Within the last few months, I have seen major improvements with this establishment! The wait time used to be so long & the service was not great but within these last few months they have been super quick with great customer service!! Heather Z was amazing today and so friendly! Definitely more pleasant going now!
For as busy as they were, I actually got my order surprisingly quick. The food was great and they actually had the mountain dew Baja blast. Other Taco bells didn't even have that and they actually had cinnamon twist with other Taco bells also didn't have. I got a little irritated with the self kiosk but was able to figure it out. But other than that, they were on top of the orders.
oh my god this is literally the best taco bell experience i’ve ever had. every time i get taco bell i get the same chicken quesadilla and today it tasted better than it ever had before. the cheese was perfectly melted, the chicken evenly distributed, the perfect amount of sauce and perfectly cut. if i could go back in time and eat this quesadilla again i absolutely would. i’m currently pinning this location on maps so that i can come back to enjoy such wonderful fast food another time. thank you all so much.
Went through the drive through. There were about 5 cars in front of us, but thr wait wasn't too long. The food came out fresh and good. We received everything we ordered. Service was good.
This Taco Bell is fast I'm drive thru. In the diner tho they have a new system where you enter and order your own food. Takes longer. Rather interact with people than a computer. Overall good.
I may have a problem, I can eat taco bell everyday. Unfortunately my wallet doesn't let me. But if I ever won free taco bell you best believe I'd be a happy camper lol
I came in and there were excited to take my order. And the moment I ordered and paid, I have my food and drink up in 1 minute. This is definitely the fastest Taco Bell ever. And the food is hot and fresh too. They had Baja Blast too. And I've been to many Taco bells in 10 states. So thank you for being the best. Taco Bell and the fastest Taco Bell. Just really made me happy and I'm 100% satisfied with the service and the food. Keep up the great work. And out of all the fast food restaurants from McDonald's to Burger King to Wendy's and etc. This is the fastest best food restaurant ever. Once again thank you for your hard work and keep up the great work.
Being by a Walmart they tend to get busy. Doesn't stop me from stopping by for a good meal. Always quick and professional.
Always a solid spot for a quick bite! The food came out fresh and hot, and the staff was super friendly and efficient. The drive-thru line moved quickly even though it looked busy. Definitely one of the better Taco Bell locations I’ve been to. I'll be back!
I ordered the Classic Luxe Box that comes with 1- Beefy 5 Layer Burrito 1- Beef Crunchy Taco 1 Cinnamon Twist and a Medium Fountain Drink. It was delicious. The Customer Service was excellent by Johnathan, very friendly and helpful. I loved the Atmosphere the Artwork is fabulous. The Restaurant is very clean.
... it's taco bell... I haven't been to one in years and wanted that comfort but everything was bland. I was eating like a fiend in my car so I didn't get to use hot sauce. It was most likely my bad. The people were fun and cheerful which is always great!
4 stars because everyone deserves a day off, but there’s a lady manager that is AMAZING! Always great food and super amazing service when she works. My food is exactly how I expect it when she’s working. I’ve come here a few times when she’s not and it’s almost like a totally different place, sloppy food and more food on the wrapper vs inside where it’s suppose to be and the WORST customer service when she’s not there. Whoever it is, I just know her makeup is spot on and she has awesome tattoos! (that’s the best way to describe her without knowing her name) she deserves a huge raise, you can’t let her quit or go anywhere! Never once have I seen her not be super nice or let a bad day show.

The cashier/counter girl was less then happy to be there. No smile or greeting at all. Asked to use some coupons and manager came over with the food, we hadn't even been done ordering. She finished our order asking for water as drinks and she gave use soda water when I asked for regular water she said they only had the 1. No sorry or nothing. When our food was ready the manager came out with it and I commented on the girls bad attitude and her reaction was they're both new and they dont know about the water(which I brought up) or the coupons...she could have at least smiled and not looked so bored and sad to be there.
Ok so I had to edit my review because this place has changed immensely. The service has greatly improved and the food has become on par with the best taco bell locations. Must've had a complete change in personnel in 7 months. It's commendable. From a trainwreck of a location to a proper location in half a year.
