I have never been to a jersey Mike's before, I have literally not even eaten my food yet!!!! But the service is received from the 3 people working there was absolutely phenomenal!!! They were so knowledgeable of every sandwich, ingredient, they took so much pride in what they're doing and you could say, yeah they're making sandwiches. No, they making REPEAT CUSTOMERS!!!! again i havent even left the lot yet to eat my food. KAYLA, Greeted me as soon as I walked in, she was so kind and friendly, Brian was cutting the meats. Oh yeah, it's all freshly cut right infront of you! He even let me try a piece before I made a decision, and Melanie made my sandwich and she did not hold back!!! I will update after I've eaten but please, who ever hired and trained this staff, understand you are so fortunate to have such a great team!!!!

With a little over a week open establishment, our folks from JM Subs got the Valley loving it. Great clean and accessible location with the usual great taste of Jersey Mikes ways. What it doesn’t seem to be usual is their great contagious smiles, and positive attitude behind the glass. Monica took our order without rushing us to our decision. What’s best, she very respectfully made it fun at the time of taking my name for the order. One thing is missing in this place, your visit. I sure Joshua and Monica will be receiving you with a great and unique attitude for a great change of pace. Come and prove me wrong, the jovial tasteful attitude and the JMSub’s taste are a promising combo that we have been craving for in long time. Thanks guys, will see you soon!

When I walked in the amazing workers gave me immediate attention and when I told them it was my first time ordering they were super helpful with choosing the top picks. I ended up getting two subs, jalapeño crisps, and Pink lemonade mix with sweet tea. Will come back!

I love this place! You must come see Josh and Natalie at this location. They go above and beyond when making sure your sub order is correct and they get you out the door very fast. The whole staff is great at this location. Definitely my go-to place when I need to feed my huge family. Today I was surprised with my pickup order with a small note that made my day. Thank you Natalie for adding " enjoy this pretty day!!" That right there was special.

Me and my husband Scott went here for the first time today the in New Caney in the valley ranch shopping center the guy who took the order had a excellent personalality and the atmosphere was great definitely are going to go back next time we are in the area great food definitely will recommend

As always, this is the absolute BEST JM’s in the area! The place is run with efficiency, cleanliness, and kindness! Ryan is the epitome of a great manager and has his people running the place like a well oiled machine when he has a day off!!!

Perfectly grilled chicken, crispy bacon, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of ranch — every bite is packed with flavor. You can tell the ingredients are fresh, and the bread has that soft-yet-hearty texture that holds it all together without falling apart. The staff here is always friendly, the service is quick, and they get my order right every time. If you’re on the fence about what to try, go for the Bacon Chicken Ranch — it’s easily my new favorite sub anywhere.

I absolutely love this location. The service is always excellent. They are so well mannered no matter who is in there making the sandwiches or at the register. They make your food right in front of you, and are knowledgeable of the menu. The first few times I went, I didn't know much and they were very helpful. Some might say their prices are a little high, but so is everything else these days. I would gladly pay a little more for the fresh ingredients and great service you get here.

Hello, Just I tasted the tuna sandwich, and it was not the best choice. The drinks machine was not working And The tea was watered. I don’t not if i will come back, but i hole not!

First time ordering from this location. They put our could drinks leaning against our hot sandwiches. Still good but you shouldn't have to reheat your food when we get home. On the plus side service was great. I was in and out in under a minute.

Bad owner made my pregnant girlfriend cry for trying to do something nice 0-10

Very disrespectful manager , cussed at me , continue to threaten without allowing me to speak, made me cry to a extreme extent even at 5 months pregnant i would not come to this jersey mikes , Very Very uncomfortable atmosphere and not to mention that instead of being kind and calm , i was screamed at over someone else's issue not the managers but someone elses mistake or displacement of their property. As i came to return the property due the history of others not returning property to me i choose to be kind and wait for a call but instead of receiving kind words i was returned with this unprofessional "Manager's" disrespect and was spit at and threatened before being able to speak
