First time eating at the café. We came in after church so there was a 10 minute wait. Didn't wait the whole 10. Lynn was our server, and she was fantastic all around! She knew the menu. Had great suggestions. Helped us substitute the items we didn't want. Never had a empty glass. Everything came out as we ordered and everything tasted fantastic. The chicken and waffles were delicious. When we come back, because we definitely will, I'll be asking for Lynn every time. Thank you, Lynn for such a great breakfast/lunch.

This place was very fast pace! The food was very good 5/5 but service could have been better. The waitress could bring us more drinks and check on us! I got the Ruben and my wife got the fried chicken sandwich with the pretzel bun🥨 Both were really delicious 🤤 This place was packed when we were there the wait was about 10-15 min. So they did great 👍

We’ve come here many times because we live in the area and I love their food and drinks. We we’re so sad when we realized last time we left our to go box at the table! French toast and Arnold’s with hash brown casseroles are amazing always! Also the mimosas are definitely worth it because they are so strong, def a good champagne ratio!

Was okay. Half our plates had a good amount of food, and the other half were very small portions. I dont eat a ton and neither does my family member, but our portions were incredibly small. My son had the chicken and waffles and they were good with a good size portion. Breakfast food cost is very inexpensive, not sure why portions are so small after paying $15 or more per meal. Service was pretty good and welcoming.

I’ve visited this place before and decided to give it another try for my birthday. There are definitely some things they do really well. The burger was delicious, the lemon ricotta pancake was amazing, and the service is wonderful every single time. I also really enjoy the bottomless coffee! However, a couple of items missed the mark again. The soup and hash brown casserole were much saltier than expected, and for the price, I wish the overall experience felt a bit more balanced. I truly appreciate the great staff and the dishes they do get right, but I’m still hoping for a little more consistency to feel fully satisfied with what I’m paying.

First time eating here and I did a pick up order. The lady in the front was nice and attentive. After receiving my food I sat in the car and ate. The food is not worth the price. First, the avacado toast, disgusting,cold, soggy, unflavored. The chili hash- not good at all even my dog wouldn’t eat it. The French toast- it lacked appeal, it was cold but the sauce made it good. No other complaints on that. The other breakfast plate was decent my only complaint is that the pork chop was cold but it had good flavor, the potatos was good as well as the hash browns. Overall idk if I’ll come back because it was a complete disappointment. To order food, pick it up and it be cold and soggy immediately after getting it is just crazy to me

This was my first time at The Toasted Yolk Cafe. Perhaps my rating is a bit low because I had heard such good comments about it and I had high expectations. I ended up getting the crawfish omelette with zydeco sauce, hash brown casserole and biscuit. I can honestly say I was not impressed. Their brand of green salsa on the table definitely helped, but I still couldn't finish the food, just because the flavors were not that good and the biscuit was crunchy. The cleanliness of the restaurant atmosphere and service were impeccable, though. I ended up trying my daughter's food as well, which was better, but still not as good as I was hoping for the price of the food. Can't say as I would go back and if I did, I would definitely order something different.

Food is average. Atmosphere always feels rushed because theyre so busy trying to get people in and out. Service is horrible, they truly don't care about customer service, just want to get people through. I ended up speaking with the manager, who couldn't have cared less about my concern, and basically just kept telling me "look we're busy" pointing and the line. And don't bother doing the online waitlist. Unlike all other restaurants offering this, the manager here told me joining online doesn't make a difference. They won't actually add you to the list until you check in in person, and then you get put at the bottom of the list, so whoever walked in before you will still be ahead of you. Because like the manager said "hey, we're busy". Who needs customer service when the place is busy without? I've been to plenty other trying to be uppity and "in" restaurants, and all make you feel welcome and put service first. Hard pass on this place.

Horrible experience at Toasted Yolk. We waited over 20 minutes for our food, and when it finally came out, it was cold.The pregnant waitress remain positive though out the experience , the manager failed to do her responsibility in making sure all the customers are happy and satisfied. I asked if the meal would be free since we waited so long and the food wasn’t even hot, and they said they would only do half off. Why should anyone pay for cold food after that kind of wait? I was so dissatisfied with my experience there. No real apology, no urgency, no customer care. This place clearly doesn’t value its customers. Definitely won’t be back.

My boyfriend and I came to Toasted Yolk Cafe expecting to enjoy brunch together, but that didn’t happen. My meal came out while my boyfriend received only his pancake. We were told the rest of his meal was still being prepared, so he sent the pancake back because he wanted his entire meal at the same time. When the remaining food finally arrived (not a long wait), it was cold, which was confusing since the pancake had been hot before. His meal had to be remade, and by the time it came out again, I had already finished eating. Instead of enjoying brunch together, he rushed through half his meal while I sat there done. Given the situation, I asked for his meal to be comped. Management only offered half off, which felt inadequate considering the service failure and the fact that our shared meal experience was completely disrupted. This could have been handled better. Do better.

I'm really disappointed. I always order from here for delivery, and I love the Nutella banana French toast. I always ask for extra Nutella, but this time they didn’t even bother to add it — as if they were the ones paying for it. On top of that, the French toast barely had any Nutella at all. I also ordered a side of oatmeal, and it didn’t come with any strawberries. I even had the delivery person ask about it, and they told her it did have strawberries — but it clearly didn’t. Don’t order delivery from here. The service is awful and dishonest.
