The staff is super friendly, kind and helpful. Made our experience that much better. Now the food...absolutely amazing!!! Leave room for desert. We tried the banana pudding, came back for the chocolate fudge brownie and strawberry cheesecake! My goodness, we loved it!!!! Thanks to the staff there today (Saturday evening) we were able to try new dipping sauce and now we're hooked. Will definitely be back.

Cashier was helpful and patient. He recommended some sauces because I didn't know what I wanted. The food was really good! Also ordered an oreo cheesecake dessert that comes with a cute little Mason jar!

Food was hot and fresh, although the portion size was considerably small. The service was great for lunch time. The server brought our food before we had a table picked out.

Food was okay, I got the seven tender combo. The tenders were tough honestly. They said the slim sauce or slim chicken sauce whatever the house sauce is, is their version of canes sauce. That was mid. I have heard slim chickens is good, maybe it's just this location.

I used to love this place so much but lately it has been lacking. Today I ordered 2 slim meals and 1-5&5 and they only gave me the tenders ... it is too far for me to go all the way back. Check your food before you leave the drive thru.

Spicy tenders were decent. However, they won't honor their "Buy one, get one free combo" coupon, so won't be coming back here anytime soon.

I know we are going through a recession, but come on the size of chicken I received in my burger was ridiculous. Mind you the camera adds 10lbs. 😆 Fries were mediocre at best. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Also the atmosphere "vibes" in here were depressing. Could've been since we were the only customer in there. "If you don't know now you know "

Came here for the first time and received overcooked, oversalted, and dry chicken with an unimpressive amount of fries. A Slim Chickens team member reached out to speak about the experience and very generously offered to remake the order. When I came to receive the new order, I waited over 50 minutes even after a team member told me my food would be ready shortly. When another team member asked if I needed help, I had to remind them I was getting a remake as well as remind them of what the order consisted of. I find it particularly disappointing that this lack of attention is what Slim Chickens considers an attempt to correct a mistake. The remade food was fresh, moist, and how you would expect a typical order, however I am not sure if I will revisit this location.

Just left the place roughly 10 minutes ago as I’m eating i spot a piece of hair in my food, Not just a little Peace but a long piece I will never return back to this place again zero out of 10 the mac & cheese is also watery I’m in disbelief

The drink machine is absolutely disgusting. I would hate to know what the inside of it looks like. How does the health department not see this? I know you make money. Please replace it or you will lose a customer.

Absolutely disgusting. Look at the photo, if you want to eat here, go ahead! I asked for a refund & the employees tried to defend it, clearly hasn’t been cleaned in forever.

This location advertises they close at 10 p.m., but they might as well close at 9. I arrived around 9:20 planning to eat in, but was told there wouldn’t be enough time and they packed my food to go. The order was poorly prepared, and I ended up throwing it away—a complete waste of money and time. There are several other places in the area for wings, and based on this experience, I’d recommend trying one of them instead.

Horrible chicken sandwiches, I have gotten tenders here before but we decided to try the chicken sandwich omg what a fail! Nasty flat hard microwaved chicken patty. Gross! This is a chicken restaurant and they don’t have a good sandwich! Never again.