Empty. No customers, except drive thru. Very nice lady named Joy helped me order on the kiosk system there. I ordered two Bean & Cheese burritos $1.69 each. Took 10 minutes to minutes to make. Placed into a to-go bag, with 2 napkins. Only female employees on staff. I asked Joy (maybe 60 yes old) if she liked working for Taco Bell. She said "It's alright, I guess." Another woman I thought was her manager was talking to her, about her meal break. I asked her about her manager, she said "Yeah, she's really great! We love her!" Joy was a sweetheart, and I hope she gets what she wants out of working at Taco Bell. The food was not good. I wouldn't say bad. It was edible, and the price was right. But they were barely warm, not hot by any measure, and the beans seemed more like a smooth paste, no kick, and not much flavor. There wasnt much cheese that I could see, and I couldn't taste any except the last bite. I think some of the reconstituted refried beans wasn't mixed thoroughly, it had a strange texture. I ate both of them cause I was starving. Both were the same. Edible, but not good. Even if you're starving...

Slow employees and don't acknowledge when you walk in. No counter service, only kiosks, and then it still took over 10 minutes to get food. Drive-thri is the priority and not the customers that are walking in.
Got to the drive thru around 945p. Ordered $5 box and asked if that came with cheese nachos, she said no but I can" substitute" with the cinnamon twist Was gonna charge me$6.27 when ok got to the window when I questioned the price she said it's an upcharge for the nachos. I told her I wish you mentioned that all you said was you would substitute it. Communication for the price difference would have been appreciated.
Usually this Taco Bell is great. Foods always right and the drive thru isn’t slow BUT if you don’t have the creamy jalapeño sauce for quesadillas, JUST SAY THAT AND DO NOT ASSUME I WANT CHIPOTLE SAUCE!
It’s not a place I will go out of my way to go to. The food’s OK definitely go somewhere else if you’re looking for authentic Mexican food or just Mexican food in general. Services all right atmosphere is all right. It just doesn’t feel pleasant to stop by or eat at. Not a good experience I wouldn’t recommend it.
Couple of things that I found just tasteful. There was a person who seemed to be in charge of the team and he was speaking loudly on the line where people in the dining room could hear him among them is me. I’ve been a Management team member before and you don’t demean employees when you’re out where people can hear you. The ice machine was broken so they gave me ice from behind the counter, which was fine, but my soda was flat. The cashier gave me the wrong change, after I Paid with cash.
This morning I had a bit of time to kill before the liquor store opens at 10 so after a quick trip to Wal-Mart, I decided to visit the Taco Bell in the plaza as I didn’t want to drive across town to my favorite taco place. I will first start with the experience during the visit. When I first walked in there was a kid in the way sweeping so I found myself trying to be polite as he was in front of the ordering machine. I did find the touchscreen interface easy to use once I finally got there and I think that Taco Bell did a nice job here of breaking things down in categories making it easy to find. If you are wondering why I didn’t go to the other Kiosk…I wanted to use that one and not the other one. There were also photos of the food, but like many restaurant photos you are looking at a Monet and you get a Picasso. The order took some time to come out which was around five minutes or so. I am not quite sure what the issue was, but it was a long time. While I waited, there was a sign about the floor being wet with water spilled on the floor. During the entire visit no one came to mop it up, which I find inexcusable in any restaurant. Perhaps they lack a mop? Either way, that is dangerous and should have been cleaned up immediately as your average customer is not wearing “non-Slip” shoes. Enough on that and onto the food… I ordered a Hashbrown Toasted Breakfast Burrito with Steak and a Spicy Cheesy Double Beef Burrito as they looked great in the photo on the Kiosk and sounded good as I always take some home for my dog. So, to start I took a few photos of the exterior and then the interior and then we move on to the food portion. The first two food photos are of the Hashbrown Toasted Breakfast Burrito. I wish I could say something like it “blew my mind” but it was a bit more of a disappointment than anything. Thankfully they at least have that Diablo sauce in the packets, so I ate half of it as the other half was going to the dog. After that I transitioned to the Spicy Cheesy Double Beef Burrito. Once again, I was epically disappointed and was overwhelmed with the amount of rice as I couldn’t really taste much else and this surely was the “sinking ship” of the day. I would describe this as “death by rice in Flavorless Valley”. My best guess here is that it is not necessarily the fault of Taco Bell itself, but perhaps the employees need to do a bit of work on presentation and corporate recommended amounts of ingredients. Having worked at a Del Taco, I know this is hard to get when things get busy, but well, I was the only customer in there as the other table had its food. Just saying. Final Thoughts: I realize that this is not the most positive of reviews, but if the manager does not know what is happening and the product that is currently being put out, business suffers. If you are dying from hunger pangs and need something to eat, perhaps this would be worth entertaining. For me, I will be driving across town to my taco shop next time so I can at least not grumble through my entire breakfast!
