I got a chicken bowl and it’s one of my favorites dishes after my workout

It was a very pleasant time here. Our bartender Manty was so nice. She had good vibes and catered to us well. I really appreciate the manager making me some plain chicken wings after hours. I can’t stand saucy food and couldn’t tolerate the saucy wings. It was a nice place to end to a Sunday night and the plain wings were perfectly seasoned:D

My wife and I walked in and there was no wait (always a plus). We we were served by Kristofer K. He was a bit quirky but not in a weird way. He was funny and knowledgeable. He made sure our glasses were full (even though we only wanted water) he fumbled on the desert pitch but my wife and I know that restaurant service/customer service is tricky sometimes. Overall 10/10 experience 👍

You know if you never been to a Applebee’s, you’re missing out on great food and drinks. I have been to many locations and all have been average. This specific Applebee’s has a great vibe, great staff, fresh food and awesome atmosphere. Applebee’s is always going to be the same but specific location will give you different experiences just like any other chain restaurants. Now I love this location as it’s clean, friendly, and so nice with the half dimmed lights. Whether you want to go for group dinners, quick drinks and bites, or a great couples dinner, this is the place. Now I had a lot of different varieties of food but I would have to say my favorite is the wings and hot shot whiskey chicken plates, Mmmmm I am hungry even though I just had it today. Oh and this place also has half off of appetizers when you dine in after 10pm or 11pm so you and your buddies can have those late night drinks and wings at 50% off! Thank me later guys! My husband and I came here here recently for Buy 1 app, and get 2 entrees for $25? There was a question on upgrading, which we tried to do, for extra $, but the Mgr and the waitress couldn't get a straight answer out of cash register /ordering screen, so we didn't upgrade. Had mozzarella sticks and meh, unless you really love those, I'd pass on them next time. Last time I tried the beef nachos, for $12.99. I believe it was, w/o jalapeños, cilantro, and white cheese sauce. I WILL DEFINITELY ORDER THIS AGAIN! Super nice & patient waitress, I am sorry I didn't remember her name, but she was African American. It was a clean restaurant. Quick service! Would definitely come back again! *There are 2 accessible parking spots and no steps into the restaurant. There's even a cut in the sidewalk for wheelchair. Enjoy all my 40+ photos!

Tracy went out of her way to let me know that the Oriental dressing for the Oriental Chicken Salad contains pork fat. As someone who always emphasizes no pork, she’s the first server who actually pointed that out to me — and I appreciated it so much. She was incredibly attentive, listened carefully to all of our orders, and was so patient and accommodating with the kids. Tracy is truly an amazing human, and I wish I could have her as my server everywhere I go. Outstanding service! Tracy is the best! She kept the energy up, made sure we had everything we needed, and treated us like family. If you go to Applebee’s, see if she’s working — you won’t be disappointed!

The restaurant is classic Applebee's on the inside. This location is a bit smaller than most locations. But the staff is well rounded and friendly. The food is solid and consistent and the service is great. Its a solid store over all.

Okay so this is like a 4 on the scale of Applebee's. Not like a 4 for restaurants in general. The service here is slower than most Applebee's, but otherwise it's what you'd expect from an Applebee's. Not bad...it's fine...might even taste pretty good depending on what you order.

The food is your standard Applebee's, nothing out of the ordinary there though my freind got sick after eating like half of his chicken sandwich. Service was the bare minimum but our server was nice and patient when some of us where being indecisive. 4/5 probably wouldn't go lower than that but has potential for a 5 star.

*** Each person has a different experience/taste *** We came for the "Late Night Half Price Appetizers". We had Boneless Wings with Honey BBQ sauce, Chicken Wonton Tacos, and Chicken Quesadilla. The Honey BBQ sauce and Chicken Quesadilla are too salty for me. The Chicken Wonton Tacos would be better if they had more coleslaw and the wontons were more crispy.

We had a good experience at Applebee’s. The staff was friendly and attentive, and although the restaurant was a bit chilly, it wasn’t enough to take away from the meal. My husband really enjoyed his Bourbon Street Chicken & Andouille Sausage, and I liked my sampler, especially the quesadillas, boneless wings, mozzarella sticks, and the spinach artichoke dip. The only downside was the chips that came with the dip; they tasted old and stale. I ended up taking the dip home and enjoying it with my own chips, which made a big difference. Aside from that, everything else was tasty and we left satisfied. Overall, a solid visit and we’d return.

