I did a delivery order through them and I like Canadian bacon instead of regular bacon so when I called them they went above and beyond to make sure that I got what I wanted and it's not normal for a McDonald's to do that so I think they should know that I'm very appreciative

I love to enjoy my local McDonald's. Only one thing would make all McDonald's better and that's to permanently add the spicy chicken nuggets to the menu. My husband can't help but mention them every time we pull into any McDonald's. I am 100% sure he is not the only one patiently waiting for them to return.

I went here on 8/28 and I must say the manager at the 2nd window was so sweet , and professional if all McDonald’s had people like her working there I think McDonald’s customer service would have Chick Fil A’s customer service beat. I use the McDonald's mobile app and it's really worth it- great deals. Curbside pickup is so easy/convenient, just be aware the drive-thru line can get pretty out of hand and the merging lanes in the drive-thru don't make it any easier. The staff is always friendly and nice and even ask if you want any condiments. The outside isn't pretty but the service makes up for it.

Fast service, but the order taker was quite rude. She obviously wasn't paying much attention to us because every item I ordered I had to repeat ateast once sometimes twice, which was a little aggravating but what made it worse was the attitude she had while handling it. They weren't that busy so I don't if she was trying to multitask, or if she was new. Either was there was no need for the negative attitude. The order was made right and the people who were handing out food made up for the first girl.

I just stopped here to get a late lunch with my kiddo. We ordered through the mobile app and then chose to have them bring our food out to us curbside. The double cheeseburger was one of the best even though they had lettuce thrown in it accidently all on my bread. My kids chicken nuggets were juicy and fresh and so were the fries. The food took a little longer than expected coming out and there wasn't numbers on the curbside spots so us and the employee who brought us our food out was a little confused. But overall the food and service was good.

One of the best staffs around. Good people, friendly, food is hot and prepared nicely..not squashed and fries have always been hot. I love the cokes here! They don't always honor the McDonald's deals. And, I have found owner/ operator to be unresponsive to comments.

What can I say, it's McDonald's....on this particular day, we went through the drive thru at 10 am for breakfast. Ordered sausage mcgriddle, bacon egg and cheese biscuit, 2 hash browns and coffee. The line moved quickly, our order was correct and the food was fresh. But then again, it's McDonald's, so you never know

They are cleaner than the last time I’ve ever been to this location. Definitely has changed a lot. The servers could be a bit more attentive to the customers but then again, this is a fast food place. Also, bathrooms are respectably clean and I am so appreciative of that. Only downfall is that I wish they had a toddler seat in the bigger cubicle to be able to set your kid down while you need to use the restroom. But besides that, not bad.

Just stopped in for a few drinks and french fries. The guy working the window was pleasant, and the line went smoothly.

The items I got were great, but the service was not very good, the girl at the window serving us was forgetting everything. We were running late too, but it took 15 minutes to get 3 coffees. We're do I start, first your employees don't give my parents they're coffee that were sitting on the counter, once they told one of your employees we were almost finished. Plus adding extra stuff that we don't need, great job 👌, I know we're not the only ones that had this happen too. Only one of the employees was helping us and it was her first day.

Humble McD location made our order wrong even though it was correct on receipt. Supposedly, they are still waiting for a "part" so they can fix the broken ice cream machine. (going on a year now) Hit up the Porter McD location for correct food items and ice cream whenever you want it. 😋

Attentive staff. Fast food experience was overall positive. Place was clean and well kept. Play place is tiny but good for toddlers. Busy but not overcrowded. 3 stars only because music selection was awful. Like worse than 80’s hair bands bad. Seriously not familiar with any song that was played. All tracks were terrible. Please change the music and I’ll come back inside.

The guy running the speaker was more concerned about getting us out of there then taking our order. They forgot the tomatoes we got charged extra for.

We didn't go in so don't know anything about the atmosphere. They burned my English muffin and it made the sandwich taste burnt. Even if the inside is burnt on the end - if it's black, it needs to be redone. Husband's was perfect.

I came here to pick up a DoorDash order. This was my first visit but it wasn’t smooth. I walked inside and I was told they were having problems with the online orders not showing so I showed them the items needed for this order. I waited about ten minutes and when they had it ready, they asked for my order number, I verified it once more. The bag was sealed and I didn’t want to open it as it would be tampering. When I dropped off the order I let the customer know they were having issues so I wasn’t sure if it was right and sure enough, upon her opening the bag, it was totally wrong. Felt bad that I had to make them wait so long only to get the wrong food handed out to me.

I rarely go here that there is not a problem with my order. I had to go back two days ago because they didn't pack part of my order. While waiting, the person in charge could be heard yelling at the kitchen staff. This is a toxic work environment. More training or better management is all that will help this location.

The employees are great unfortunately the service is so slow. The food is not very warm and sometimes seems old

I was thirsty, I ordered a Dr. Pepper, I waited in line for 10 minutes, workers on their phones, not friendly, Dr. Pepper was out of syrup. I know accidents happen but it was just a terrible experience my first and only time coming to this location.

Pull up to the drive-thru at 10:32 a.m. go to place a lunch order instead of breakfast that's not the real problem. But at 10:32 a.m. having to wait 6.3 minutes for a large cup of coffee. Apparently somebody on their manager staff doesn't understand procedures in your company policies or how to manage what they're doing

All I wanted was an ice cream cone. I waited at the drive through for 10 minutes before I realized the cars weren't moving and we were stuck. Finally, I was able to get out and in another line. The staff was not friendly. The service was slow. I don't really know about the food since I only got an ice cream.