I went in because the drive through was full. No one was at the counter. Stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes before anyone took our order. It took another 2 minutes to get my drink. It was just awful. It was dirty. The people that were making the food didn't have there hair up, the place just didn't look clean at all. Another 5 minutes went by we finally get our food and of course, it wasn't all there. So I legit just left without saying anything. It's annoying to me (including since I work at a fast food restaurant) that there was not good customer service and they don't do anything about it, three guys looked at me while I was waiting on the counter to order my food.. They didn't come up to me they didn't say hi, nothing. So I will never go back! This place is dirty.. And I'm not trying to be given attitude when I'm putting my hard earned money into there pocket when they can't even acknowledge me.

PLEASE FIX YOUR CUSTOMER WAIT TIME!!!! Can’t call this place fast food. They have taken over 18 minutes for my order.....and counting. I’m not joking, I can see my wait time on their monitor on the drive thru. We have not been in months because the last time was the same way. At least this time they have hot sauce, we did without last time.
Didn’t include my taco I paid for Didn’t cut my kids quesadilla because no sauce. Really? $37 I shouldn’t have to double check. Soo annoying
Went through the drive through to get a couple of breakfast tacos. There were only 3 cars in front of us. We waited 25 min just to order and another 12 minutes to get 3 breakfast tacos. I got 2 potato egg and cheese and my wife got egg and cheese. They didn’t even taste very good. The young girl at the window was very rude and dismissive. This place has gone by the wayside. Don’t recommend going here. The time before this we dined in and it took even longer to get our meals.
I had put in my to go order at about 6:13 on my lunch break, it was slightly busy in the lobby, so I didn't expect it right away, but after 2 people who had put their order in after me had got there food, and it had been about 20 minutes of waiting; I went to the counter to ask if they could check on my order. They checked on it, looked like they couldnt find it for a while and then said they were just then getting started on it. I don't really have much time on my lunch break so I was slightly irritated. When I got my food it was extremely sloppily put together and clearly rushed. Not very happy given that I come here all the time for lunch. Not only that but I had ordered take out, there wasn't any napkins in the bag, and I had to wait and stop an employee for my drink. I didn't sit down with my food (2 tacos, 1 being off the value menue) until 6:35. Not happy. My whole lunch break was gone.
Ask for mild sauce and get hot. Ask for side of Chipotle ranch, have to ask for it again. This is the second time its happened. Morale is low. Tacos are shrinking. One Plus + I will now make my quesadillas at home to save myself from the experience and money
My family and I decided to dine In and one of the visible things were the atmosphere, dirty and sticky tables, trash on the floor and the inadequate cleaning around the fountain drink machine, most restaurants have cleaning protocols but this place was dirty including the men’s restrooms with the nasty smell of urine. Food was ok. Waiting time about 10-15 mins.
The place was spotless. The employees on the other hand totally ignored me. I guess it has been too long since they had actual people in the restaurant due to the COVID virus. They were busy as hell with the drive thru and electronic orders. I put the order on the kiosk and they made it quite quickly but the bag sat on the counter for 10 mins before anyone said it was ready so my Supreme Taco Party Pack was cold and mushy by the time I got it. Additionally, I put in that I needed 20 packs of HOT sauce but got 5 instead. I'm thankful that they have dine-in service because hardly none of the Taco Bells in San Antonio have dine-in, yet. They are in need of SERIOUS retraining to learn how to handle the counter in a professional manner. I said "Thank you" as I was walking towards the door to no response at all.
AWFUL experience here. Went through drive thru to get some food, first they wouldnt let me order what i wanted, They said they wouldnt make it even though i have ordered the same order from taco bell before. They said if i wanted it i would have to order it with meat.. im a vegetarian so i dont even eat meat? the drive thru lady was very rude, i asked questions and she told me to just order my food. Decided to just order something else to make it easier, and i asked for extra sour cream on my order. I get my order and start to drive away until i check the bag and see they made my order completely wrong. They didnt even wrap two of the burritos I ordered and there was no sour cream at all even though i was charged for extra. A lot of the ingredients were spilt in the bag! So i take my order back inside, have to wait ten minutes for them to make it correctly. I walk back out to my car and they gave me the completely wrong order again, it wasnt even my order. So i have to go back in and wait another twenty minutes for them to make my food. The staff was very rude and i did not appreciate the way i was treated. People who got there after me and ordered came and went before i even got my food. Took about a total of 30 minutes Just to get my food made correctly. 4 simple veggie burritos, could have gone back there and made them myself in a couple minutes. I still don’t understand why it was so difficult??
