The manager of the store was Very friendly, greeted upon entering, smiling faces, very knowledgeable of menu and able to help with any questions. She gave recommendations for next visit. I will be coming back to this location for future purchases and customer service

This store has 2 friendly employees and it was a very busy time. I couldn’t tell they were overwhelmed and very apologetic about the time it took to make the smoothies. That was fine, I don’t mind waiting especially because they have to make online orders too. BUT they didn’t even make my smoothie bowl properly, it wasn’t even filled to the normal amount. It was skimped on. I’ve ordered this multiple times at other smoothie kings and I know where it should be. It was a little over halfway filled with the pitaya blend.

Went in to get pick up my smoothie bowl. I asked for a spoon. She tells me she has none because they weren’t on her truck. Would you sell a smoothie without a straw?? No. I think if I was the manager I would go to Krogers and get some spoons, not tell my customers AFTER they receive their order that they have nothing for them to eat with. Do better manager. Also, why don’t you guys fill the bowl up? Kingwood does.

I walked in and this was my first time, asked what pineapple flowered drinks they have. Yes you have a very large menu behind the counter I saw only one drink pineapple, I wasn’t sure if there would be another option. However she pointed to the obvious one. I asked are there other flavors of pineapple? She just stayed quiet and pointed to the menu. I said what do you recommend for kids drinks. She spoke so soft I literally had to ask her to repeat herself like 4 times in different ways. I asked about a blueberry kid for kids she just repeated the same sentence it’s the first for drinks under the red. So I went to order a blueberry drink I saw and she said we can’t do that only the four drinks under red. Then she offered to replace one of the items with blueberry. I said sure. I was looking for more of an interaction to understand the drinks better but was disappointed. I believe she needs some coaching. Her name was Hannah and I went at 1:50pm 2/12/2026