So we went on 8/17 around 7:30 and it wasn't very busy so we were kind of excited it wasn't packed and I had never been to an Applebee's before. Well we get sat down and it took a little bit before someone came to our table. They handed us silverware and said they'd be back to take our drink order. Well almost 10 minutes go by and a different girl comes up and says hey noticed you guys were just sitting here have you been helped we said not yet and we were ready to order. We get out drinks appetizers and food all within like 5 minutes of each other which is good but after that we sat forever trying to get a refill. This whole time I'm watching the staff chill and chat at the kitchen door or standing in the corner on their phone or sitting at the bar. Again it was not busy at all and we weren't being pushy about anything so we didn't feel like it should have been very hard to get out orders in or drinks filled. Food was ok not much special but definitely had worse food but for the first time at Applebee's probably won't be going again anytime soon. ///// Update the manager got a hold of us and wanted to make it better so we decided to see what they could do. The service was very good, the waitress was very friendly, the food was on time, a quiet atmosphere to enjoy with friends.

Slow describes everything! Except the food which was slow arriving and cold fries. I placed my meal order first and it came considerably later than others. They didn't even give us utensils, until food arrived and then I had to request it. Staff were almost invisible, with the excuse that our waiter was taking a phone order. I would consider ordering from home next time, but I will not be a customer here again.

I got the bourbon chicken and shrimp with mash potatoes. It was ok for the price. They employees were arguing loud about who is leaving and staying. It was very inappropriate and ghetto.

The place was not busy and yet we were seated at a table with people right across from us with a guest's walker in the walk way! The server was not patient and that was stressful. The food was the best part of the experience. It's too bad there was no thought given to where they sat us because I think the server was stressed about the walkway situation too.

They weren't very busy when we arrived. It took a while for them to decide which empty table we could be seated at. Then again, we had to wait for our serve to come to our table. Our appetizers were delivered to the wrong table. Drinks were slow to be refilled. The food was good, when we finally got it.

I just left Applebee's new braunfels with my sister and bf. We got there late , close to closing time and the man that greeted and sat us clearly didn't want to be bothered with us, as he threw us off onto the lady that was cleaning a section and obviously finishing up. She was sweeping and about to mop, but I guess he was done for the day because he didn't care that we had to step over a pile of swept up debris to get to our table. He just told her he's sitting us there and walked away. He went on to prop up on the bar and scroll on his phone. We didn't say anything about it because we didn't want him serving us anyway with those disgusting long nails he had along with the horrid body odor coming off him. Our server Nichole was great. She served us despite the late hour, despite she was clearly on her way out, and she served us with a smile. If she was annoyed, we couldn't tell. The food was good. Came out quick and hot. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the good service from Nichole. If not for her, I'd give 1 star for his dismissive behavior and bad presentation of himself. Maybe better luck next time.

Motivate The Earth

OK, the food is not that great. The price is OK but sometimes I get a waiter that’s friendly or not friendly and then the atmosphere just feels so offputting when you get that non-friendly waiter. I realize that the food is not that great and the staff price might be cheap, but I guess that’s what you’re paying for. I just can’t find myself going out of my way to come back.

The restaurant may be short staffed, but they didn't handle it well. It took over an hour to get the food we ordered. Some of the dishes were cold, including the fries. The server kept forgetting what we ordered and was constantly distracted by the growing wait to be seated. Our appetizer was comped.

Food was really good! Waitress was not very friendly. 3 people in my party ordered margaritas and waitress told us chips and salsa would be included with the margaritas, ended up paying $3.99 for each of the chips and salsa. Was not happy about the extra charges when we didn't even order them to begin with.

Applebees has been having problems with their online ordering for some time. When you order, it gives you a message that "Card is declined" and the order does not go through. But your card DOES get charged. When I got to the restaurant they had not gotten the order so I had to wait while they made it. And I had to pay again. They said the original charged would be reversed (it was) but this whole thing indicates total incompetence in their treatment of customers. If you insist on ordering online, use the option to "Pay at Store" and pay when you get there.

We waited 40 minutes for appetizers. The restaurant was not busy but only one very frustrated server on duty. Server was overwhelmed and overworked. She was so frustrated and rightfully so she had no help. We arrived a little after 3pm our food appetizers arrived at 4:15. Some of the food was cold. Not sure what’s going on with the staffing but we won’t be back. Can’t even complain about the server she was trying hard to be positive but was clearly not able to take care of all of the patrons by herself. When someone who appeared to be manager walked in he stood holding up the wall. He needed to jump in clear off tables , maybe offer a discount and address the situation. We spent 95.00… ridiculous… we should have gone to Taco John’s!

kiosk had games that we were only made aware were not free to play once they showed up on the bill. if we had known the games were pay to play, we would not have played. the cost of the games should have been shown upfront, instead of being shown to us only after we had already played them. that is a scam.