Just went through tonight guy taking my payment and bagging my food was checking snapchat the whole time on phone. Probably why I spent $30 and only got $10 worth of food. Shame on me for not checking my bag, especially after this is the third time they have shorted me. Also asked for mild sauce got Diablo, again probably Snapchat interfered. Just a shame management continues to let this place and Taco Bell corporates continue this way. Way too many 1 star reviews. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to come here. They will just short you, and not pay attention.
A waste of time and money!! Crispy tacos full of grease, shells just deteriorate. These youngsters today are to interested in being on their phone than to worry about their quality of workmanship. Repeat stay away from this taco bell.
I patiently waited about 30 minutes, these employees were working so hard. They deserve a raise. They need more people working, helping...the inside needed a good cleaning
Went through the drive thru tonight... took 40 minutes and they still completely screwed the order up. Soft taco shells were hard and hard shells fell apart because they were so soggy. Didn't get the complete order and of course, no receipt. Ordered two different burritos and they decided to give us something different from what we ordered... tried getting some soft taco supremes but they even forget the supreme part... customer service was horrible! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else
For the 3rd time in 2 weeks. They forgot the hot sauce and I had to walk into to grab it. Last time I even called and spoke to the “manager” I hope you get a new drive thru lady during the weekdays at lunchtime. that cares about delivering a good experience.
I'm certain now the service at ALL TCs is poor. I waited 45 mins for a crunchwrap that I ordered at the kiosk. But, since I was paying cash I was instructed to pay at a register. Problem there was, after waiting for 25 minutes for and order, and pay at the register...the order was never placed. That happens after someone at the register receives your payment. Indication was, there were no cashiers...therefore, the disgruntled manager took my payment and then my order got placed. I received it 10 minutes later. Even the drive through was slow...So much for fast food.
I went and ordered food for 7 people k and I get home and I’m missing a supreme burrito so ok I get it it happens but come on I ordered food for 7 people are supposed to lick and share 5 packs of Fire Sauce. So I go back get burrito and asked for more sauce and told I told him he only gave 5packs for 7 people and guess what he gives me 4 more packs so I guess we licking and sharing, very disappointing, Taco Bell must be on a Tight Budget. Food was great BTW.
Worst experience everything was wrong on my order they took about 20 minutes to give me my order was missing some items and I added an extra ingredient in everything which came out up to $6 every employee standing around only for the drive thru and the guy making the food and it was dirty
Lady in the drive through was extremely short and rude. She snatched the card out of my wife's hand. After we got our food we sat there and checked to make sure everything was made correctly, there were no cars behind us. The manager came over and told us her time was going up as long as we sat there. Very rude and a bad experience! We don't care about about your timer! If you have already given us the food then clear your time! Do not tell the customer they need to leave seconds after receiving the food!
Employees hate their job so they treat customers like garbage. When asked for more sauce they throw the food into the car because their lives are so miserable. Store needs to be shut down a 5 year old could do a better job than they ever could
All reviews are correct, this Taco Bell is super slow. Drive thru takes at least 30-40 min. It’s insane. On top of slow service, we witness an older lady barking and talking down to what we assumed is a newer employee at the window. No one should be treated that way. Maybe this is the issue going on and why the line is so slow, constant turnover? Not exactly a healthy work environment for employees to stay.

This Taco Bell on Walnut Street in New Braunfels Texas has really become a place I would not waste any more of my time at. I've read the negative reviews on this taco bell. I am extremely surprised that this taco bell is still open with all the bad service to so many customers. The night time crew that was working tonight(Friday) November 17th seem to care very little about good customer service. It was very poor, sloppy and unprofessional service by the whole crew. They all had excuses on why they were making customers wait for an hour and some longer than an hour for their food. The workers, including the managers had poor/bad attitudes towards customers. This night time crew seemed like they all didn't want to be at work. One of the managers was throwing attitude towards customers and didn't want to refund after poor service. The boys that were working on the grills though five 5 dollar cravings meals into one bag and smashed all the food from overloading the bag. I am going to say this Taco Bell needs to get shut down or this taco bell needs a whole new Friday night crew because this night time crew has proved to be a very poor, rude and unprofessional crew that doesn't care about good customer service. I will be spreading the news about this taco bell and recommend to everyone I know that to go to this taco bell would be a one of the worst experiences anyone can have. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to and I've been to at least 20 different Taco Bells over the years. Taco Bell, time for a new night time crew.
