It's been awhile since I have been to five guys, and I guess five guys thinks it's still cool to charge separate for everything. Ok, I get it make a profit. We got 4 burgers, grilled cheese, hotdog, shake, two drinks, and two fries, $109. The anticipation is building! Im ready to enter into burger heaven. No salted patty, five guys, your days are numbered, terrible. Literally two slivers of mushrooms, and the grilled onions; I guess I needed a separate upcharge to get a bite full onions. The fries were good, but they are fries with Creole seasoning. Listen, smash burgers are good, this location, it's a no and the price point is terrible. And if you are going to charge for every item, then it better be damn good. You are missing the mark five guys at 99. I guess you know that, I'm the only family in here at 8PM.

Unfortunately, the food is delicious but $88 for two adult burgers, three kids burgers, five small drinks and three regular french fries is absurd. My burger was dry my husbands was delicious my kids ate. Just disappointed we can’t come back due to pricing.

I've visited this location on several different times but by far this was the worse experience.. We arrived & placed our order at 6:12 p.m., cashier called back 2 patties, took the next guest order. it was order #60 in front of us, our order #61 & then order #62. We're patiently waiting & I start noticing the young man on fries was taking extremely long with making fries, placing in bags & calling out for pickup. It was taking him so long that I was able to witness the manager give an employee who was off his check, sign for it & even tell him where he could cash since he didn't have a bank account & still our order wasn't ready! The young lady who took our order walks to the guy doing fries & asked him why he didn't call out an order that was ready & he tells her he was busy? that's literally his job but she calls out order #60! now I'm frustrated & walk up & state plz hurry up & stop playing with the fries as I need to leave! then & only then the manager asks what's the problem? the problem is I need to leave & he's playing with the fries! she proceeds to say it's his 3rd day or 1st day on fries & he's in training! if that is true then someone should be assisting or at best monitoring him which was not the case! I didn't leave until 6:29pm. so now my burger is cold & he OVERCOOKED the fries & they are extremely hard! I'm livid

So tell me why I just spent over $50 for three people to eat just to sit here and listen to the chubby cook with glasses tell his co workers that “if the people ordered patty melts they can wait as long as it takes”. I mean you know we are sitting here listening to you correct? And even when the manager noticed that they had been overheard she did nothing. Way too much talk not enough cooking and way too much clowning around for people to spend this kind of money on a burger. And for the love of god teach your staff not to clean dirty kitchen towels in the hand wash sink right in front of customers. There are five staff members and three customers in the entire restaurant, pay attention to your guests you can socialize later.

The place is clean and empty when I went, there are bathrooms available for customers, the bathroom is clean and smells nice. About the food, the burger is good, and the bacon hot dog is cheese and great, but the fries are always black and taste like old oil, there were peanuts available to eat, it was the first time I saw them available in this location.

This place is expensive for no reason the fries weren’t even seasoned. They tasted so plain. I’m sorry but 65$ for 3 simple meals is crazy for me . And they need to make combos because buying everything separately is too much . They had fast service is the only good thing . Employees made me feel so uncomfortable they were just staring at me and talking to each other . I left and ate at my house .

Five guys is running a special offer for their 40th anniversary, the site is non responsive, we tried for over an hour and the staff simply states there is NOTHING they can do. You are part of Five Guys so the burden is partly yours, not the customers.

Prices are an absolute joke! $50 for 2 people. They also sized down their fries. No more cups. Ordered a large and got a small size with no extra bagged fries. Strinkflation at it's finest.

Wow one of the worst burgers I ever had i went for the 2nd time to give it another try no im done no flavor and bread not even toasted straight out the package is what it tastes like sorry its not for me

We love Five Guys. So much I'd spend $75 to feed my crew and wife, 4 people. But today they sucked. The patties were overcooked and dry. Dry at FG? 👀 And the fries tasted like old burnt oil. Her bun less burger was thrown together, not together. It's the main reason for going, so she can have it. Nothing about today's food was Five Guys. It's so weird. I mean do we go back or is this the slide, how it is now up there? As the owner of a 5star shop in the area I don't give this rating lightly. But it was deserved. Be better.

Horrible experience today at this location. I informed the staff member that the floors were very slippery since it was wet outside and the gentleman assisting was nice and said “ok thanks”. The manager came from the back and said is there an issue and I said the floor is wet, I almost fell. He rudely said it’s not wet, be careful and it’s moist in the store. He proceeded to tell me that it’s too early to deal with this. I asked for his manager snd he said my name is Charles Bird, that’s all you need to know. As someone who frequents this location often, I will no longer return. He was rude and dismissive when as a patron, I was simply informing the staff of a potential safety concern. I’m not sure if anyone will see this message but please be mindful that perception and customer service should be lead by the manager and it wasn’t in the instance. 1 star is too high for the recent visit.

Today September 14 from 7-8pm I went with my family to eat and we were forced out by a African American manager with a black shirt because we were “too loud” he was very unprofessional everybody was in shock when he kicked us out, one lady told said she’s never witnessed a situation like that before. Before kicking us out he turned on loud music and told us “y'all don’t like loud noise don’t y'all”. We usually come 1-2x a month after church but we now feel uncomfortable and unsafe to eat there.

Thankfully the people here are very friendly, and the music overhead is descent. After about three bites of my cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce and pickle I needed to drown the poor dried out cow with ketchup cause going for a refill on my drink should not have happened so soon. The fries, while in large portions even as a small order, were also overdone. It is sad that I can get a juicier burger at nearly any fast-food place, and for better prices.
