and my food was ready 30 mins ahead of time, this was already a red flag. Either way I had asked if they can add the banana peppers to my order and they said ok. Upon picking it up I drove straight home and opened my sandwich and saw there was no banana peppers on my sandwich when I called and asked if they can add it, they said they would-I didn’t worry too much since I didn’t pay for it but I did ask and they said they would add it, disappointment #1. Disappointment #2, my sandwich was not made “mikes way” when it should’ve and was missing mayo and bacon. And I know so cause my order receipt included that and my sandwich did not have it. The workers must’ve forgot I guess. My order was incomplete and not up to par. I usually go to jersey mikes a lot and I like this location cause it’s so close to me but i definitely would like to be compensated for something cause my food was not up to par and on top of that upset my stomach-I say due to the fact that my food had been ready 30 mins before I was supposed to arrive so that lost its freshness. Not sure if I’d recommend this location or go back due to my food missing items.
The employee Carla or Carmen at this jersey mikes is unprofessional and rude, she is a short, heavy set older women with dark hair. Went to my usually Jersey mikes to get lunch only to have this employee not greet me with a smile and over hear her speaking to her coworkers rudely. She needs to fix her face & attitude, I’m usually helped by a taller boy, very friendly and always makes amazing sandwiches! Please rid of the issue of this Jersey mikes and replace her !!!

That’s just unfair. I like my cap meat. But, they were not willing to help and that just seems so petty. The one on college Avenue has my back! They always make my sub just like I like it.
Employees are rude as hell. when I ASKED to place my order I was scoffed at and was met with a snotty behavior. I came at 7pm on a Sunday. Horrible customer service. As a manager in customer service this was not a good experience at all.Pick a different location or do DoorDash so you don’t have to deal with these miserable people that hate their lives.

Worst attitude ever! When I call and place an order they are so rude! She answered “what do you want to order!?” Not “hi this is Jersey mikes how can I help you?” Her tone was so rude! I understand it’s stressful but don’t take it out on me with your B attitude! This is the worst jersey mikes I been to! National city, Otay ranch is so much better! Welcoming and nice! This place needs a BIG change!

DIRTY! Someone in charge needs to do their job. It's food you are selling. I was ordering a sub when I started to look around and it was a mess. It looked like they had had a food fight. You'd think, well with crowds coming in who has time to clean., but you still have to try especially because it's food you sell. Up to a point you can understand if there was a crowd. Sad to say there was no crowd. My husband and I were the only ones there for a good 20 minutes and probably about 6 people walked in. I started to look around and it was not only the work area. Most tables had crumbs. We couldn't find a clean table. I got a napkin and cleaned crumbs that were on it. Waiting for our food to be prepared noticed no one bothered to wipe anything. 3 people working. 1 preparing our sub another with his hands crossed and the other on her phone. It was so bad that there was even lettuce in cashier area and on customer's side. How is that possible if your sub is supposed to be wrapped by the time it gets to the cashier... The clear plastic that lets you see the prep area was so dirty that you could tell it hadn't been wiped down for a while. I had gone to this place before and it wasn't so bad. Unfortunately, I was not the only one who saw it. On our way out a lady was standing there and told her husband that they had to leave because it looked unsanitary. It really did. It was really gross.
I was very disappointed tonight at the service I received at Jersey Mike's this evening. I was the only person in line and waited almost 10 min to be asked what I wanted to order. Then when I finally ordered my 2 sandwiches it took another 10 minutes to just prepare the bread/meat/cheese. Meanwhile 3 other people in line and a domino's employee comes in and the guy who is in charge of the grill (who is not busy) as well as the girl counting coins get all chummy with him and they ask him what sandwich he wants. The guy gets his sandwich and chips and heads out. I am still standing in line waiting... I understand online orders are keeping your staff busy but a nice greeting would be appreciated, let your customer know he matters. I don't mind waiting but acknowledge us. They also ran out of white and wheat bread at 7pm. Hmmmm ... you had a few disappointed customers after me. I understand these are young people who are working but a class in customer service is definitely needed in your store. Some common courtesies could go a long way in your store. A side note, some of the music being played in your store was a bit unapropriate.
