Went to eat here after the gym and I gotta tell you I’ve tried them in Austin and they were good and this one is good too , sandwiches are worth the medium a lot of meat and enough veggies ! I got the #1 and took off olives and added jalapeños my wife got the #3 had an amazing amount of avocado and said it tasted amazing , all in all spent about 30$ for 2 people , the only thing I would say is there was a guy unfortunately didn’t catch his name who kinda had a little bit of annoyance attitude when asked about the “ signature sauce “ nothing to crazy I just brushed it off and it was chill after 10/10 for food

I hit this location randomly on my way to and from Houston over the years, and I always look forward to stopping here. The sandwiches are always excellent here. The staff is always nice and what I can only assume is the owner or manager, is a fantastic guy to deal with. Best Schlotzsky's I've ever been to.

The sandwiches are pretty good here. The service is great. Twice I got a pizza and it was really bad. Which is disappointing because normally I really love their pizzas. I’ll probably try one more time.

Food is great.. they did tell me they closed at 4 on a weekend and the sign in the window says “special on pizzas, fri -sat- sun after 5”. I was confused and like most others the young ones just seem to be very impatient with customers.

My food is always good from this location and the employees have always been friendly. My only complaint is that I have never received my pickle when I order a sandwich.

Slowest drive through ever. Waited over 30 minutes to get our food. Thankfully, the food was good, but it took way too long to get a cold deli sandwich.

I normally love the food and service but today I went and a young white woman said she couldn’t give me a cup of water. I am a purchasing customer and she didn’t even apologize. She was just talking with her coworkers. If I am already paying for a sandwich and chips why do I have to purchase a cup for water. I’ve never been to an establishment where they deny you a cup of water.

I love the food but the service here is always terrible when it comes to their hot sauce. Ever time I’ve asked for hot sauce they will ignore me and try to not give me any and when I ask for some (again) they won’t give me enough and you can see the manager behind the employees telling them no. Even when I order through grubhub the drivers tell me the employees won’t give them hot sauce at times when asked. I used to work at a Schlotzky’s so I know they can sell the entire bottle so in my most recent visit I asked and at first the girl said yes they can sell it but then you could here the manager behind her telling her not to on the headset. Schlotzky’s is one of my favorite places to eat and they have the best hot sauce so it’s frustrating when I have to practically beg just to get some.

I was excited to try Schlotzsky's Austin Eatery. Well, that excitement was short-lived. The expanded menu options were nice, but I ended up ordering items that I could have gotten at a regular Schlotzsky's. The biggest problem I experienced was the speed of service and unfriendly attitude of the employees. It seemed to take an eternity to receive our food once we had ordered. I received stale crackers with my soup, which seems inexcusable given that the restaurant had recently opened. Also, the soup was served in little metal soup pots, which while cute, ultimately led the soup to cooling off faster that it would have in a regular container. I probably won't go back for a second visit.

I'm guessing it was the manager taking orders and doing drive thru as well. I understand the pressure of that, but he was vocally loud enough to hear how he was talking to his crew. It made for a very tense lunch while sitting in dining room listening. Can't tell you name because receipt says term 2. Also he picked at his nose at least three times and when taking an order of another customer, wiped his nose on front of his shirt. Never saw a hand wash after. 10/15/22... New caney 11:03a.m. Probably won't be back to this location... Too much negatively

This is the second visit.. both times the bun very DRY... VERY HARD ... The bread is WHAT makes the Original good!!! Will drive a little further to get a good Original sandwich... Tried it twice.. DIDN'T like.. No change..

Last couple times here the sandwiches are a mushy mess. Not much meat on the turkey avocado and almost no avocado. Lots of cheap lettuce though. They were also out of drink cups. Overpriced and mediocre at best. Schlotzskys used to be pretty good everywhere but that has clearly changed.

I ordered through Uber which I've never had an issue. I go to get my order and one of my meal deals doesn't have the drink or the chip. Need in mine the receipt I had literally says MD in front of the item. I had two of these a large mac and cheese and a cookie. I pointed out to the guy who I find out as he says is the manager. He was very rude. I said that this was supposed to be a meal deal as it states it right there. I'm supposed to have a chip and drink. Keep in mind this meal deal is 12 dollars and some change. He pops off I didn't pay for that. I'm like are you serious it states it right there on the paper you have and online.. he's like take it up with Uber not my problem. Mac and cheese was cold, sandwhich was made wrong and the one meal deal didn't even get the complete meal deal missing our chips. Dr. Pepper was flat that went down the drain. Needless to say will not be returning to this location. 5 stars for Uber. If something is wrong and a customer points it out the right thing to do would've been to apologize and take note to get it corrected so no one else has the same issue going forward. Not what I got in return from this so called manager.