Our server was extremely busy and the manager who was working had no desire to help her and was very unprofessional. I have been in management most of my life and it is your duty to help your staff when they are in need instead of socializing at the bar with everybody. My sister and I lost our Aunt today and just wanted a place to have a nice meal. Her server was brilliant but had more tables than she should and there was literally three employees socializing in the bar area. We will NEVER be there again.

The manager is unknowledgeable about local service laws. When he makes a mistake he gets aggressive, yells in front of the entire building, gives fake numbers to corporate and smirks the entire time while doing it. He apologized to my friend but was still condescending while doing it. He thinks he is above everything. He shouldn’t have a job in customer service if he has no genuine care for other human beings. He did all of this in front of my children on my birthday.

Against my better judgment, I came to Applebee's to have dinner with my son. I know that they are known for a low quality food, but figured it would be okay. First, I show up and ask the host to sit us somewhere away from the door because it was 10° outside and very cold. Then the host walks us to the very back. Thinking that was going to be a good idea even though she sat us right next to the delivery driver door that opened up every 5 minutes blasting us with cold air. My son asked for coffee and when she came out with a coffee he asked for cream and sugar. She came back three times after that and asked how his coffee was even though she didnt bring the cream and sugar. We asked for a new table and were moved away but once we sat down at our new table I realized that my glass of water had a very large black object floating around in it. I pointed it out and she said she'd bring me new glass of water. About 15 minutes later she brings our food out and ask if we would like A1 sauce. After saying yes, she walks off and serves drinks, greets new guests, and takes another guests order. Then she comes back and says "oh I'll be back with your A1 sauce." Then she comes back with two new coffees with still no cream and sugar. The little device that's on the table was dead and didn't work. So we asked for a new answer. My son could play a game on it, we swiped our card and the touch screen didn't work. But it took our money anyway. I never got that water. My son never got the cream and sugar. Probably a good thing. I have never not tipped less than 20% at an establishment. I didn't tip a penny and I will not return.

Monday Jan 15th around 5:30-7PM. So I spent about an hour and a half here. Pretty slow service. The food was good. However, the server was slow and the payment was really were the issues arise. It took 30 minutes just to pay!! After the bill was dropped off it took 10 minutes for her to collect payment. I told her to use a certain gift card first, then the full gift card. I even pointed out that the pin that is scratched is the first gift card to use then the other. Well she messed that up. Then she asked if she should correct it. Well yeah. I told her. That was a mistake because it took about another 20 minutes to fix the issue. I don't even know if she charged everything correctly because I didn't get a itemized receipt back. Just my balance. I feel like it was off a bit. I was late for a meeting at 7. So I had to rush out as I was already waiting 30 minutes to pay. I was late for my meeting. I didn't think it would take 30 minutes to pay or I would have chosen elsewhere or informed her of this. Not happy. Not sure I want to return to this location. Very unhappy.

I used to frequent this establishment more in the recent past and came out to celebrate my new job with my immediate family. Right from the start there were issues, the hostess had to clear a 4-top just to seat us and we had 5 people in our party. This made me have to grab a chair from another table and sit on the short end of the table. The server asked for our drinks and came back to our table about 5 minutes later telling me that nobody knew of this mudslide I ordered that I've had multiple times from this very restaurant before. We went over the drink options together and it appeared the drink was no longer on the menu. I then asked to see the manager so I could have them put a bug in the district manager's ear that a customer was disappointed that the drink was no longer available. In the meantime of waiting for the manager, the server only brought our onion rings and not our mozzarella sticks we ordered. Also, the onion rings didn't come with ranch but with marinara sauce instead. Once the server brought the mozzarella sticks, I noticed she never brought out the small plates that usually come out when multiple appetizers are ordered. When we were close to finishing the appetizers, the server came out with another table's order with the manager carrying a plate to help her out. I had to flag him down or he wouldn't have come over as I had asked. I then talked to him about the disappointment I had of not being able to order a mudslide. 45 minutes after we came into the restaurant, my wife finally got her strawberry lemonade that she had ordered with the server making excuses that the drink had to be mixed by someone else and that delayed it. About 5 minutes later, I was presented with a burger when I had ordered a 8 oz steak. It took another 5 minutes to get my meal and I found out that it had been under-cooked. I flagged the server down about my meal being under-cooked and she said the manager would be out shortly. My son then told me that his penne noodles were crunchy and my wife stated that her noodles were also not cooked thoroughly. At this point I was fuming and was keeping it in as best as I could, as the service was horrible. While I was still waiting for my meal to be corrected, my family had been able to finish their meals to the best of their ability with the way there's were cooked, so my wife asked for boxes for our littler kids' meals. She then had to ask again after the server had gone by us 4 times. Then the server came back to our table to tell us that the manager had removed the burger from our order that was never ordered in the first place, but the manager STILL didn't come to our table to address my under-cooked steak. That's when my wife and I noticed that the server never cleared any plates from our already crowded table, nor did she refill any of the drinks that we had. Overall we were there for over 90 minutes and I never got to eat a meal. I had to take the kids home and then run out to A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT (Arby's) to get a meal since I never got my steak re-cooked!!!