If zero stars was possible i would rate that. Every time i go, i get treated with the nastiest attitude, whether it's drive thru or dine in. Cashiers are always rude on the evening shift and have the worst attitude. Just ordered my food on doordash and once i got it, it was all messed up, looked disgusting and unedible. Tacos barely had meat in them and all the shells were broken. Ordered a Chalupa as well and instead of it being fried it was as if they just grabed the bread straight out of the bag and put as little of everything as they could on it. Every time i ask for no beans in something the put extra beans in it as if they couldn't read things properly or understand them. This precise Taco Bell on south Walnut avenue is the worst one by far. I'm surprised the place hasn't closed down yet. Taco Bell should really know who to hire now a days. Get your money's worth and order/eat at any other Taco Bell in the area!
The worst experience ever. From the start of the order (mobile ordering is complicated to employees), to a lack of employee willingness to resolve the issue at hand; to a complete lack of communication upon escalation; this was the worst fast food experience I have had at a TB. I ordered. let them know I was there, waited 20 minutes, asked for help and was ignored. Left and was charged for basically going into the restaurant and watching the circus of drive thru errors. Three people came into request items left out of their bags or incorrect orders. I never received my order and upon trying to contact the manager and corporate, was not provided any means of communicating my issues beyond the website contact form.
Went through the drive thru with only one car in front of me. When I got to the window, I paid, then was told to pull forward. I ordered two soft tacos and to bean burritos with no drink. I asked why do I need to pull forward for such a simple order. She told me they they are trying to reset their clock and the person in front of me ordered a party box. I said I don't understand why what other people order should effect what I order. Then I was told to pull forward again. I thought about it then said no... no thank you I'll wait. Then the window was slammed on me. And when the food was brought out by guy with a goatee and brownish hair slammed the window open and all but threw the food at me. The date is April 1st 2023 I went through at roughly 11:50 am. These people should be held accountable. Not eating my food probably spit it.
I got 2 number 1's a mexican pizza a 5 beefy layer burrito , & few extra tacos my drinks were super flat & my crunchy tacos tasted like chemicals it made me sick i tried calling multiple times but kept on ringing i had to throw all my food away !
Terrible customer service. One person was dealing with drive-thru and inside orders. It took me 15 minutes to even speak with someone.
So everyone is aware they will refuse to take your order at the counter. Only kiosk orders are welcome. Good luck if you like to modify things and take the time to train on their jobs. Only 4 people working and took forever to get food for everyone there I'm sure it's management/ownership who set this policy. What a shame. Some don't mind using the kiosk, kudos to you. I'm not ok with using my time to learn where to look for what I want to order! I just watched another guy get told the same thing and he walked out. I've seen old people come in and not know how to even begin to use a touch screen to order!
Well well, I've never thought I'd give a bad review to this restaurant. I've been coming here 9 years now. I have never paid for a damn water. This girl with the pig tails today had an attitude because I just wanted water. What's the big deal? Pple don't order water? Second, she doesn't have a uniform on. She was very unprofessional. Also, the way she works......she just stands there watching her co-worker do everything. Here u guys go taking my 5 star back.
Would be lower if there was a ZERO. Ordered in store and waited 20 minutes, we were patient only to hear them say they used our food for a drive thru order. Their words “I stole some of the food for drive thru”. When asking and hearing this not to happy and i expressed as such only to get the employee shaking their head at me that was witness by my children. No apology for the delay of order. Food was good however, poor service and customer care just lost us. We will drive further away to get better service.
If I could have given a middle finger I would have given 5 bc the service was horrible! Anybody thinking eating here. I highly recommend not too. The clerk at the window reached out to touch a dog and allow the dog to lick her hands. She then immediately started handling food without washing her hands.
I ordered online to pick up in store. The man working the counter was pleasant and nice. He greeted me quickly. Then my order came and it was only half my order. Some lady working the drive thru said we don’t have that anymore and since I had already paid $20 bucks I asked if they could substitute and the nice gentleman proceeded to ask his co-workers and the ignored him and were rude to him. Finally he approached another gentlemen and asked nicely for a replacement for my purchase. Last time I came was about a year ago and the drive thru line took ridiculously long 15 minutes and no one greeted me to take my order so I left. This store is close to my home and I would come here more often but the service is atrocious. What happened to common decency for a customer or your co-worker. Something has to be done.