We finally were able to eat here because every time we have tried only drive thru was open. The service was horrible. They did not have the pretzel buns and they would not give me the sandwich cold (other locations will). I ordered a pizza and noticed I was charged $3.79 for chips when I said I did not want any. When my order came out it was a sandwich. I told the lady it was the wrong order and she said she didn’t understand and walked away. I had to go to the front only to be told sorry and was offered a cookie or brownie for the mistake. We will not be going back.

This place is DIRTY!!! I wouldn’t dare eat here! There were roaches (multiple) on the entry door. When you walk in it feels like an old McDonald’s playground… just dirty. Tables are sticky, the drink dispenser dirty, the floor is dirty and sticky, the area where you get utensils and napkins is also gross. I left didn’t even want to chance it.

Mediocre salad, cheap plastic fork and ingredients diced to small. Plus an extremely rude manager. The restaurant struggled to manage orders for a sports team and then talked poorly about the team after they left. I understand that big groups are tough but to complain to other customers is bad form. Won’t return there.

Wouldn’t give me a cup of water or a cup of ice. Only offered bottled water. Not sure what the deal is but the lady was extremely rude and I just wanted ice because it helps with my car sickness since I’m pregnant. I ordered a meal and everything but she was super rude.

Imagine paying for a combo just to be told you didn't pay for a combo. I didn't receive my chips with my combo and my wife was denied her combo we paid for BY THE MANAGER..... I won't be spending my hard earned money here ever again. Extremely rude service.

The guy taking orders at this location is Rude, unfriendly and made us feel like we were wasting his time. We always go through the drive through and the last time he said he had to UP-CHARGE us to the nearest dollar because he didn't have change anymore!!! That is illegal! Twice we've been through and they were OUT OF SALAD!! Not my style to leave a bad review but folks need to know.. We won't be back to this location. If we want Schlotzsky's like it should be.. We'll head to Huntsville!! Fantastic location!!

Service was terrible. I ordered my food at 6:09 and didn't receive my food until 6:45 and it was wrong. I paid $32 for one sandwich, half a sandwich and a small cup or soup and brisket macaroni with a drink. I told then to put Swiss on the side and they said they couldnt do it. I would not recommend this place nor will I go back. There was only three families eating and they had a hard time keeping up with the small orders.

We have been to several different Schlotsky’s and this is by far the very worst we have ever been too. The drive thru has always been slow but this time we waited over 32 minutes in the drive thru to get our food with only 2 cars in front of us. Not sure if they are understaffed, disorganized, or both. We waited for several minutes when we got to the window for someone to take our payment only to realize they missed one of the meals requiring another payment. The girl at the window took our payment with gloves on. We ordered 3 meals and received 2 napkins. On the bright side, they did get our order correct this time. I can only credit the poor service to poor management.

This schlotzskys is supposed to close at 8pm. TWICE in the the last few months I’ve tried to go into this store before 8pm—about 8 minutes before close a few months back & today I pulled up 10 minutes before close—and both times it was closed. Lights out & doors locked. Was clear it had been that way at least a few minutes before I got there. Both of these instances were on Fridays. If supposed to be open until 8, be open until 8.

By far one of the worst experiences I've had with this store. A few nights ago, I decided to get Schlotzsky's on my way home from work. The experience was going fine at first. I ordered a California Chicken and Avocado Flatbread like usual. I ordered it without Chipotle Mayonnaise because I have a strong allergy to certain spices. The girl at the window confirmed the order and took my total. When I got the food, I checked the order to make sure that it was correct, like I do every time. Unfortunately, the flat-bread had the mayo spread all over it and I could smell the chipotle already. I let the cashier know that the order was wrong and she kindly offered to remake it. A few minutes later, the window opened and there was an older looking Indian man sitting at the window. He told me that I didn't ask for the mayo to be taken off and yelled at me for holding up the line, when there was literally no one behind me. I confirmed that I did in fact ask the mayo to be taken off. He proceeded to keep yelling at me about my order and wasting his time until the girl came back with my flatbread. I asked him for his name and if I could speak to a manager. Usually, I don't like doing that, but he had wore my patience thin. He informed me that his name was Nick and that he was the OWNER of the store. Very unprofessional on his part. I'll most likely be back, so long as he's not working.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would! I picked up my order Jan 8th at 7pm with only two young women working. My order was incorrect, so I kindly asked for the order to be corrected both the blond and the Hispanic young women immediately start developing a rude attitude. I apologize for the inconvenience, though they were the ones who got my order incorrect. They leave to make the corrections and proceed to speak about me very loudly complaining and blaming me for their lack of attention to orders. I continue to be polite as they rudely hand me my cold food that is once again incorrect. To reiterate, my order was incorrect twice and I was treated with the most disrespect I have experienced in any establishment. I should not have gone out of my way to apologize twice when they continued to act with such poor attitude and lack of respect.
