Food is DELICIOUS and flavorful. The sliders are the size of a regular chicken sandwiches so only one is needed. We all enjoyed it and we will be back. We got 2 oreo shakes to go and my son kept complaining of green stuff is his, once I looked it apperared to be some sort of bright greenish slimy substance. We threw the full shake away since we had alreay left. Side note: The small metal chairs are absolutely horrible. If you've got a little junk in the trunk or you're not a size zero you wont for on these chair.

I think this place just overtook Chick-fil-A in my life. The food was fantastic. The portions were just right. And I highly recommend having a shake with your food. Go ahead, dip those fries in that delicious ice cream. You won’t be sorry. I went with a fruity pebble. How about you?

Dave’s Hot Chicken never misses. The food was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor — exactly what you expect every time you come here. What really stood out on this visit was the service. The lady at the front was incredibly kind and went out of her way to give me a free milkshake voucher when I picked up my order, which was such a nice surprise and totally made my day. Great food, great vibes, and even better customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

This was some of the best hot chicken I've had. The food was really good and the service was outstanding. Elijah was friendly and patient while we decided what heat level to get. Later, he was wiping tables and checked with us to make sure we were satisfied with our decisions. Friendly service like that is virtually nonexistent these days. We were certainly impressed.

Me and my wife had a great experience at Dave Hot Chicken. Tyler or server is a rockstar, he explained the menu and gave great tips on what to order. The food was delicious. The restaurant was very clean and seems to run by good management. Definitely recommend this place

To start, this is my first time at any Dave's hot chicken. I won't be going to canes ever again i can tell you that. The staff was super friendly and very attentive. I cannot remeber for the life of me what the young mans name was. I believe it was Michael? He was working hard to make sure I got what I wanted and while they were not very busy when I was there I saw him cleaning and setting up the floor, wiping chairs, stocking things getting ready for the dinner rush I assume. The back end wasnt loud and obnoxious. They were doing the same from what i could tell. I ended up getting the tender meal with the spice level hot. I would describe the heat level like flaming hot chetos. Its not super hot but it does build up but your second tender. Bread was good, pickles were great, fries were good but ill skip the seasoning next time. The chicken was freaking juicy! The dry seasoning stayed on them very well. The sauce that it comes with is a little like the other place I won't name again and I think it balances the heat very well. It came out quick but felt like they took time to make sure it was really good and not rushed. Ill be back for sure!!! Ps the chairs are not comfortable, but what place has good chairs anymore. The booth was rather comfortable though. The bathroom was freaking spotless! Great job staff! Hope yalls boss reads this because yall deserve the hype.

Very great first time experience! Tyler was awesome at the counter and helped us out with what we wanted to order. I got the slider by itself (extra hot) my husband and daughter got the #1, 2 tenders with fries (mild). My daughter also ordered a mountain berry blast slushie and it was very good and refreshing. They also offer a variety of canned beers. I ordered the Art Car IPA. We will be back!

First time trying Dave’s and it was great. Staff is very friendly and made sure our order was right. The mac and cheese is gooey and delicious. The chicken is freshly made and not dry. You can add cheese to the fries.

The only reason why I give it 4 stars is because it's somewhat misleading. I ordered the #1, in their picture the have chicken, fries and pickles. In reality I got 2 sandwich breads. Like why don't just put the bread in the picture instead making ppl think they are getting fries. Yes it threw me off because I wanted to taste the fries thinking it was in my meal. Idk if it was just this location though, it was my first time at this food chain. Or maybe they were trying to be funny, idk 🤷‍♀️. Anyways, the flavor is a 10/10 & will probably go to another location next time.

First time trying Dave's hot chicken. After constantly seeing it throughout social media. The service from the employees was great fast and simple. The food visually looked great! But after trying it for the first time, it definitely has a unique taste to it, i assume, because of the seasoning/spices they put into it. But i wasn't really a fan. It's okay for the most part, but it's not great. The mac and cheese and oreo milk shake were good, though! 🔥 Nonetheless, this will be a one and done experience for me. There are better chicken places out there, in my opinion. But feel free to give a try yourself.

Went in for lunch with an open mind, seeing as this was my first time. It's very clean inside and the art on the walls is cool. It wasn't busy, so my food came out quick and fresh. Can now say that I have tried it. Nothing to bring me back. Fried pickles $8.00 … total of 10 bites and not at all impressive. Nothing special about the chicken. Overall, disappointed. I will say that the fries were delicious …. Crispy and a lovely seasoning. The attendant who waited on us was super nice and helpful.

First time trying Dave’s Hot Chicken. I ordered one of their sliders, which comes on a potato bun with kale slaw, pickles, and a drizzle of Dave’s sauce. Sounds simple enough… but my sandwich showed up looking like it was fighting for its LIFE 😭😂 The chicken was crazy looking and sticking out a whole mile past the bun (pics say it all). I’ve never seen a sandwich this chaotic in my life. Flavor-wise, it was just okay. Nothing special. Honestly, the fries were the best part of my meal. I just wish the sandwich tasted better and didn’t look like it was attempting to escape the bun. Overall, the food wasn’t amazing, but the presentation was straight-up comedy. If you want a normal-looking sandwich, good luck… but if you want dinner AND a laugh, this is the place. 😂🍗🔥

First time at Dave’s Hot Chicken and only the second time trying a hot chicken spot. There were three of us, and we ordered chicken strips (mild) and Dave’s Bites (hot), plus fries and pickles. Let me start with the only good thing: the fries. All three of us agreed the fries were the best part of the meal. They were seasoned and actually had flavor. The pickles were okay too. Now the chicken… absolutely no flavor. None. The strips tasted like nothing but salt and grease. No seasoning, no depth, no flavor inside the chicken at all—just salt. The “hot” Dave’s Bites weren’t hot at all. Again, just salty. Heat shouldn’t mean dumping salt on food and calling it a day. The Dave’s sauce was also a disappointment. It tasted like a random mix of mayonnaise with a hint of mustard—no real flavor and honestly not good. Out of four chicken strips, two people took one bite and stopped eating. I tried one Dave’s Bite and that was enough for me. For almost $39 (no drinks included), all we got was chicken that nobody wanted to finish. That price covered three meals with two chicken strips and fries, one Dave’s Bites meal with fries, pickles, and sauce. Nearly forty dollars… wasted. If the chicken wasn’t so salty, this place might have potential. But salt is not flavor. For that price, I expected way more. You’d honestly be better off getting chicken from Church’s and adding hot sauce yourself. Disappointed and won’t be back.

I ordered through DoorDash , DoorDash does NOT give you the option to add extra slaw and Tristian “the manager” tells me it does give that option, I’ve ordered through DoorDash plenty of times and called and asked for extra and it was was never a problem until today??? The young lady that answered the phone said I’ll make sure they add extra and they literally added nothing. Tristian was very unhelpful especially to be the manager don’t come to work if we don’t want to be there folks! 24 dollars for this order and I couldn’t get what I asked for is not right!