Lady said the strawberry freeze machine didn’t work when all her employees are in fact drinking from it the whole time I been there
Didn't get the correct burrito and it was cold, the crunchwrap I ordered had almost no meat in the entire thing, just lettuce... The nacho fries weren't seasoned at all, they were just normal fries and the restaurant is run by eye-rolling, couldn't care less teenagers. Makes sense.
This is, without a doubt… Hands down… The absolute WORST Taco Bell that I have ever been to. Orders are always inaccurate and sloppy. Service is half-ass. Honestly.. just drive down the street to the less terrible Taco Bell on 337 loop.
This Taco Bell sucks. It’s the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. You can just tell everyone hates their jobs here. Poor service, poor management, cold food, and very concerning behavior. Placed my order at 7:03 and stayed there waiting till 8:00 a whole freaking hour then I asked for a refund and they throw all the food in one bag squished all the food. Manager didn’t want to give a refund when cash was paid wanted to put it on a gift card. Ummm I don’t think so … told her I didn’t want the food now it’s squished please give me a refund and she was slamming the cash drawer. Very unprofessional. They had 5 people working it shouldn’t have taken an hour to get my food. Probably wouldn’t have gotten it then if a refund wasn’t asked for. Now I’ve done wasted on hour and foods squished now to find another place to eat. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TACO BELL TO ANYONE!!!!
The last two times I ordered using DoorDash it took over an hour. The first time I had to cancel the transaction. The second time the DoorDash person kept me updated through text messages saying staff apparently could not make the meal in a timely manner and ignored them, sitting around goofing off. It’s absolutely ridiculous that it took an hour and half to make two tacos, burrito, fries, and strips and only be less than 2miles away Tried to call but as usual no answer
05/30/2022: (1 star... I wish I could give it 0 stars) We haven't been here in about a year so we gave it another try... TERRIBLE idea. We came during the lunch rush at 1:30pm. We waiting at the window AFTER paying for 22 minutes... then we were asked to pull forward and wait an additional 20 minutes. Guess we'll try again in 2 years. 01/2021: (2 Stars) So happy I decided to take the girls to Taco Bell tonight... This was my favorite TB experience ever! I will continue supporting this fine establishment!! ❤ This place is so awesome, that if they forget your drinks, No Problem!! Just stand at the counter for a couple minutes trying to get their attention and they'll gladly hook you up! 🙌 Also! They started saving money and time by not cutting your quesadillas!! Oh! I almost forgot to mention, if you order a Taco or Chalupa, be prepared to find a majority of the contents in the bag 🔥 11/2020: (4 Stars) I think I need to revisit this review. I have always been a huge Taco Bell fan, Always! This Taco Bell Location has really stepped it up over the last year. We decided to give this location another try and weren't disappointed. We were greeted with smiles and all of our food was correct! The line were pretty long and they seemed short staffed, but that happens. Great service!! 10/2019 (1 Star): The worst service ever. The employees are always rude and if you go through the drivethru your order will most likely be wrong or missing stuff. We always give places a few chances before leaving a review cause bad days happen but this Taco Bell is just awful. The food is usually fine but the service sucks.
I've been here two or three times, and every time, it nearly ruins my day. The first time I went, I left this review. "So there's poor customer service, and then there's flat out disrespectful. This lady last night was just disrespectful for no apparent reason." In this case, I pulled up to the drive-through intercom to order, and the lady immediately told me (without greeting) that they were out of beef. I'm naturally happy and said basically said, "That's okay! I just wanted a chicken quesadilla anyway!" Well, apparently she just wanted me to go away. Once a got to the window, the lady didn't say a single word to me, but instead just gave me a nasty look the whole time! Even after I paid, I said, "Thank you! Have a nice day!" And she literally slammed the sliding window without saying anything. I don't remember how well-made my quesadilla was at the time. This time around, I ordered the same thing, a chicken quesadilla with extra chicken and overall, it wasn't much better. Firstly, the customer service was slightly better (this lady wasn't openly disrespectful), so average, though. Secondly, it took at least 20 minutes for me to order and receive my food through the drive-through, and there were no more than three vehicles in the drive-through. This time through, my quesadilla had cold spots. The "creamy jalapeño sauce" was cold in some areas, and in the same areas, the shredded cheese wasn't melted but was in fact, cold. To make matters worse, they cut the quesadilla the wrong way! *see attached picture* As a joke, I was going to say, "The water was okay, though! 😁" but I can't even say that! The underside of the lid was dirty, and the water had four or five small things floating in it! I don't plan on ever returning to this "establishment."
