This was our first time coming to this Olive Garden and everyone was so kind from the moment they opened the doors for my pregnant self and my husband, to the hostess guiding us to our table and the phenomenal service provided by our server, Carla. She came quick to greet us and get our drink order. She suggested to bring our appetizers and soup/salad first while we took time to see what entrees we were going to be having. She was very knowledgeable about the tea I always order and explained how it was made. Which no one at any Olive Garden has ever been that informative. And I really appreciated knowing how my tea is made. She checked if we were ready to order our entrees at the perfect amount of time. I love that she checked on us after we got our entrees with again the perfect amount of time. And when we were done, she kindly put our food in to go boxes for us and my tea in a to go cup. Honestly, one of the best servers I’ve had in my life. If you ask for her, you won’t be disappointed, and make sure to leave a tip to the amazing server! Thank you, Carla, for a great experience :)
I forgot about Olive Garden to be honest. We went back yesterday and food was great!
My husband and I enjoy the lunch time 'soup, salad & breadsticks'. Even with a generous tip, we can eat our fill for a total of $25. This particular Olive Garden is already showing signs of wear. The chair I first sat in wobbled, and my napkin I was first given was stained. I also prefer to get the check from the server rather than interact with the device on the table.
It was amazing, we got there at 6 pm and the server we had was amazing. His name was Alejandro and he was so kind and friendly. He made the experience worth coming here.
We had a table of 11 on a sunday afternoon after church, the wait was only about 5 minutes until they got our table ready. The waitress did such a great job handling our big group. Everything was delicious.

Popped in on a Sunday, no wait time, seated very quickly, our waitress was Brittney, she was great, drinks were never empty, food came very fast. Could’ve used more Alfredo sauce, but overall great. Will return
We were there for our women's Christmas party tonight. There were three churches represented and there were only two waitresses working our event and they were amazing. Every order was taken and served exactly as ordered. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Amber took such good care of us! We will definitely be back.
The atmosphere was good but our service wasn't the greatest. Our server started out pretty good but then slowly dropped the ball as he would forget to bring items back to the table. He didn't stay really focused on his job as he was mainly focused on other things than just taking care of his customers. I started working in restaurants when I was 17 so I understand the Food Service better than most. His tip reflected his effort in work. It's not about One customer or a table that's going to possibly tip you better it's about treating everyone like family and having equal service. I will try again at some point to revisit and maybe a different server will make the experience and level of stars greater
Joanna is the absolute best waitress we’ve never had anywhere! This is our 2nd time having her as a server here and she will not disappoint! She’s very down to earth and really goes above and beyond for her customers.
What can I say. Everything about this store is great. I've been several times by now & have yet to have a bad experience. Parking is reasonable. Location is great. Property is clean. Service is good to excellent. Food is good. Prices are a bit high but I guess everything is going up now so not surprised. Definitely a good spot
Today Was Absolutely Best Service Ever With Our Waitress Rosa! She Was Patient, Funny & It Just Felt Like We Were @ Her Restaurant If It Was Her's. She Took Care Of Us In Every Way, She Was Fast & Listened Carefully To How We Wanted Our Food & Definitely Not A Stranger To Explain Specials & Discuss Food Dish. Everything Was Perfect & Our Waitress Rosa Was Definitely 💯 Dj Nando & Boo Loved Olive Garden Today
Shrimp sautéed in a garlic sauce, tossed with asparagus, tomatoes, and angel hair. Downside - Olive Garden incorporated the stalky, hard and fibrous lower bottom end of the asparagus stalk instead of the upper tender upper portion, so the complete entrée was not overall the best.
Our experience at lunch this week was top notch. Server was friendly and attentive. Food was yummy!
Our waitress was wonderful. The food was hot and fresh, and the restaurant was very clean. Friendly staff all around. The food came to our table quickly. If we’re ever back in the area, we’ll stop here again. Very good place to eat.
We had a great time at this location. Our server was very friendly and very attentive she even gave us a mountain of cheese for our food, which was great! The food didn't disappoint either. The steak was well done and very flavorful, which didn't need A1 sauce, and the chicken Alfredo hit the spot and was delicious. The soup and salad with the cheese sticks, of course, were delicious as well. We will be back when we are in the area!
We came to this Olive Garden & enjoyed it very much. The food & drinks were good & service was great. I had the Chicken Marsala . My wife loved the Italian Margarita & my strawberry lemonade was good too. Our server Gracie was the best ! I would definitely recommend you give this location a try .

To start off with the server took our drink order.Then, said he would be back in a couple minutes to take our order. I had to physically go find him. Then server never came back to ask if we wanted tea refills or bread refills.
Had a good meal with family here. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food came out quickly and I liked the ambience of this location. The restaurant had a great selection of seasonal cocktails, although they were fairly weak in strength, but still tasted great!
We went to Olive Garden to celebrate Mother’s Day, and while the food was delicious, our experience was slightly overshadowed by the fact that our waitress was not exactly rude, but very short and a lot of our requests were delayed because she either forgot or decided we didn’t need them. While she did rectify the issue, it was handled in a way that made me feel like perhaps she needed more training and customer service. Simple things like timing of when the food came out and asking for extra sauces, and things that didn’t get brought until the meal was basically over can really affect the overall experience..

Servers are always lazy and nonchalant that we are waiting for 25 mins or more to be served New Caney Texas. They will walk right pass you and look straight ahead. I have just started getting it to go or the bar which is nasty. Bartender always licking his thumb after he makes a drink 🤔.
The hostess seemed unhappy and bothered, they really need to get greeters/hostesses that enjoy their job and will make people feel welcome there. Seriously! The soup was lacking, definitely less quality than I remember having it a few years ago. The soup broth was too watery, it was full of sliced potatoes, not much Italian sausage in it, and the kale was limited as well. I used to love their soups, but not anymore. The service was great; the waitress was very nice, sweet, smiling, kept our tea filled, brought out the grated cheese and pepper for my soup and salad. It's loud in there!!!
Horrible place, horrible customer service, horrible servers, came in at 8:30 with my family and the place was empty and they said we’ll put your tables together, 40min had past and we asked them if the table was ready and they all looked confused like if he just had got there when we been there for 40min already, so we ended up just leaving and as we were leaving they said the table was finally ready smh so we left and took out business to Chili’s and the server got a big appreciation tip. Horrible experience here at this Olive Garden!!!!
