This Jack in the Box is really busy with high school students. It's the same old Jack in the Box except there's a lot more traffic and a lot more problems. However this is still Jack In The Box and you will still get a meal for a price that doesn't break the bank too bad. Locations to go to however this one is clutch as it is right on the main road

First time coming to this location, female staff who was attending us was very rude and rushing us to select our order and then later said “ let me know when your ready”, and left. We tried to contact our friend for what they wanted and then ordered our meal with another staff. The rude female staff was no where to be found. We paid for our order but was very upset because she didn’t suggest items or gave us a recommended list. I wouldn’t be surprise if they tampered with peoples orders. I wouldn't recommend putting mobile orders in this store because it feels they don't read the order at all. I've had to call 3 separate times to let them know they forgot give me once fries aside from my combo, the next time my soda, and the last time 2 of my sandwiches 🥲. I had gone today so they could give me what I was missing and at the end they still ended giving me the wrong sandwich, in the morning I go to school in Santee so it's not easy for me to just drive back inside when I'm in a rush. (I swear I feel like they have something against me😭)

Ordered around 9:50pm on June 17th. The fryer at the time did not care at all about fresh food for the customers. I politely asked for fresh large curly fries and 7 jalapeño poppers, and aside from both items not being fresh, my curly fries were HALF way. Didn’t even care to fill them up. So this Jack in the box always says they're out of the salsa that they have in the little plastic cups for the burritos. I sent my friend over to get me breakfast this morning because he was nice enough to buy me breakfast and they straight up lied to him and I said we do not have salsa. Which is a straight out lie Because I get it there all the time they have it in the little plastic cups in the fridge under the Register the fact that they're too lazy to make the cups so they can serve it with their breakfast is just outrageous And the fact that they lie and say that they don't have salsa when they know they do. And I have no problem paying for it. The next time this happens, I will be calling corporate .

I wish I can give a minus star. This job has a simple task and yet everytime we order once in a while are always missing the orders and the food are always cold. Customer service is so bad. Reciept is not clear so you can't call anyone or make a complaint .
