Actually just got off work….took a coworker home and while heading home thought I’d stop by KFC and purchase some wings. (Okay let’s keep it real I’ve been craving some wings since yesterday 😂) My view of the establishment was that it was very clean and the staff very welcoming.

Ordered by thru and cashier was very attentive and courteous. The order was correct and fast. Asked for extra items and she gave it to without any hesitation. Will be back here soon. I jumped too quickly on giving this review. On this day we were going to the beach, so we ate our food a couple of hours later. Anyways when we opened up our boxes, I got the wrong side dish, and my chicken was pink, it was not fully cooked. And the biscuit in both boxes were not fully cooked. My little nephew even got sick from the stomach from the stomach and that was the last meal he had ate that day. I definitely will NOT be going back to this KFC!

I like the service and the restaurant was clean and the cashier was friendly and helpful and answered all my questions about the boneless wings favors and helped me pick a winner mango habanero and garlic honey . They were so good. I am coming back again.

Things were slow today! But the clerk made up for it with extra pieces of chicken and cookies for the bambinos. When they compensate customers for the inconvenience how can You be upset? Things happen, and what counts is what you do to make the customer experience a pleasant one!

Savory Chicken fingers licking good. Great chicken. Just be carefule when exiting, make sure you don't turn left onto Highland Ave because there is an island there and if it's dark it's really hard to see and there is no warning sign.

Fast and efficient service. However, employees starting with manager on duty didn't hesitate to make fun of a facial deformity that I have. Staff tried to conceal the "comedy" but it was obvious the headset conversations, the quick stares and quick head turns away in attempt to conceal laughter, back kitchen employees peaking behind shelves, and machines to get a look at what the others were laughing at. Food was consistent to expectations from past visits, service was good, simple humanity and decency, empathy, and compassion I rate a flat "0"

Kfc fries are not good at all. Why though? Customer service is great. I wish all the KFC chains would have the same taste . The quality is below par...not sure why because it should be the same recipe. The staff are exceptional. I saw the manager looking for someone to give them their order when the person stepped outside.

My experience here at this KFC was quite pleasant, the food was good, the place was clean, the service was very decent. I recommend it, especially now since they have the two items for $6 deal. Only thing, it was a bit chilly in there, when I asked the young lady at the front if she could lower the thermostat, she said they had no control over the temperature. The table was as cold as ice. Well if you don't mind the cold, and you are in the mood for some classic Kentucky fried Chicken, head on down there, you will definitely be satisfied. :)

Was hungry for fried chicken, so I tried KFC. I had 3 piece meal dark meat with green beans and mashed potatoes. The green beans are frin a can, the mashed potatoes are instant. They aren't great. 2 pieces of the chicken must have been old since they were dry and tasteless. The last piece was quite good.

A basic average KFC. Chicken is decent. Facility seems clean. Better than other KFC locations.

Ordered the buffalo wings. 6 piece. Worst wings ever eaten. Salty, mushy and completely inedible. Waste of money. The wing's they used to serve, were much better! Ugh!

i got the nashville hot tenders and expected it to be fully coated. it wasnt. 1 tender was more coated than the other 2 and there was no oil/sauce at all left. i also ordered mac and cheese and the container was barely full. very disappointed by this location, my cravings aren't even near satisfied..

It's an ok location. I come here more often as it is the closest to me. Always double check your order if going through drive-thru. Sometimes food orders are wrong, no straws, or no sauces are given even when asked for. They appear to always be short-staffed so they seem to be under a lot of pressure. Just double check your order yourself. It can be a bit frustrating, but the cashier's are always so friendly that I am able to come back again and again.

Haven't eaten here in years but we got $10 deal, a bucket with 2 sides and fries. The fries and chicken were sooo salty as if you licking a salt block. Wouldn't eat here again.

The employee who take make so rude I wanted to snatch her over the counter!! I was the only one waiting to order and they just looked at me like you invisible. Then I asked her a ? She is going tell me to read the board, it tells you everything you need to know. Then walked and way, left me standing there. It took me about to minutes to order. Why does all KFCs honor the prices that are advertised. I asked her and her reply we don't have too !! It only took minute to get my food. The chicken pot pie gross it tasted old the crust was hard and it was dry as hell.