In the beginning I could understand closing the dining because of covid, but now it is a bit unnecessary to continue to have it closed when whataburger and other establishments have made the proper procedures to do so. With that being said it seems to have made your service at this location very lacking. I was short a taco and both cinnamon twists from the $5 box. Some of the tacos were also very poorly put together, almost like you got it off the floor. I understand these are tough times but a job is a job and one must try to do the best they can.
Y’all dropped the ball. 10/31 my entire order was wrong. Yes it’s busy but focus, slow down, listen and lose the attitude at the window. You’d do a lot better with lest mistakes!
Always so slow to get order..and have you pay then tell youits going to be a while..and tonight i left without getting my order because it took so long..there were only two cars and i sat there almost ten min...management needs to go
service was awful and order was wrong, employees are rude for no reason, called manager cuz my order was messed up and she was all bent out of shape. Store wasn’t even busy, like girl it’s not my fault yall don’t like ur job
Very disgusted by the manager. He is a creep and was sitting here flirting with a 16yo lil girl dueing interview. She was so innpcent and didnt comprehend what he was doing. He was very inappropriate and flirtatious. Also app needs improvement cant ever order a dr pepper on there either
This is what money gets you at Taco Bell definitely will be sitting there checking every taco before I leave the window next time. I didn’t even eat either taco, there goes my dinner. Btw the second pic is suppose to be a chicken quesarito and that’s all the filling I got I just scooped it together so you can actually see how much was in there.
I used the mobile app and placed an order at 8:03 and went inside to get it at 8:15. Once I was helped they announced I was there yo pick up my mobile order. It took until 8:47 for me to get my food. My app showed the order was done at 8:25 (and so did the ticket) but it was not. No hustle and no apology. What is the advantage of the mobile app. I could have gone through the drive through 10 times.
Barely even attended the front cashier. They look at you like you’re crazy, when you come in and wait at front cashier. I understand I get they have a lot of orders, but at least try to knowledge people at the front. On top of that they forget my drinks every time I came here plus my nacho cheese. Then mix up MY order with sister. I don’t recommend coming here at night especially a low staff who seem not to like work.
If I could give a negative amount of stars I would, there should be NO reason you guys took as long as you did on the food, gave cold fries, forgot a taco and when called 12 times you can’t answer the phone, smh and there’s a reason I hate going to this Taco Bell, y'all ALWAYS take money but forget food, EVERY TIME
Here is an idea, if your going to have people order with kiosk, maybe have a sign that says "no service, use kiosk" instead of waiting at the counter for 15 mins for someone to talk to me. What ever happened to the idea of customer service?
So yeah , apparently they forgot to to put the toppings on the party pack tacos (supreme)so they just made a tray and put the into the party pack, because apparently they can’t add the topping after a certain point in making a taco(based on what an employee stated). They also failed to let us know or ask if this was ok.
Cashiers look at you weird like if you caused trouble, some just dash for it to avoid you and give attitude for no reason, and when asked about cups they give a look at you all confused. The cashier with orange hair threw down his phone and EarPods as he looked at the customers when he was going on break 😂, can’t you not even make it anymore obvious?? If you can’t work here with a responsibility why even be here for? It’s not a show, food is well, but from the dirty looks of the employees, I’m beginning to wonder what they might be doing to everyone’s food.
This location is always backed up in the drive thru line because they can't handle customers quickly and efficiently. Not to mention they let employees leave at 10pm and just walk out instead of having a complete staff to take care of the customers at night. But just like everywhere else now, they just use the "understaffed" excuse... Makes no sense Really letting us down out here Taco Bell, need to step up y'all's game no doubt 🚫🌮👎🏾
Dining area was filthy, both tables and floors. Tacos had minimal meat in them, mostly just had the shell. Very disappointing and won’t eat here again
Person at window didn't know how to print a receipt and her excuse was "I don't work here". They completely forgot my mild sauce packets that were printed on my receipt. I went to the lobby door and sign said lobby closed for training. There was an employee 2 feet from the door and she wouldn't open it even though I was holding my receipt up in the air. Finally she opened the door and immediately yelled at me to go through the drive through before I could even say a word. She did get my sauce packets eventually. Very rude and not so bright people work here. Avoid this location.
