Flavors are excellent! Have ordered pickup several times and the establishment always ensures everything is correct. The chicken and shrimp cashew is a must try.
Linda at Lin’s China Diner is always so thorough, always smiling, and just genuinely a kind person every single time I come in. Today I got the Pad Thai—normally I stick with chicken, but she recommended shrimp, beef, and chicken. Added my usual peanut sauce and soy sauce… absolute winner! 👏 I certainly need a to go box for this meal
I had a lunch with my friend and Linda served us! She was caring, fast, fun and always made sure we got everything we needed! It was an awesome lunch and food was great! Definitely recommend this restaurant and Linda. Thank you and will be back for sure
This place is fantastic! Linda, the server, was incredibly friendly and engaging. She recommended the General TSO Chicken, which I absolutely loved. I left feeling satisfied and full. I’ll definitely be returning!
Me and my family always come here when we are wanting Chinese food. Definitely a go to! I really enjoy the crispy shrimp rolls, the sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli… very good! I love the waitresses and the owner, they are super nice and always welcoming. You should go try it for yourself!!!
Forgot to take pictures but the server, Sarah, was fantastic. We told her we were watching our calories but also enjoying a date night. She had help suggestions and even went out of her way to help accommodate our needs. Absolutely fantastic! Thank you for a great experience.
The best place ever I go here, at least weekly for lunch! The owner is amazing. She puts her heart and soul into everything she does. Great food good environment. Love this place! Fast service!
The food here was so delicious. My husband and I have tried looking for a Chinese restaurant we both enjoy that isn’t a buffet, for years now. Tried Lins for a date night and we both were amazed. I had sweet and sour chicken and beef fried rice. He had Orange beef and beef lo-mein. We also tried their chicken pot stickers. Everything was very tasty. We will definitely be back. Portions were very generous as well. We had to pack up half of everything and ate that for our lunch the next day.
We live in the same community as Lin’s, but we never remember it’s there because we don’t shop at any of those places in that shopping strip (out of sight, out of mind). But GOODNESS, try it once and you won’t forget it’s there! I wished I would have taken photos of how beautifully plated all of our food was, but everyone was hungry and dove in before I had a chance. I ordered the General’s Chicken (pictured). The sauce was on point and I totally appreciated the jalapeños, green onions and bell peppers cooked into the sauce. These pieces of chicken were SO large and meaty, with good quality, white meat chicken. I can put some food away, so when it came it didn’t look like much, but whoooweee, I had to get a to-go box! Do you see that soup spoon in the background?!? Each piece of chicken was at least double that size. I was so satisfied with my meal and I regret not trying it sooner. As for my children, they ordered the shrimp in lobster sauce (he polished off all the shrimp and quite a bit of the edamame), the Lo Mein with eggroll (not a spec remained), and our youngest split the 10-piece chicken nuggets with eggroll (we added a side of fries) with our little niece. My husband got, and finished off, the Mongolian Beef with egg roll, and my FIL got the Chicken and Shrimp with eggroll. It is important to note that my children and FIL do not ever finish a meal at a restaurant and always take it to go, but no one but me needed a box! The only downside to the atmosphere was that either the owner or an employee’s child was sat alone, at an adjacent, table watching YouTube too incredibly loud. Other patrons were also notably bothered because they were audibly voicing their annoyance. I understand that it’s summer and it may be a need to bring said child, but a worker should have told the child to be more respectful if he needed it that loud and used headphones, or turned it down if it was just a preference. There were servers going in and out of the dining room passing him, so I wasn’t sure why it wasn’t mentioned in passing. All in all, it still gets a 5-star review for taste, execution and service.
My experience was fantastic. My wife and I both tried it for the first time. We were unsure because some reviews were critical. We had excellent service by a knowledgeable server. The chicken was large pieces of white meat chicken. It was high quality for a Chinese food diner. The decor was clean but sparsely decorated. Definitely going back.
Nice and clean store. We came here for dinner on Saturday but it was quite empty. There were only us and two more tables. We ordered beef fried rice, sweet and sour pork and steamed vegetables with sauce on side. We were quite hungry and luckily foods came out pretty quickly. Fried rice was good, rice was not dry at all. Pork was crispy and sweet and sour was good. I saw lots of reviews about the servers here but when we were there, our server was very nice. I would come back again for other dishes.
Ordered through DoorDash to pickup. Food was ready when I arrived but didn’t check until we got home. Thought I was getting chicken chow mein but it does not look remotely like chow mein. Also ordered the pad Thai and both were lacking flavor and spice. Probably won’t eat here again.
