Order a regular order mcflurry for my little one. Maybe I am old but I remember the mcflurry was blended and given to you in a plastic capped cup. What I received was a very thin cardboard, flimsy, coffee cup sleeve thing full of ice cream with a hand full of oreo bits on top. Not even blended just sitting on top. How am I suppose to hand that to a little kid. I mean when I grabbed it; it was the same as grabbing a drink at the top with no lid. I know most of you know what I am talking about. Do better McDonald's. You expect me to give that entire contraption to a kid.

Their food is always what you expect from a McDonald’s but something I’ve noticed over the years is the people at the window stop repeating your order back to you and are always forgetting something in the bag. Today really pushed me over the edge for my ice cream cone to be sticking out the window before I leave the first window is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion the guy at the window once I got there just shoved the cone in my car and looked at me I said thank you and he slammed the window without a word.

1. Sat at Drive thru for 5 mins and nobody answered it. 2. Was told there is no such thing as a double cheeseburger meal. 3. Tried to give too many drinks because didn't look at order. Took drink back through window ( against food handlers) 4. Received burger with wrong ingredients asked for it to be fixed at window the manager took the food back through the window had them scrap off the the top bun and gave it back! Also against food handlers. This was the worst McDonald's I have ever been too and obviously does not follow proper food handling/ sanitation.

I went on Sunday through the drive thru I ordered a large chocolate shake and a few other items . I took a sip of the shake and it was soo sweet I couldn’t drink it 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ it was pure chocolate syrup. I feel like the person who made it didn’t even put ice cream in it. I’ve never drank a shake like this ever from any McDonald’s until I went to this location .

Rude staffing including the manager, Food was cold and the place was dirty when I requested fresh fries they tasted like they took the cold fries from my table and threw them in hot grease. Because yes they were hot but stale and saltless 🤮

Don't know if I'm ever going to return here again without going to the inside pulled up I was getting my order taken had to repeat myself multiple times multiple times they should be shut down and reopened by new owners this place is horrible save your time say your energy and save your 💰 🤑 money also cannot even get your food orders right

Location always has issues I ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin and this is what I get. I called corporate for a refund then this guy calls me back from a unkown number few days later tells they will give me a refund to come back in. I did when i asked for the refund at they store they tell me they did not know what i was talking about. I am still waiting for my refund Will!
