We actually bought some burgers at the drive through tonight and they made them almost as ordered, I asked for no cheese and they gave me cheese, the rest was perfect, plenty of lettuce which I liked. The order was made pretty quick as well, we were the only ones at the drive through though.

Whataburger was a mixed late-night stop around 11 PM to midnight. Kids’ meals were fine overall, but the fries were clearly old and stale. I asked for fresh ones and they were replaced without issue, which was appreciated. Tables needed cleaning, but it was late and there was a new employee training who seemed to be doing well. Still love a late-night Whataburger run despite the small misses.

They gave me the wrong drink (asked for diet Dr Pepper and given Diet Coke instead 🙃) and only given 2 napkins ….other than that…the food was hot and fresh! I haven’t been to Whataburger in over a month but the food was great as usual and fast.

Hamburger buns were cold, cheese was not melted. Onion rings didn't taste fresh.

First time here to experience Whataburger from another state because we dont have a Whataburger in the Westcoast. First things first the staff at this location lack awareness. Just about every team member here has their phone hanging on their back pocket ready to whip out and respond to a post. This team member took our order which was simple then forget to give us our drinks BUT she was super quick to ring up another drink. It really felt like her attention span is as short as a post. Poor lady in line was waiting to be assist but this team member awareness skill was non existences to tell that lady in line "I'll be right with you" too bad that lady in line didnt order on IG that worker would of checked her phone and put the order in. The time we waited to order you guys lost business. The girl that was in front of us literally left this joint. I bet you a simple "sorry for the wait, I will be right with you" would have saved that customer. Store manager take note ... have your staff leave their phone in the locker not on them in their back pocket on the work floor. I get it its a new generation blah blah blah these team members you manage are there to work. Study In & Out Burger I bet you see ZERO team member with a cell phone. I could only imagine what your rating score if this location was every reviewed by a secret shopper.

Came in for just four gravies instead of having to wait in the drive thru line and multiple workers said that they were getting them ready and after asking two employees and multiple look at me in the eye, Knowing what I asked for, I finally asked Brian and he made it happen. Employees are always friendly but this has to be the slowest burger stand on planet earth. 45 minutes for a Jr cheese burger 🤦‍♂️ my goodness. Its close to home so I stop by every once in a while but I’m always regret it. They must be under staffed please send help??

Placed my order and had the lady at the drive thru menu repeat and it was correct. Got to the window and the price was $3more, then the order was wrong. J asked the window employees if the shake was chocolate bc it looked vanilla and she said yes. Then she sakd the proce was more. Then she gave me an extra burger and I told her I didn't order that. She simply said the menu lady charged me two. So I said I hear you but I didnt order it. She huffed, started yelling to someone and shut the window. She came back, asked for the receipt and the burger and said theyd refund me. K once again asked about the shake and she said it was riggt. It wasn't, actually. Fast service but while I get things can be wrong, I dont appreciate that I kept being argued with. Wound up with half my order wrong, glares from employee and overall disappointed I chose them today.

The older lady at the front “Marisol” is very unkind. Seemed annoyed that we were there. She was rude, and very unwelcoming. She claimed she couldn’t find our order, and it took forever to get our food. I hope she’s not a manager with that horrendous attitude she has. Marisol, let’s do better!

Ordered a drink with my burger but didn’t get the drink because the machine was down. No biggie so I asked for a refund but was told no because I ordered on the app. When I challenged this absurdity I was told that I would have to figure out how to get a refund through the app on my own. And of course there is no refund request option on the app so they still have my money. Ridiculous!

Walked in to order. 3 employees behind the counter, manager standing in front of them just talking. Manager turned, saw me walked behind the counter. 1 employee came from behind the counter and placed her order ahead of me. I guess customer service doesn't mean anything. Food was very stale and disgusting the food was near cold not even room temperature. The girl at the window handed me my food NOT EVEN BAGGED no napkins or anything and was extremely bothered that I needed a bag for my food I’ve never been handed my combo with nothing to carry it in McDonald’s in GREENSPOINT has better service than this location. (Photo showing exactly how the cashier expected me to leave with my order) then didn’t even have enough coins to give me my correct change back when I paid cash.