The food might be good but service to customers is trash. There is this talk white lady, almost athletic looking said she was coming to respond to me. And I was standing there for over 10 minutes waiting for her or just someone to respond to me for my pick up other. All what she does is just laugh with other colleagues and rambling all over the places. Meaningwhile there is another waiter at the cashier's desk, we were making eye contact and she didn't even bother to check in with me. No hard feelings, but if I hadn't work in such industry I would assume it's a norm. But I left and tried other place. Not sure I will return anytime soon

This Applebee's is awful with sevice and wishing you a happy birthday. They didn't even sing the song just brought out a bite size brownie and a spoon of ice cream for an adult. I will not be returning to this Applebee's anymore 😒 they have really bad customers service 👎👎👎👎👎😠

We went for happy hour, place was not busy. We ordered drinks and 3 appetizers. It took a half hour for our chips and salsa and the other 2 we didn't even get after waiting for almost 45 minutes. A server finally came back out and we inquired about the 2 apps. we hadn't received yet. She goes back in the kitchen and comes out with the 2 apps. but by that point we were getting ready to leave. They packed up the apps. and comped them as well. Not sure I would go back.

We had a waitress who was black, young, & rude. She had a terrible attitude, got our drink order & food order completely wrong, & every single customer she had put in a complaint. She didn’t clear out anyone’s plates, tossed food we planned on taking home, & took forever to get us anything we needed. The light skin guy with hair all over his head sat us down missing silverware, took 20 minutes after we got our food just to bring a fork. This was my 2nd & last time eating at this location. They need to better train their lazy, rude staff. Make staff pull back or cover their hair.

Tuesday, June 5th. The power was out when we got home today, so I took the kids out. It was very busy for dinner there. We sat at the table for a long time not being greeted by the waitress, a middle aged woman with dark hair, bob cut. My daughter pleaded for us to wait five more minutes when I said we were going to leave. She finally came 15 or 20 minutes after we sat down. Waitress finally showed up and took drink and food orders. I specified my order to be green beans and broccoli with my steak. The food came. No green beans, but potatoes instead, I reminded her about the green beans order. She never brought the waters that were ordered. She never brought green beans. I decided not to ask as there was obviously complete incompetetence. Three waters finally came mid meal. She didn't drop off the bill. I had to stand because my tailbone was hurting. I was going to leave my number with someone and have the GM give me a call. I guess me trying to head out before she was paid got her attention. She thought she brought the bill is what she said. Whatever. I wanted to ask for her manager, but I could tell by looking at the state of the floors with napkins and food all over the place, there was zero FOH management tonight. Worse waitress and service I ever experienced. Its a sinking ship there. Airhead of a hostess. Zero shts given.

Sat at car side to go for 15 minutes past when they said it would be ready, so I called, and my food came right out. My food was probably just sitting there while they were sitting in their booth doing nothing. It’s not that hard, figure it out.