I ordered ‘Mongolian chicken’ received something covered in broccoli, mushrooms, and other vegetables. Called and was told to bring it back for the replacement and I did. Taste was subpar The crab Rangoon barely had any traces of crab but definitely had lots of cream cheese, they didn’t give me any sweet and sour sauce initially, but when I did go back to get my replacement chicken, I was offered some, but I had to pay, but then I told the lady that I was never given any in the first place and then she gave me some. Not before she looked at me crazy though. The rice I received Had no vegetables on the rice, barely any egg The best thing I did receive was a fortune cookie. The lady who took my order seemed bothered by my questions. I never eaten there before so I did have some questions and I wanted to make sure I was getting my order correct but that seems to bother her or she seemed very Annoyed
This person Linda has the worse attitude to be in front of a restaurant and be dealing with customers.. .. she’s rude , no manners at all, I can understand when people can be having a bad day , but this is the 3rd time I go there and she’s always so rude with people .. .. and for my bad luck ( or her’s) I got a dam hair in my food .!! So Disgusting ..
Very bad service. My wife and I went to eat there, and we were looking at what to get. Honestly, the place wasn't crowded; there was only one table of two besides us. What happened was that when the waitress came over, she was already being a bit rude/condescending when asking for our drinks, but okay, we let it slide. When she came back to take our food order, I had already chosen, but my wife was undecided; eventually, she chose what she was going to eat. Then the waitress asked what meat she wanted, but the problem was that my wife didn't know what meats were available and was checking the menu. The waitress started listing the meats in a very condescending way, and that’s when I called her out. She just said 'no, no' and walked away, leaving us mid-sentence. I got upset and asked who the manager was, and she said it was her. The name on the receipt is Linda. Very ugly service; the place wasn't even busy, yet she acts all rude as if we were asking for free food... it wasn't fair."
I don’t usually have a problem with ordering but their new online ordering made me call to pay and when I did, I didn’t get any confirmation for the order that they were processing the payment for. They did not confirm the amount, name on the order or anything (I did confirm). When the food arrived the soup lid was more than half way opened and leaked in the bag which lead to it ripping and my food dropping and spilling all over the floor. We saved what we could but I didn’t pay what I paid to eat food from the floor. So very disappointed.
Automatically increased the tips themselves??? How dare you??? The service isn’t good at all. I ordered from the lunch menu, including soup. She asked what kind of soup I wanted, and I said what I wanted. Then she asked if I wanted lunch or dinner. It was still lunchtime. I asked what the difference was. She told me it’s larger. I’m like, okay. Who doesn’t want larger? It came out with no soup. She should have told me that. I’ve come many times. That owner or the lady who looks like the one in charge of things. Giving attitude. So rude. All the time. I thought it was just her face’s structure, so she couldn’t smile or whatever. She increased the tips without my permission. This is gonna be my last time for your business, Attitude Lady.
Review (1 star): If I could give zero stars, I would. My partner and I went to this establishment and placed a simple order. I requested brown rice due to my high cholesterol. My partner asked for white fried rice with no customizations. When we got home, we found her order had been changed to brown rice even though that was never requested. We went back to get it corrected, and instead of empathy or accountability, my partner was met with hostility. The owner looked at her like she was unwelcome, dismissed her, and refused to fix the mistake. When I spoke with the owner myself, I found she was manipulative—changing her words around to justify why the error happened. According to her logic, the mistake was unavoidable simply because I, the male, didn’t speak on my partner’s behalf. That kind of reasoning is unacceptable. On top of that, if you look at the gender issue in this shop, you’ll notice they only have women working there. To my knowledge, no men are in the back. That alone says a lot about the environment and why I’m leaving this review. I personally believe any workplace should strive for balance—men and women should be 50/50, not run in a way that dismisses or devalues either side. Also, when we got home with rice from another establishment (since we had to go elsewhere to feel respected), we realized something else: we were shorted on egg rolls. We ordered four but only received three. That one is partly on us—we admit we didn’t double-check at pickup—but it shows the lack of attention to detail. The difference is, we’re willing to take accountability for our oversight. The owner, however, refused to take accountability for her mistake with the rice. Anyone who goes here should expect poor communication, no accountability, manipulation, and—at least from my experience—women not being treated as equal to men. We took our money elsewhere, and another restaurant was more than happy to welcome us and fix the issue. If there is a corporate office that pays attention to this review board, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I will gladly explain in full detail how the owner of this establishment behaved.