I asked for a plain and dry cheeseburger and they gave me a burger with everything on it and 4pc nuggets that I didn't ask for and a random happy meal. All 2 of my combos for my siblings were incorrect sizes

Order a regular order mcflurry for my little one. Maybe I am old but I remember the mcflurry was blended and given to you in a plastic capped cup. What I received was a very thin cardboard, flimsy, coffee cup sleeve thing full of ice cream with a hand full of oreo bits on top. Not even blended just sitting on top. How am I suppose to hand that to a little kid. I mean when I grabbed it; it was the same as grabbing a drink at the top with no lid. I know most of you know what I am talking about. Do better McDonald's. You expect me to give that entire contraption to a kid.

This location forgot my 10pc nuggets and Quarter Pounder. Usually not a big deal to me, however, I mistakenly only thought I was missing my nuggets. So I went in and told them so. They gave it to me. But then afterwards in my car, I realized I was missing the Quarter Pounder as well so I had to go back in. Why treat me like I'm lying and argue with me? I'm not trying to hassle anyone. I just wanted my food. Most of the service people there were extremely rude to me the second time. I think my order was two bags but I only got one, hence the error. Either way, they were rude as heck.

The play place is really bad there’s kids screaming and running all over the place, in my opinion I think they should put rules and if they don’t follow them they should be warned at least but I conclusion the environment is terrible and they don’t give warnings or tell anything to people or people kids that don’t follow rules

This was the 3rd time that I paid another store for my food. The app apparently picking up the wrong MacDonald's . I showed them that I paid and they told me to drive to the other location. I should have known better but most locations won't take complete the transaction until I am in the correct parking lot.

Usually this location was pretty good until about a year ago, I ordered a double quarter pounder meal along with 3 other meals for my group to go. My problem was not that it was way too under cooked ( as is the case at several locations as I’m told the average widely accepted cooking time was not adjusted for new patties) and that I had to drive over 30 miles back to the location to give it back and receive my money back. My problem was the shift manager I spoke to and met with face to face had longer hair for a male and wasn’t properly restrained as well as having black nail polish on his fingernails. Not only as a good service employee but as a supervisor setting and executing the food safety standards for the rest of the employees in the store, I found it tacky and unprofessional to say the least and stopped visiting this location altogether. Very disappointing.

We asked for sauces which we didn’t get. The line took forever so we didn’t even try to go back to get our sauces and the fries had no salt. If you don’t like working at night then don’t work there?

Today as I was doing UberEats delivery I encountered very rude employees. No regard for me. I heard them laughing in the background. My customers order came with a McFlurry. They said they didn’t serve ice cream at the time so instead I just asked for the rest of the meal and I would explain it to my customer that they were out of ice cream. They just continued to argue with me saying they couldn’t give me the cheeseburgers because of the ice cream on the order. After asking one more time I got no response. After sitting for 5 minutes waiting for a response I got nothing and was forced to leave as a line was forming behind me. They made me miss out on making money and doing another order. Extremely rude staff. VERY LAZY. Very slow. Don’t recommend at all.

Saturday was probably the worst McDonald's experience I've had in a long time. We ordered through the app, got our receipt at drive through, they gave our order to someone else, the first guy at the window then declared that "you must have messed up your order online because we don't have it". When I showed him the receipt his response was "I don't know what to tell you" and walked away. I asked for a manager when he came back, the manager seemed legitimately confused as to how to respond. I went around and inside the store. There were multiple door dash orders with no receipts on them, orders to the wrong people, mistakes in the orders it was chaos. When I asked the manager if there was a store manager present he said no, he didn't know who that was. I had to guide him step by step through what would be a good response to my situation. It then took another 20 minutes to get our order. Total time at this location was 38 minutes for some nuggets, fries and a chicken sandwich. I honestly feel bad for the store manager who will have to deal with the complaints. Hope this was just a bad evening.

The person at the window has a bad way of talking to customers. It took us more than 10 minutes to be served and when he attended us he asked us to go to the window (we had a code) another 5 minutes passed to be served and he simply told us with a bad attitude "we don't have the order here." We confirmed the location and it was the right store but they didn't want to serve us.

I usually never go out of my way to write reviews but I just went through some of the worst customer service. I drove through the drive thru and neither intercom was working after waiting a few minutes in each. I decided to drive to the window and let them know what was going on. The guy in the first window didn’t see me as he was on the phone and the manager (Riley) on the second window said she couldn’t take my order that they were understaffed and didn’t have a register to take my order. I asked what I could do. She replied that she couldn’t take my order there and I would have to go back around because the person at the first window was the only one to take my order but he was on leaning on the counter on the phone!!! A manager should be a problem solver. I understand things like this happen but there’s solutions in ways to handle. I will never go back to this McDonald’s because of Riley’s “management” service. Mind you, I am a very patient person.

Took drink back through window ( against food handlers) 4. Received burger with wrong ingredients asked for it to be fixed at window the manager took the food back through the window had them scrap off the the top bun and gave it back! Location always has issues I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin and this is what I get. I called corporate for a refund then this guy calls me back from a unkown number few days later tells they will give me a refund to come back in. I did when i asked for the refund at they store they tell me they did not know what i was talking about. I am still waiting for my refund Will!