I’m not one to be picky about restaurants because I know what it’s like to work in food service but I must complain about this disaster of a restaurant. It wasn’t even that busy when I went, took the workers 10 min to come and greet us in the restaurant. And then ANOTHER 20 min to take our drink order! Most of the staff were just running around talking to each other. (Female workers Saturday night 10/21). I let it go because I know how stressful working in a restaurant can be. That was until me and my sisters were still waiting and we see one of the workers hiding and on her phone. (Keep in mind we still haven’t had our drink order taken yet) Finally the waitress came and took our order. The food was terrible. Very undercooked and just overall sloppy and gross. The waitress just threw our silverware at us. Never came by the table to check on us. Took her 15 min to get a lemonade! Applebees is not what it used to be and it’s sad.

the waitress spilled salsa all over my shoes and clothes didn't even give me anything to wipe it off with i went for happy hour i ordered 2 boneless mild wings and 1 mozzarella stick the food was beyond cold i told the waitress she said they and chicken quesadilla just got out of the fryer i said then why are they cold i then spoke to the manager and she acted as if she didn't even care either i was very upset that the waitress had lied to me about my food being made fresh and coming just out of the fryer when i knew it wasn't i refuse to return after being treated this way

Very bad experience! Terrible food. The steak was cooked to beyond Well done! It was jerky! So they said they would make another one ASAP. That asap steak took over 45 minutes. Their solution... Give it to me to go... Who wants to eat a cold steak when you get home. The second steak was mostly fat and still over cooked. The potatoes with it were over cooked and rubbery! Our waitress didn't know that they have Angry orchard even though it was on the menu..? They told use to use their dumb machine on the table to pay our bill... When we tried it wouldn't work. Then we tried to pay our waitress and found out they charged us for a game on the dumb table machine just because "we used it" seriously?! Went to use the bathroom and there was blood all over the place! Sink, floor, garbage can...! And the price for all this fun.. a receipt with no prices. Just a total! $42 before tax for a lame steak and a bowl of mediocre pasta..!

Today was the worst Applebee's visit I have ever had. As we were getting seated we asked to go to a more private booth as we had a long day. The greeter made a snarky comment and sat us. We were greeted by the waitress and I made a silly joke about the small booth we were in ( this booth was tiny and awful to sit in). We ordered drinks and they came. The waitress then walked by us over a dozen times before we stood up and asked to pay for the drinks we barely touched. She asked if we wanted our things to go but she never even took our orders. We had menus sitting on the end of the table. They are usually taken when food has been ordered so that was a good sign we didn't order. But as she was ignoring us she was way more than helpful to 6 tables around us and clearly avoiding us. The manager Ray was watching from the distance and never approached the scene. We left and I called the store to report the incident and he stated he saw an issue but thought the server handle it. As a manager observing a scene they should have approached and asked. Half the staff gave us dirty looks and we will never ever go here again. We however had excellent service and food at Red Robin in Plymouth. The waitress still made us pay for the drinks. The Pepsi and Shirley.

My food was what you expect but when it comes to ordering drinks don't be surprised when they "accidentally" up charge you. I ordered one drink off of the happy hour menu and when I received my bill it showed a different drink! This is in unacceptable! I confronted the worker who admitted to working with Applebee's for an extended period of time, and who admitted to knowing the difference between the drinks before I tried to correct them. I was not offer the opportunity to make this situation right. There's no point in drinking here if the employees cant be open and knowledgeable about what they are serving.

Went to this location this evening with my family of 11. We we're acknowledged once and that's when we walked in and were seated. We sat for 10 minutes no type of update on the possible wait, which would've been much appreciated. Literally no one offered us water for that matter. Witnessed a waiter with a terrible attitude that snapped at the bartender when he asked him if he was going to help us. I also overheard the waitress on my way to the restroom ask the waiter with the attitude "Are you gonna help them?" As if she had no intention on helping us either. I get that the service industry can be very stressful I have been in there myself a timeb in my life but communication can go a long way we were all willing to be patient with them.

The cheese pizza tasted like glue and made me get food poisoning

Hadn't been to applebees in years remembered I did enjoy the shrimp parmesan steak....yesterday the whole meal was horrible..service was bad hardly anyone there that should of made me tunaround.....I will never waste my money at another applebees due to that bad experience...definitely need a new chef....

Very rarely do I write reviews, it was slow , even slower response time from the server. The food was awful , this is this first time in along time I didn’t even bother taking my left overs. Dry, chewy flavorless, poorly seasoned food . Wouldn’t even be worth it if it was half the price! Seriously what happened? The food was not even tolerable. Applebees food is just poor quality. Good thing mc ds is open , at least I know my food will be edible.