Here is my take: first time ever eating taco bell ordered the following Menu Number 6: 2 chicken chalupa supreme 1 soft beef taco Straw berry passion fruit aqua Fresca: medium And Nacho fires + Luxe box with: cheese quesadilla, beef taco, nachos + cheese sauce What I got was: 4 beefy 5 layer burritos 2 chicken chalupa supreme 5 chrnxhy tacos 2 beef soft tacos Ahm? Well first and last try of Taco Bell and they should really work on their customer service had the tell them twice that they forgot a drink !
They messed up on our order and refused to give us a refund over the phone. We did not realize our order was missing an item till we got home which is about 30 min away. Spoke to the manager and she refused to just refund us the ONE chicken chalupa unless we came all the way back. Also, we asked for fire and mild taco sauces but they didn’t give us any of those, they just gave us hot. It is obvious that the workers here don’t really care about their job or their customers. Never coming back to this Taco Bell again. This was on 12/8/25 around 8pm.
I am not the kind of person to really ever leave a review, however my experience at this location was absolutely abhorrent, and i feel it necessary to do so. When we arrived at the establishment, we were very impressed with the outside appearance of the location. It seemed to be very nice, with an outdoor seating area. We decided to dine in. As soon as we walked in the building, there was an odor that seemed to be the mix of mildewed rag and wet dog, the floors were dirty, there was trash everywhere and it seemed that no one had tended to the dining area in a while. At this point, we were tempted to turn around and walk out, but decided to give them a chance. We ordered at the kiosk, which was a new experience for my husband and I, but it was our only option, and we are fine with learning new things. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and a fiesta potato bowl with a large drink, and my husband got the cantina chicken burrito box, also with a large drink. When our order was finally called, my husband grabbed the food and sat it on the only subpar clean table we could find and went to gather our drinks. The diet dr pepper in the fountain almost ran clear. No syrup. My purple baja blast drink, that i have been so eager to try, was only a slight tinge of purple, and also seemed to be out of syrup. Then we get to the food.. this one really grinded my gears.. my grilled cheese burrito was smaller than a value menu burrito, appeared to have been cooked in the microwave and not at all grilled. It was rubbery. The insides were nothing but sauce, with a slight hint of meat and no tortilla strips; and did i mention it was literally dripping with grease?? The fiesta potatoes were probably the only decent thing we ordered, and my husbands cantina chicken burrito box was also not made properly and really not even good enough to eat. All in all, it was the worst fast food experience we have had in quite a while. In all of this, my only request is for the love, do better. There were quite a few workers in the back, some who were just chatting it up and laughing so understaffing could not have even been the excuse for this night. This happened on monday.
The cashier in drive-through on 11/07/25 at 1:30PM CDT has terrible customer service. The cashier is rude cuts you off while ordering and when confronting the cashier she smiles with bad yellow teeth with brace.
Imagine, going through the drive through. Forgetting to order 1 crunchy taco, and a small Mountain Dew .So you ask the cashier if they could add it to your order. They tell you, “we can’t add to orders, you’ll have to go back around.” Nobody was behind me at the time, and there was nobody in front when I got there.
New management has ridiculous policies! Couldn't order a large water and pay for the cup. I could have a small water for free but not pay for a large. So I got 4 small waters. Complete waste of cups and my time. . And 2nd interaction in drive thru, No one was behind me and I forgot a drink and asked for it after I paid. And was told sorry can't add anything at the window. I said, No one is behind us? So I had to drive back around and order at the speaker. Now I find out that the manager is interviewing teen girls and being inappropriate and flirty. We will never come to this location again. DO BETTER!
Picking up food for two men working outside, had two cards, one for each. Super long line in the drive through. I order and they tell me that they can only take 1 order per car, and if I want to make a second order for a second person, I’ll need to go all the way back around in line and go through the whole line a second time. RIDICULOUS. I have two guys waiting on me both super hungry, been working all day, and you want me to go through a long drive through line TWICE? Chick-fil-A on Walnut would never. The employees at Taco Bell don’t want your business, they’d prefer it be convenient for them, not you. They’d prefer you just don’t show up. So I go inside, no one even looks my way to confirm the first meal got ordered for 5-10 minutes until I start complaining. I’m still waiting in here trying to get food that would have been a simple drive through order. Not to mention the employees barely say two words and or look you in the eye. So unprofessional and altogether HORRIBLE experience. Won’t be back, and I’m very close to this location.