Food is always good here, I never have any issues with the food, I WOULD give this place 5 stars if it wasn't for the customer service! In particular 'Noriko' I believe it says on the receipt, She is always really unprofessional and rude, she always has a disrespectful attitude(eye rolling,rushes our order,very smart mouth,dirty looks) I believe this is the last time I will be coming here, it's always the same thing, The manager needs to pay more attention to the customers.....

They receive the order via phone (again, this is according to the associate). I was told this when I checked my order before leaving the store to ensure that unlike the last time, that my sauces would be correct. They were not! Even after telling the guy that I wanted 2 each of the Buffalo Ranch & Bbq, he still got it wrong! And, I had to remind them to provide the large mashed potatoes and gravy that I was charged for. Idk how they will allow one to place an online order, make various selections, then completely ignore the request by simply serving the standard, basic order.

I went on strike when they got rid of potato wedges but went back today since they're back. So disappointed Dry, over cooked, hard. Never again! We're done now thank you

Terrible place to go. Took like 25 minutes waiting to get my food. Everybody there before me were complaining also. Should have taken the hint before I ordered and left. Do not recommend at all.

By far very disappointing location waited on the phone for 43 minutes to dispute my missing order items I even returned to the location while still on the phone knocking on all windows nothing no answer I went to drive thru and then that’s when things got worse the cashier asked for the manager to be present and she rudely said and what does she want in Spanish. The manager doesn’t speak English Nayeli is the manager. She said I can’t return a refund without the order I didn’t want the food that was missing because I had already ate what they gave me minus the 2 missing items. Corporate needs to take action I’m sure I’m not the only person this has happened to.

What is going on at this location ?? I cannot believe the low quality of service 😧I paid $27. My little girl and I were very hungry ,short on time and I made the mistake of not checking the order.We were already on the other side of town when I realize our order wasn’t even all there,So I tried to call 2 to 3 times and nobody would answer the phone.Really disappointed.

Excellent place for diet management! We ordered the $20 fill up which is supposed to come with eight pieces and we only got six! Just think how many calories the colonel kept me from eating?

The bbq sauce was dripping like hot sauce, and it didn't taste like bbq. The chicken was just their same old strips. $4.00 for three. They also placed the biscuit in the dripping box of sauce, need to say that I drove off with bbq hot sauce soaking into my car seat 😲😜😤😠

Got two famous bowl meals. Didnt get any silverware. Strawberry lemonade was water down. Pepsi was flat and chicken taste like its been sitting in oil.

Ordered More than 24 hours ago from their Third Avenue location and STILL Haven’t received my food. Calling them they were Super-rude. Never got my Food and out a hundred bucks cause getting a refund is Impossible

The manager of the store, 840 Highland Ave, National City, is so rude and unprofessional that she doesn't have customer service, and I think so she doesn't care the store look empty, clean but empty and the point is that people don't come because of the manager's terrible character and her bad attitude and as I said I think she doesn't care

Really bad service. Lady at the drive thru was rude. The soda she handed me was totally wet and spilling /dripping down the side, not because it was overfilled because it was below the rim about an inch. The container of gravy i ordered was not even filled up 1/2 way & when i asked if they could at least fill it up since im paying for it she gives you a bothersome look and they didnt put the cookies from the combos in the order. Trying to call the restaurant and noone answers the phone just rings 15 times and then asks for an access code!!!

Went through drive-thru, we made the mistake of not checking the order. Part of our order was missing, but we were on the freeway already & couldn’t go back to claim it. I tried to call various times & no one answered the phone, I went the next day to tell them what happened & they thought I was making-up the story to get free food, I even showed them my phone with all the times I called & they still denied it. It wasn’t until I acted as if I was leaving that I discreetly called them; KFC. There phone rang & they weren’t answering, I walked up to the counter & told the Mgr that it was I (again) calling to prove my point.... I got missing food after that.... it’s disappointing that I had to go through all that just to get the food I paid for.... the customer service was horrible & so was the mgrs attitude.

The packaging was very nice, the box, the little bag that the sandwich comes in, really nice packaging, but when I looked inside and started eating the breast was old and dry, the chicken sandwich breast was small old and dry, the biscuit was as hard as a rock and the soda was flat. It’s 1 pm in the afternoon and two different items on the menu aren’t prepared and are a “3-4 minute” wait, which turned in to 10 plus minutes for 3 famous bowls. I had to walk in to the store for my order as I am in a rush and need to get back to work, employees standing around laughing and chatting with absolutely no care or urgency for others orders. The manager is the one who helped assist me too, this place is a joke.