Love evrey apple bees do atmosphere I rated a 4. This particular location is just not good. Food gets served cold. No refills. Hard to get a server to come around TO get refills. Had to wait on a breadstick that comes with the meal. I would not have complained if the restaurant was visibly busy but it was 11:00 at night and there was only 3 other tables. Came with my husband and two kids. Was just a waste of money as the food tasted horrible and was just cold. Could of saved 60$ and been happier with McDonald’s across the lot.

May have bite into my nachos (that took 25 mins to get) and ended up with a band aid wrapper in my mouth. Took another 10 mins to get a waitress to come over. Waitress was unaffected at the showing of the band aid wrapper and told manager. Manager seemed a little lost and made no offers to remedy the horrible situation. Ended up not paying for anything (or finishing the other food items) and got up and left. Never to return.

Overall a one star, I had to seat myself, chase down my waiter for simple items, no one wanted to help or serve me, they messed up my food multiple times, and just bluntly ignored me and my family. My chicken was stringy and undercooked and tasted like something I could get for free at a middle school. Do better Apple bees :(

Service was excellent, dining room was clean, and food was served very quickly. However, the food served was burned to a crisp, extra dry and covered in oil. The food really let me down. There is need for improvement.

The manager Issac swore at me and was extremely rude. There was an issue with my order so I called and spoke with a manager upon speaking with him. He told me he would give me a trio which is a $15 appetizer. My entire order was wrong and somethings were missing. I explained I would rather have a refund since my total was $85. He assured me he would put that back on my card. I called the following week when I realize it was not in fact Refunded, he swore at me and told me I didn’t give him the right card number to refund we’ve been going to this restaurant for 10+ years we will no longer be returning here. We watch the customer service go downhill.

We walked into a 1/2 empty restaurant and waited at least 10 (during "dinner rush") minutes at the door. No hostess, and only 1 waitress visible. There were 3 parties waiting at the door. Finally someone came up and asked if we had been helped. They left to get someone, and after another waiting period, my wife and I left. We tried to give the restaurant a chance, but if they can't seat people in a timely manner, we were afraid how long the food would take and decided to leave. Won't be trying that again.

This is the first time in my 45 years of life that I Did not leave a tip. I came in tonight with my daughter because it was Tuesday and kids eat for $1.99. I don’t often go out to eat, and when I do, I like to save money when I can. I was seated quickly And my server, Justin G Started out very attentive and kind. However, after he gave us our food, we did not see him for a very long time, and I waited for a box and the bill. Because I waited so long, I handed him my credit card before looking at the bill and he walked away and ran the card, but when I looked at the receipt, I noticed he charged me for a full kids meal. When he came back with the receipt that I paid, I Asked if they were still running the dollar $1.99 kids special. He replied with “Oh is it Tuesday?” This was shocking because the place was full of kids. And he seemed like a waiter who had worked there for a while and would know that Tuesday was kids night. He offered to go speak to a manager, but when he finally came back, he Said all his manager could do was give me a free kids meal when I came back. I did not want to come back. I wanted the bill fixed and he said it was not possible to Refund me And rerun my credit card. I explained to him that that was absurd and that if the bill was incorrect, they should be able to do that or he should be able to offer me another option. He could’ve even said I can refund you and then you pay cash or something, but he didn’t offer anything else and just stared at me with an odd look as if I was crazy. He did say “I’m sorry this was my fault” which I agreed, but I explained to him that his manager could pay his tip because I was overcharged for my meal.

Waitress was rude and unprofessional! There wasnt busy when my sister and I went for lunch. This lady asked me what I wanted to drink I ordered a tea. However she just assumed we both wanted the same walked away and said so two teas didnt even asked my sister or confirmed that was what she wanted. She didnt even gave us a chance to order an appetizer she just walked away. When she came back with two exact same drinks we told her my sister actually wanted to order something different she just didnt gave us a chance. This lady just rolled her eyes at us and walked away! She didnt even apologized or asked what my sister wanted or something to make it right! Next minute we have a different waitress helping us. I guess this lady refused to help us instead of admitting it was her mistake not ours! Thankfully the second waitress was wonderfull! He was nice, courteous, friendly and wonderful overall! Went there at 9:30 tonight. No host so we sat in bar area. Place was filthy - a number of tables with dishes and food from previous customers. A lady came out and gave us menus but clearly told us she would not be taking our order as she wasn’t our server. About 10 minutes later a young man came to our table and took our drink order. After another 5 minutes we hadn’t seen him so we left. The staff was way more interested in dancing with each other and chatting than they were giving anything close to service. We won’t be back which is a shame because this location used to be nice but now it’s clear there is no effective leadership.
